Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment today to sort my teeth out and I was so nervous about it and I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Meave and her assistant i think her name was Chloe were nothing short of amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease and I can't wait to continue with my journey.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing dentist. I had an issue with one of my teeth my own dentist couldn't sort out due to being off sick. Called into Gransha dental and had an appointment sorted and tooth fixed within 48 hours. Amazing customer service and the Dentist Jenny was outstanding!

Fantastic experience: Just got my composite bonding done by meave and Rosie today and the whole experience was amazing I was kept informed about everything that was going on from the treatment to payments, during the treatment I was checked on to make sure I was okay the team are amazing from the front desk to the dentist and the end result is absolutely amazing can’t thank them enough highly highly recommend !!!!

Negative experience: The worst dentist on the road Very uncooperative or helpful dental manager after their dentist broke a good tooth during tooth extraction. Had to go private and at my own cost...diffently never use them or recommend thier practise.....

Fantastic experience: I cannot be happier with my results today. The staff from day one were very helpful every single one of them. Bronach had set out a plan for me to have my new teeth done before Christmas and was brilliant with me each and every appointment, Also was making sure everything was perfect for me before leaving today which I very much appreciate. I had heard a lot of good things about this practice before but never imagined how amazing the experience would be. 10/10.

Negative experience: Went for a check up on a back tooth that was giving me issues. Saw a youngish dentist, I paid £75 for a 2 mins consultation / X-ray was advised that I would have to get one root canal @ a price of £595. Paid for a flight and holiday to Turkey to see a specialist, flight £300, Hotel £250, X-ray, check up and clean £40... Was then advised there is nothing wrong with the tooth, through tests the tooth is live and was slightly inflamed due to possible debris in gum. Have flown back and got a third opinion in Antrim dentist who confirmed there is nothing wrong with the tooth. The fact they were going to operate on a tooth with such an evasive procedure when there was only a slight issue is terrible. Would not advise people to go here. Also quite a high price for 1 tooth - hence I thought I may as well get a holiday out out it. Thankfully I did not go ahead with it. *Edit* Gransha dental have replied underneath stating they have no record, my patient name is under my Irish name, this is a factual review.

Negative experience: The treatment of NHS patients at this dentist is nothing short of a disgrace. Waiting nearly 8 months on an appointment to then be told it would cost over £700 for one filling and then another £700 to cement a crown that I already have. I told them that I could not afford this treatment and they told me I would have to wait 2 years on a waiting list but could be seen within the week if I forked up £1500. They treat NHS patients like second class customers and show their greed through their extortionate prices. Vultures in the West Belfast Community.

Negative experience: Do not go here , my daughter went on Thursday for a simple filling , and has been left paralysed down the side of the face from Thursday and is still numb and can't eat or drink , ended up in hospital and was told she was given to much anastasia, also she in a lot of pain with her jaw, the denist refused to see her for seven days and give all sorts of excuses which weren't true , I shall be seeking more medical attention and legal advice , she payed 155 pound to be left like that . I wouldn't even give one star but it wouldn't let me post until I did .

Negative experience: Beware of this dentist practice, their “£25” free consultation for Invisalign is a scam, you don’t even speak to a dentist it’s literally a receptionist who hasn’t been trained. He tells u what Invisalign is and how it works and then tells you that it’s gonna be 4300 pounds, rip off. Went to another dentist and got a quote of 2000 for the same thing. STAY AWAY

Negative experience: Was a patient of Mr mcguigan for years he made me not afraid of the dentist, now all the patients have been left high and dry I've had to fill my own tooth and they won't see me unless I pay, I paid for a white filling, and it's just like a blob in my mouth also 2 front replacement which they overlapped and left a gap which i never had

Negative experience: Friendly unless you’re a Cancer patient who needs NHS treatment. Will leave you for months with teeth falling out. Only option to pay private fees that you can’t afford, no alternatives or options given. Poor show!

Fantastic experience: I came to gransha dental last year with a root canal and I got a whole scan with what needed done to my mouth. I hadn't been to the dentist in 15 years so I was absolutely terrified they were going to tell I need all my teeth taken out but Jason made me feel so relaxed, even the root canal wasn't painful which I heard from others it was the most painful thing in the world. Gransha dental has done so much to help myself and my partner achieve our smiles for our wedding day and assist us in future. Definitely recommend to anyone who is self conscious about theur mouth smile etc. Cause they just help and go above and beyond to help you achieve your dream smile.

Fantastic experience: I was in utter pain with my tooth to the point where i was crying 2/3 nights in a row turns out i had to either get a root canal or get it extracted - i got it extracted, done painless and quick bit pricey but i have no pain at all!!!! and its been 3hrs, will defo be going back!!

Fantastic experience: I was assaulted in March which resulted in loosing a full front tooth and half of the other. I got in contact with Gransha Dental and they opened the practice on a Sunday and treated me ASAP. Today I finished my last appointment with my new teeth. The whole experience was very pleasant and welcoming. Every time I was at the practice for an appointment, everything was explained in detail and the next steps explained. The staff are lovely, the practice is so welcoming. Louise & Jason couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend Gransha Dental Surgery.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience I have ever had at any dentist when I went to Gransha Dental. The nurses were so friendly and helpful, and the receptionist was great craic! Overall they made me feel very comfortable and eased any initial concerns I had. My dentist Nicole was beyond amazing, she was so friendly and welcoming, and very professional. She answered all of my questions and nothing was too much trouble for her! Overall a great experience that has significantly calmed my anxiety regarding visiting the dentist.

Fantastic experience: After a few days of terrible tooth ache I message Louise and got a fast appointment. Jason couldn't have done more to make sure the process was pain free and asked on multiple occasions to make sure I wasn't in discomfort. A true polite gentleman and top class dentist. All the staff were very polite, professional and understanding. I wouldn't go past Louise and her team if perfection is your desired outcome. A 6 star experience! Very very impressed.

She is an absolute perfectionist and it shows in the results she helps people obtain. Negative experience: needed 2 filling decided to go private to get them done so went here, after getting charged 65£ for 1st checkup they said needed to go to hygienist costing 75£ usually 30/40£ everywhere else, but needing 2 fillings agreed to it but then they said she's off so took 50£ deposit said they'll email or call me with appointment, so after 2 weeks and no contact I phoned them said I missed appointment took 50£ for not going to it, I explained what they said then they said that's OK they'll wave missed appointment fee and they'll book me in, told them didn't want to go ahead because of the service so they told me they'll be keeping the 50£ then, absolute crooks if you want to be fleeced out of your money and overcharged with every single treatment available then these crooks are the dentists to go to just bring your wallet.

Negative experience: This dental surgery has the worst customers services manager ever totally misinformed ,Trainee receptionists WORST FIRST CONTACT OF ANY ORGANISATION I HAVE EVER CONTACTED, rude .incompetent individual needs to learn some social skills , the inequality i have experienced because am unemployed shame on your practise ,the individuals working for your organisation leave nothing other than an ugly scar on the face of your organisation , and helps promote and enforce a culture of social marginalization of unemployed people...

Fantastic experience: Recently went to Gransha dental to have a consultation with Dr Louise. The process between the consultation through to having my work carried out was extremely fast. I had Invisalign, bonding and whitening and honestly couldn’t be any happier with my outcome. All of the staff are so helpful and happy to answer all of my 100s of questions. Louise is unreal at what she does and keeps in regular contact if any issues occur (which never happens anyway). Book a consultation if it’s crossed your mind. You won’t be disappointed
