Negative experience: Had an appointment booked today with email and text confirmations. Turned up to be told it had been cancelled. No advanced warning and reception team just blamed me for the inconvenience. Always had a good experience here so a shame to have such a bad experience

Negative experience: Great dentists as my husband has been coming here for years and I only joined last year. However, the receptionist should have proper training on how to talk to customers. I was being spoken to quite rudely with an attitude by a woman called Gabriella, about an appointment that I am trying to make. I have only cancelled once and way in advanced due to being too pregnant to lie on the dentist chair for an hour. Now I have a newborn baby with no childcare so I was just enquiring on the times that would work for me too. She was quite rude on telling me about their cancellation policy and I told her to be a little calm and patient with me as she can hear clearly my baby crying in the background. She then went on to say "everyone has their own private lives going on and yours is not an excuse..." I'm sorry what now? This is not ok to speak to a customer in anyway let alone a single mother who is asking for your understanding with timing. This is your job, please do it properly or don’t do it. It almost feels like she was having a bad day and lashing it out with me. Very unprofessional. What a shame as you have really good dentists.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Bray Dental practice for over 5 years now and even when I moved across London switching dentists was non negotiable because of the incredible quality of care and professionalism from Mital. As a dentist he is first rate (and I am a picky American!) and as a person he is extremely kind and empathetic. The combination means that you get solid advice without worrying about being recommended something more than what you need and incredible dentistry. My teeth are straighter, whiter, and stronger as a result of his care and I highly recommend and his team as a dentist practice.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Mr Mittal who has been an amazing. I was suffering a really bad depression few years back and Mr Mittal was so understanding and made sure that I wasn’t worried about any disease I was concerned. About. Darmesh is also good too.

Fantastic experience: Always love visiting this dentist! I only found them a couple of years ago but have been coming regularly since then and it’s always a pleasure. The staff are super friendly and make me feel welcome from the moment I walk in the door. I’ve had to have a few procedures and although I had heard a root canal was awful, it wasn’t actually bad as the dentist was super gentle and explained everything throughout. I visit the hygienist every 3 months and they offer an advanced clean for a little extra which I believe is worth it. Looking forward to my next visit. Thanks to the whole team for looking after me every visit.

Between the dentist who helped with a filling who was amazingly and calm and the hygienist who was knowledgeable, it builds for an ambience that is serene and very welcoming. Gabriele the receptionist on the front desk is not only lovely but an asset to the organisation. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

Negative experience: This is a horrible practice. Rude and unprofessional staff. They told me if I wanted to remove my wisdom tooth I needed to pay £400 each privately. But I went to a different surgery they charged me only the NHS price. And they have an unreasonable and restricted policy that they will block you if you can’t make it to their appointment twice, even if you have mitigating circumstances. I’d highly recommend everyone don’t go to this one and try a different dentist. —- To response: Hi there. There is no false information. Please point out what you believe is false. If your policy is really for not wasting time. Then why when I couldn’t find where your practice is but literally just outside your building and on the phone with your receptionist she tell me not to come because I was already late when I was just late for a few minutes? I made a complaint for a suspect of racism and you ignored it. All these issues above I have addressed you already with a complaint but even the manager of your practice was arrogant and refused to investigate anything properly. From your reception to your dentist and your management team this is not one person’s behaviour. As I mentioned I will complain to NHS. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: The best dental treatment and customer service! I have been using Bray dental for about a year and they have been nothing short of amazing. I have had two hygienist treatments and they are just as good - even better - as what I experienced in the US. More recently I had an issue where due to train delays I was an hour late for my appointment. They could have rightly taken my deposit and asked me to reschedule but they still managed to fit me in - the patient after me happened to be super early so I was in luck. The lovely hygienist was Aida. They have also been very quick and hassle-free with filling out insurance forms. I couldn't have expected anything better.

