Services were reasonably affordable, appointments were really easy to make and the team were always so helpful in finding me an appointment that suited me. Reception were friendly and the lovely Dr Danaei done a fantastic job with helping me achieve my dream smile, I’m so glad that I chose Winning Smiles and I would definitely recommend this dentist and personally come back if I wanted any further treatment.

Joining their Practice Plan, which is a very reasonable rate, it's one of the best things I have done. It encourages you to attend your check ups and Hygienist appointments twice a year at no extra cost. I did originally have cosmetic treatment which I am very pleased with. It has been commented on many times how "Natural" my teeth look. Everyone at Winning Smiles are very professional and friendly especially my Dentist Dr J Woods and Denise on reception. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this practice for over 35 years. As a child along with my siblings we all had superior orthodontic work with Mr Fennel who was wonderful. I continued with the practice as an adult, having my teeth whitened for my wedding and then bringing my own Twins sons for orthodontic treatment (again far better than any of his friends had) and for dental care. Denise deserves a special mention as she so warm , professional and nothing is ever too much trouble for her . We would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Just to update my review. Me and my family continue to attend Winning Smiles and get the same great treatment. We regularly see Rose for our hygenist appointments, she is excellent and very caring. I had 2 implants fitted by Andrew at Winning Smiles. It was expertly done and I wish I had done it sooner, as it made a great different to how I felt about my smile and appearance. Since then I have continued to attend Winning Smiles for general dentistry and hygienist appointments. All the staff, dentists, hygienists and receptionists are excellent.

I sadly developed an infection around my implants (caused from when I smoked, which I no longer do). To rectify the oozing puss Andrew performed a surgical procedure, sterilizing under the gums and around the implants. This is not the first time Andrew has helped me (read my reviews from 9 years ago). Fantastic experience: Some years ago I thought winning smiles too expensive for my budget and went elsewhere. Big mistake! As in most things in life you get what you pay for. Andrew made good my smile and his team at reception have to be the best at customer services. Fantastic experience: This is a long story cut short. Me and the wife went Turkey to get our teeth done. After our xrays there experts said rita needed bone grafting back in the UK. I got mine done ! But to be honest it ruined the break. So we returned home ( romford ) And after just 3 days we got rita in to see Andrew. We'll it turned our lives around. He had a top of the range 3D xray and within 30 mins not only was it decided she could have Implants all the dates for treatment were in place. Within 4 or 5 short months the job was completed. From no bottom teeth to a complete new set. Remember Turkey said it couldn't be done. Well take a bowl Andrew and the team. She's a completely different women. Can't thank winning smiles enough. Also a quick mention for Denise on the front desk so professional. A very calm atmosphere also helped as rita was a very nervous patient.

Fantastic experience: They know what they're doing here. Got my braces done by F. Danaei. The research that led me to choosing this clinic was so long ago I ended up forgetting all about it, such that by the time my braces were ready to be removed I was ignorant again about the process, thinking braces were braces and it's not too critical which professional does them for you. But the same week after I had them removed a dentist I happened to meet at a party in central London told me whoever did them did an excellent job and wanted to know who/what/where. And what's really quite cool is he actually knew of Winning Smiles already, replying, "of course, Andrew's clinic; they're good". His comment reminded me that 18 months prior I did actually choose Winning Smiles for a reason: Dr. Andrew Fennell's dad Dr. Michael Fennell (now retired) opened the clinic originally and whose at-the-time-dismissed-but-now-lauded campaigning contributed to why we no longer foolishly by default remove molars before fitting braces. I remember now my thought was, "okay well I guess his/his son's clinic has gotta be good then eh?" Turns out my 18-month-ago self was savvy as heck! Also, the staff team, each and every one of them, are lovely. Big thank you to Fatemeh Danaei.

The time and effort that they have put in to making sure I get the best possible results, I will always be grateful for. Fantastic experience: I first went to Winning Smiles 3 years ago to enquire about dental implants because I had a wobbly tooth and some crooked teeth. However, after having my gum issues treated first, Winning Smiles put me on a dental braces treatment instead. I was not sure back then if having braces was ideal at my age as I was already 50yrs old then but I realised ancient relics like me apparently can also have dental braces. And it was one of the best decisions I have made in my life. The orthodentists ensured every adjustments were done slowly and gently with minimum pressure because of my wobbly tooth. I have just now completed the treatment after two years and I am very happy that I still have my original teeth and no dental implants. My used to be wobbly tooth is no longer wobbly. The re-alignment of my teeth somehow may have actually helped strengthen the roots of my teeth. I am so glad and grateful that the practice did not insist or force me to have the dental implants which would have costed way more money. I am so thankful to the entire Winning Smiles team for improving my smile and confidence. My big appreciation to Dr Andrew Fennell, Ms F Danaei, Dr N Hasan, Dr J Woods, their assistants, the lovely ladies at the reception, and Miss C Reid which started my treatment but now left the pratice. They all made the whole treatment easy and comfortable for me. I would highly recommend Winning Smiles to anyone with the intention of improving or restoring their dental health and aesthetics or even achieving their desired smile.

