Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness what a fantastic experience. I needed an emergency appointment for a really decayed and infected wisdom tooth,not been to a dentist in about 10yrs as I am petrified after a lot of bad experiences. I was beyond terrified, crying making the appointment and again in the waiting room , really embarrassed and ashamed in the state of my teeth but the dentist (Roy) was amazing and more importantly I literally didn't feel a thing,didn't even have the sedation,( chose this dentist for that reason) to be honest I'm a little lost for words. So thank you so much AMAZING

Fantastic experience: I needed some extractions and I needed dentures, Taylored dentists, took me along the procedure from the start to completion. Tony removed my old teeth and Mathew made the dentures and moulded and shaped them to fit perfectly. Anyone, thinking of getting any work done, couldn't, ask for better help and reassurance than Taylored dentists in Keighley. Totally painless and satisfaction guaranteed.

Fantastic experience: I can’t rate Taylored Dental Care highly enough. I decided to join the new practice in Keighley after leaving a private practice in Leeds. Fed up of travelling a long distance to a city centre dentist with no parking. So firstly the new practice is conveniently located with parking. But wait until you enter! You will be welcomed by a very friendly and professional team in very smart plush modern environment like a 5 star hotel Charlotte looked after me beautifully and assisted me in signing up for my new private dental plan. Then I was seen and examined by dentist Roy who could not have been nicer. Roy was friendly and explained all the new patient dental examination procedures to me. I have never experienced such amazing kind and informative patient care in either a dentist or a hospital before. I will be recommending Taylored Dental Care in Keighley to all of my friends. Positive experience: I had a tooth extracted with Dr Graham recently. The procedure itself was smooth and the staff were professional and friendly. However I did experience an electric shock kinda feeling which was due to the needle hitting a nerve. This did cause some discomfort but Dr Graham was very attentive and provided helpful advice. Overall I appreciate the level of care delivered throughout. Hopefully it’ll be back to normal soon, thank you

Fantastic experience: I have recently only joined Taylored Dental Care after being unhappy with my previous dentist and it was the best move I have made. Unfortunately I needed a tooth removing and I was extremely nervous as I do not do very well with anything surgical. I really didn't need to worry as Graham and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish, I didn't feel a thing, even the needle didn't bother me which was a first. The friendliness of the staff at this practice is fantastic and very welcome after previous encounters with other dentists that I have had. If you are thinking of trying them out or changing to Taylored Dental then my advice would be to do it at your earliest opportunity. I should have done it months ago!!

Negative experience: Nearly 2 years since having my teeth taken out and replaced with dentures, through the extraction I started to come round from anesthetic twice, first time while having a tooth pulled, the second time while having an injection in the roof of my mouth, both traumatized me after and still does. The dentures never fit and went from a size 12/14 to a 4 dress with not being able to eat. The permanent dentures don't fit properly or was the shape of my mouth so ended up having lots of plastic plate in my mouth and no room for food, my teeth were chosen by him and even put a " little twist in one" and then to top it off felt as though I was forced to buy the most expensive ones as he knocked me £200 pounds off instantly and they were titanium, why do I need titanium? Anyone who is going through this please don't be rushed into anything and make sure you get what you want. I've had nothing but trouble with my mouth, my social life is none existent as can't go out for meals and nearly 2 years down the line my gums have changed shape so even worse now. After paying out nearly £8000 pounds,I now have to save again to have them done again. May I add not by these dentists. Please don't rush in, I know it's all traumatic and you want to get some normality but don't be rushed.

Fantastic experience: I chose to use Taylored Dental Services because I have tendency to pass out after injections. Other dentists in the past don’t seem to have been sensitive or sympathetic to this reaction. TDS certainly were when I needed a tooth extraction last Friday. Graham and his dental assistant looked after me wonderfully when I started to feel faint giving me time to recover, a sugary drink a cooling fan and lots of supportive gentle conversation. I’m happy to return to discuss all the other problems that about 20 years of avoiding dentists has resulted in. As a bonus the tooth fairy was very generous !

Fantastic experience: I have just had my permanent chrome dentures fitted by Matt and, although I was very happy with my temporary ones, massive gum shrinkage meant that they no longer fit as well as they did initially. Matt has been absolutely brilliant following my denture ordeal with an NHS dentist. His care and attention to detail means that only perfection is good enough to leave his lab at Taylored Dental Care. Along with his caring nature and friendly cheerful attitude he is without doubt, the very very best in his field. Since meeting the team in April my confidence has soared. Fantastic experience: It has been 30 yrs since my Dad had been to the dentist and now aged 91 I must admit I was quite apprehensive about how he would cope. From my first initial enquiry on the phone to the last review visit he has received excellent care. All the staff have been so helpful , kind and understanding. He is now the proud owner of a beaming smile something he hadn't been able to do for years. His new dentures are perfect and he has been so pleased with the service he has received. Fantastic experience: The whole experience with Taylored Dental was a good one, really friendly reception staff, great communcation throughout. The dental technition was friendly, helped me relax, was totally inclusive and receptive to my needs. Fantastic experience: I have had a year's worth of dental treatment at Taylored, Keighley including 14 fillings and 2 crowns culminating in getting a denture to replace 3 gaps. I did start going to Taylored with some anxiety about pain, having had a bad experience with an NHS dentist who drilled when I wasn't properly numb. I was so relieved when every visit was pain-free. Graham and his team are like a family that welcomes you back each time you visit, and makes sure you feel comfortable and safe.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous dentist! All the staff are wonderful, very friendly and welcoming. Abby and Charlotte in reception, who are amazing at keeping me calm before any appointment. Graham is just the best dentist ever. He is so calm and patient. From my very first appointment when I could barely go in the room let alone sit in the chair, Graham and Louise allowed me to go at my own pace, making sure I was ok and comfortable at all times. Graham suggested I use their fidget toys, this helped massively to distract me and focus my mind on something else. I also play music through earphones to calm me. Graham, Sarah and Louise have never judged or made me feel silly about being so terrified, even when I’ve burst into tears during my appointment. This has happened with previous dentists which meant I avoided going for years. All my appointments were made to accommodate my anxiety and I know when it gets too much I can stop and have a break before continuing. My appointments with Sarah were exactly the same, she is so calming and constantly checking and reassuring me. As someone who was completely terrified at the thought of going to the dentist to the point of not sleeping for days before appointments, I cannot speak highly enough of this dental practice. I now feel calmer about going and although I am still anxious it’s definitely easier to go to my appointments now.