Negative experience: Edit: unfortunately I will have to downgrade my 5 star review on this occasion because the new hygienist Aida caused a long term inflammation to my gums due to using a thick brush between my front teeth instead of floss. I think I am more angry with her reaction when I spoke to her on the phone than her actual « mistake ». She seemed to say that it was my fault if my gums were inflammed because I was not flossing every day. My teeth and gums were perfectly fine before going for the cleaning and I had seen the previous hygienist 6 months before that and no issue reported. After some back and forth, I finally managed to get an urgent appointment with the dentist today (I was asked to pay for the consultation) who told me « not to floss » for a while to allow the gum to heal. I would have been more forgiving if an apology was offered by the hygienist in the first place instead of putting the blame on me. This practice is good, I was just not lucky on this occasion. First time in my life that I actually look forward to having my teeth cleaned. I have very sensitive teeth due to gum recession and Natalie the hygienist always cleans them by hand despite the fact that it takes longer and more efforts because she says that it reduces the pain. I have tried countless dentists due to living in various countries and none of them have ever bothered to do that, even when I was jumping on the chair from pain (clearly they must not have experienced it themselves). Natalie is also a perfectionist and will clean every stain and give you a brand new white smile!

Negative experience: SCAMMERS!!! We arrived 45 minutes late for their tight check in time due to a delay in our flight and they left us stranded on the street. When we called them on the phone their attitude was despicable, they wouldn't even let us in the next day even though it was paid for. We lost 175€ and not a single answer. From what I see in Booking comments I am not the only one who has been done this. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!!!

Fantastic experience: Natalie the hygienist deserves a medal. I have always been extremely frightened of the dentist and had been putting this trip off for years even though I really needed to go. Natalie melted away my anxiety within minutes. She spent a good portion of her time, helping me to feel relaxed and listening to my anxieties and understanding my fear. She was non judgemental, kind and reassuring and most importantly had a sense of humour. She talked me through everything before, during and after. The work she did on my teeth and gums was also perfect. I cannot underestimate what a relief the whole process was and I am actually looking forward to going back and finishing my treatment. I more than highly recommend this dental practice and Natalie in particular especially for those who like me are terrified by the thought of anything to do with the dentist. I am so please that I went!!!! Brilliant ~ 10 stars

I am generally a bit nervous at hygienist appointments as I have sensitive teeth but Natalie was so incredibly thoughtful and checked in with me throughout the whole session about pain and offered some excellent advice. She adapted the cleaning where my teeth felt particularly sensitive. She is so warm and friendly and really put me at ease. I could not recommend her enough! She's really brilliant.

Dr. Mital Patel is a great dentist, so patient, a professional who knows what he is doing, making you are comfortable with treatment and always sincerely advises and cares for you. His work has been top quality. I've been coming to this practice for years now. I started my journey with dental braces and going through dental crown, and I am wonderful happy from all of that, because it was done brilliantly, and the result was fabulous. Natalie is a great hygienist, kind, gentle and professional. She knows what she is doing and always advises well when you need. I am glad to be a patient here, and I recommend it with all my heart.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient, I was very pleased to get an appointment with both the dentist and dental hygienist quickly. I am so glad that happened, as the dentist identified an issue that needed swift action. I appreciated being given four options for intervention so I could choose the one that suited me and my budget. The session was painless despite having two fillings. I really appreciated the advice on pain management, but in the end I suffered no after-effects. The session with the dental hygienist was good both for giving my teeth a clean and for self-care tips that will hopefully reduce the need for further treatment.

Fantastic experience: Bray Dental have been outstanding over the last 10 years. I first came to them in my mid-20s, with a major fear of the dentist's chair, and having lost one tooth, had one root canal and being in need of another. My dentist Mital has been excellent. His advice has always been clear, sound and in my best interests, and his work has been top quality. He also genuinely cares and wants the best for his patients. Top guy as well, really friendly and enthusiastic. And Natalie the hygienist is outstanding. Teeth always feel super clean, and again she is really caring, enthusiastic and understanding, and someone I can genuinely say I get on well with. They are the kind of people you trust, who want you to do well, and who you want to do well for. All in all, their work has helped improve my dental health considerably, my teeth are in far better shape than I ever thought they would be, and whilst I will never love the experience, they have made it as good as it possibly can be. The support staff are also efficient and easy to deal with as well. A proper, quality, family practice. Can't recommend them highly enough, and I shall be using them both for as long as they are in practice.