The Reception ladies who were always kind and helpful and always ready to answer my questions over the phone and make or change appointments. Dr Andrew Fennel my clinician who put me at ease from the first meeting and all the way through my treatment discusing and explaining all that would be done. I have a fear of needles in my mouth but they were allayed by him and he certainly made it a totally different experience. I also saw the hygienist Ms H Sayer a couple of times who was also lovely and gave me great tips for looking after my teeth. Fantastic experience: Start by saying I’ve a very real, unexplainable, m irrational fear of going to the dentist alongside a very low pain threshold anything dentistry related within my mouth so this decision to pick winning smiles was a huge one for me. I looked around (a lot), compared and reviewed so many Dentists I won’t bother going into before I eventually contacted Winning Smiles (recommended by a friend who loved them). From the very start they were great. The place itself is relaxed, super clean, modern and staff couldn’t be more helpful which immediately puts you at ease. I had a complex issue (in my eyes anyway) that required an implant. We started with a 3D x-Ray to confirm the issue in depth. This showed that the tooth would need to be extracted, gum opened and a large bone graft completed. I also had a metal plate with screws in it which was partially in the way of the bone graft (unrelated jaw break years ago) that subsequently had to be removed from within the gum in order to complete the graft. Immediate panic from me. I was under the care of Dr Andrew Woods. From start to finish I can’t praise him enough. Very patient throughout, explained the process to me as thoroughly as needed for me to fully understand (I had loads of questions throughout). Reassurance was exceptional and guided me through the entire process step by step which meant that due to healing from the tooth extraction, to then the bone graft and finally to the implant itself the process took just over 12 months spaced out over a few visits. Separately - They also arranged the sedation I choose to have on 2 of my visits which again was no problem at all. Overall I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend this Dentist or Dr Woods who are by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The quality of the implant fits perfectly even months later on and you wouldn’t even notice any difference so this ranks right up there with one of my best calls in choosing winning smiles. Fantastic experience: The saying goes "A smile is the prettiest thing you can wear" a saying that always haunted me. After having horrendous treatment for braces back in my school days I didn't visit a dentist for 10 years! I knew my teeth where hideous and done my best to hide them as much as possible, although as my carer grew I knew they where holding me back. Negative experience: This dentist kept me waiting for over an hour at my first appointment that I arrived 10minutes early for with a 6 week old baby. I didn’t complain. Second appointment, there was unexpected roadwork traffics on the road so at the time of the appointment we were still on the road so I called to explain we would be late which they accepted. 16minutes later they called to say they were cancelling the appointment which they said was supposed to be 45minutes long. At that point we were very literally parking right outside. So I asked if i could just get the X-ray instead of both the X-ray and the first treatment. At which point the receptionist started getting very angry at my question - so I told her ok sorry then we will just start going home, but i explained it was awkward for us with young children as my husband had to take time off work to help me make the appointment to take care of the children. She got very angry at this point, so all I could say was I’m sorry then we will just go home. Eventually I had to just hang up the phone because she was just very angry and there was nothing I could do. Being accused of shouting when all i was saying is ‘I’m sorry we will just go home then’ is extremely ridiculous. This receptionist has one (low) standard for themselves and another standard for their customers.

Fantastic experience: I was at Winning Smiles this morning for my regular six month check up and hygienist visit. As always, I had a great welcome and both appointments went without a hitch. I've been with Winning Smiles for years, and wouldn't consider moving. The practitioners are excellent, the reception staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the practice is innovative and forward-thinking. I would highly recommend Winning Smiles.

Fantastic experience: So, I hadn't been to the dentist for around 10 years largely due to suffering severe trauma to my two front teeth that resulted in me feeling very very nervous. I got to a point where I had no choice, I researched and found Andrew and his team at winning smiles. After an initial free consultation (which put me at ease) I knew Andrew was the man I could trust to deliver on everything we agreed upon. I had bad gum and tooth disease and my two front teeth were dead. I decided I wanted implants, essentially fast forward maybe 4 months (max) and I am disease free and have two implants in place of my two upper front teeth that look great. In all my appointments with Andrew and his hygienists I felt minimal to no pain (which was always my concern), it has completly changed how I feel about going to the dentist. I know if I get any issues I can trust them to help and get it sorted. I'll attach my before and after picture's, so you can see the difference. Its only now looking at the before picture that I realise how bad they were......I cant believe I walked around like that.

Fantastic experience: As a previous nervous patient I can recommend this practice the friendly staff put you at ease and when a problem occurred some years back it was resolved personally by the owner Andrew making me a loyal customer my last recent visit was with Rose and John both were so professional and I am very happy with the service.

Fantastic experience: Always have been scared of going to the dentist.. which made me not go. I have implants on the bottom to make 4 teeth then braces on the top teeth.. Whole process took just over a year, had intense hygienist treatment before starting then implant, and braces took around 8 months.. now to start home whitening :) Very happy with whole process

She always welcomes you personally, has time to listen to you to see how things are. Has fantastic knowledge and ideas to help keep your teeth and gums in the best condition. Fantastic experience: Absolutely pain killing wisdom tooth with related infections. Went to my usual dentist who refused to remove it so decided on a private consultation. Winning smile Dr Fennell and his assistant sorted it immediately. I was expecting all the pain and had barely any. I was able to eat normally in less than 5days once the swelling had gone down. Super pleased!! Everything was so well explained - risks included. I hate the dentist but this one has made me change my mind.

Fantastic experience: I split one of my back teeth in half at the beginning of November which was extremely painful and after ringing approx 10 dental surgeries looking for an NHS dentist the only one I could find that was accepting new patients said I could register on the 30/11. Given that I was in so much pain, I had no choice other than to go private and found Winning Smiles. I filled in their enquiry form and the next day they emailed me back and offered me an appointment the day after that and if you can say having a tooth out was a very good experience, it certainly was here. I was seen by Dr Woods who made me feel so comfortable and after numbing my mouth, had taken the tooth out before I realised it. I was in and out within 35-40 (including check in) . The reception staff were also very friendly, helpful and professional. I’ve never had such a good experience in a dental surgery before . I can’t recommend this surgery enough.