Fantastic experience: Since coming to the practice 6 months ago after many years of not visiting a dentist I can not praise too highly the care I have received To say I was very afraid is putting it mildly. But from my first contact with Jssmine and seeing Graham for the first time I was met with nothing but care concern and a desire to help. There was no judgement at all. Graham was professional,caring and wonderful at explaining the process. Treatment with Sarah was easy. She's amazing at making you feel calm and in control as she checks you are OK regularly Matt was wonderful kind and caring making me feel at ease His work is amazing. Never thought dentures could look so natural and these are only the temporary ones. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming and put me at my ease. Negative experience: I paid a lot more money than I can afford to do here because I am terrified of the dentist. First time (during COVID) was fine Recently though I came to see Graham and it was awful. I am autistic and go very quiet when I’m afraid so Graham decided it would be best to speak at me like a child in a VERY irritated tone that made me feel like he personally had a problem with me After each thing he’d go ‘DO. YOU. UNDERSTAND.’ Yes Graham, i have autism, not a lack of education And the pain free guarantee at this point had gone out the window. He was shoving sharp metals into my gums and speaking really fast to the other person in the room (fine but not reassuring) without any pain medication I left crying, alienated & bleeding And that was just for a check up. I honestly don’t think he has the right temperament for scared patients & THE PAIN FREE IS NOT A GUARANTEE.

Fantastic experience: I took my mum to Taylored Dental Care in Keighley as she was thinking of getting dentures. Her usual dentist had not offered her any advice or suggestions and she had seen Taylored Dental Care advertised in the Worth Valley Mag and I suggested we go and find out about it. From start to finish we felt very welcomed by the receptionists, Matthew Varley, who advised on and made my mum her top temporary denture and Dr Graham Duckitt, who advised on and extracted her teeth. The whole process was explained thoroughly and she was given a dental plan, so she knew what to expect at each appointment and who she would be seeing. It was great to find out that as soon as my mum had her extractions, her temporary top denture would be ready to be put it. My mum is 87 years old and a little forgetful now but at every appointment we attended we were both made to feel respected and valued. My mum enjoyed going, she said everyone was so friendly and nice; that it had been a great experience and she was pleased she’d done it. She’s really happy with her new teeth and these are just the temporary ones! I would highly recommend Taylored Dental Care, as they really DO care about making your dental experience a positive one.

Fantastic experience: I can't praise the team at Taylored Dental Care Keighley enough, my wife angela has a phobia about dentists but they were very professional and kind,they couldn't do enough for her and any questions, queries or concerns they answered them all and put her mind at ease. The reception team were very very nice, always bright and breezy and very polite. I have to give a special mention to Matt ( Matthew Varley ) as he was the one that dealt with Angela the most, nothing was too much trouble for him and the new dentures he did for Angela are absolutely perfect...she loves them. Negative experience: Visited Taylored dental to have a smile makeover. The dentist extracted my 2 front perfectly healthy teeth, which soon became apparent that it was for their financial gain. I contacted British Dental Council to complain ….TBC

Fantastic experience: I was a little apprehensive about the prospect of getting used to new dentures. My initial consultation with Matt convinced me that it was the right thing to do. He instantly put me at ease, and explained what would be involved in my course of treatment. We all need a boost sometimes, and I am loving my new smile after having my teeth for just a few days. Matt is a master of his craft!

Fantastic experience: I first met Matt about 6 weeks ago on my first visit to Taylored Dental Care in Keighley. I have to say, Matt made me feel comfortable and relaxed instantly. Having dentures can be quite embarrassing, to have a stranger look at you when you haven't got your dentures in can leave you quite anxious and uncomfortable, BUT! Matt was brilliant! Such a professional and a great sense of humour too, he put me at ease instantly. My current dentures were a very bad fit and Matt instantly knew the problems I was having with them. After explaining all my options we went for the top option of the Diamond range. Oh my goodness! They are certainly worth every penny. My bite is perfect, beautiful colour and very comfortable. They are bigger than my last set and go further back and feel different. They feel like every tooth is individual and I love them! I am expecting some rubbing on my gums but I will persevere lol. Matt has booked me another appointment for next week just to see how I'm getting on and if any adjustments maybe needed. Overall, my experience at Taylored Dental Care has been excellent. I would Highly recommend Matt as your next denture adventure! 5 star

Fantastic experience: I can't fault Graham Duckitt and his team. I have had a smile that has affected my confidence since an injury to them at age 10. Graham, Sarah and the team were so kind, patient and transparent telling me what my options were and how to get my oral health into the best shape for cosmetic bonding. A very minimal pain process and I'm so pleased with the results - I will smile broadly at my wedding with confidence. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tailored Dental Care, Keighley to anyone. Fantastic experience: I would say I have an irrational fear of the dentist but for the first time in years, I felt comfortable and it's because of Taylored Dental Care.
