Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of dr Ram for several years now and I have always found him to be friendly, very professional and informative with regard to my dental health. He takes the time to explain what he needs to do, how much it will cost and how long the course of treatment is likely to take. I believe he is the best dentist I have ever had to look after my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had two visits at North House Dental Practice and I can honestly say the experience has been amazing. The clinic is very clean, the staff are lovely and helpful, and everything feels extremely professional from start to finish. I came in with a tooth that had been causing me pain for months. It had previously been filled by another dentist, but the discomfort never went away. Dr. Ram carefully examined it and explained everything in detail with the help of a 3D scan, which was very impressive and informative. On my first visit, he placed a temporary filling to see if the nerve could be saved, as I had been advised elsewhere that a root canal might be needed. I was nervous about the injection, but to my surprise, I didn’t even feel it. The treatment was done so smoothly, and within two days I was finally able to eat on my right side again after seven long months of pain. At my second visit, Dr. Ram confirmed that the nerve was healthy and a root canal wasn’t needed. He completed the final filling with great care and precision. I’ve had no pain since, and I feel relieved to have the problem fully resolved. I would highly recommend Dr. Ram and this practice to anyone looking for top-quality dental care and peace of mind. They really do a proper job, and I’m very grateful for the outcome.

Fantastic experience: Definitely worth the 5 star rating ✨ From the minute I arrived (feeling quite nervous due to not visiting/being registered to a dentist in YEARS) I was greeted so warm and welcoming by the lovely lady on reception. I came for a hygiene/cleaning appt with Poonam Ram and I genuinely could not fault her for her amazing knowledge, work and reassurance throughout my appointment - also how gentle the clean was - I didn’t need any breaks at all and was so relaxed in the hands of both you and the lovely nurse working alongside you. Michelle on the reception was really helpful when I was having some problems with my online portal and also so welcoming when you arrive at the surgery. Dr P Ram always puts me at ease, especially knowing how nervous I get. She explains everything she is going to do beforehand and then talks me through every step during the appointment.

From the Dr’s, to the dental nurses and reception staff, they are all a delight and I look forward to seeing them every time I go. With the help of her treatments and the at home products she specifically recommends for me, my skin is the clearest it’s ever been and I have her to thank! Fantastic experience: Highly rate Dr Ram & his team - I’ve visited twice over the last 6 months and have had their Diamond Clean on both occasions. Amazing treatment and definitely worth the money! Dr Ram is very thorough in explaining the treatment, his findings, how to improve your mouth/teeth health and despite sitting in the chair on the 1st visit for around 45 minutes, I was not in pain once and found my visits very stress free!

They take all precautions to avoid COVID-19, they screened you before appointment and on the day. They even use a plastic shield on a pin pad. I felt very safe.

The whole process was excellent - very quick and efficient. My appointment was on a Wednesday afternoon and I received the retainer the following Monday which was super fast.
