Fantastic experience: Having become frustrated with my dental surgery continuously pushing revenue generating dental care, I popped in to Weybridge Dental Care on a whim and have been blown away by all aspects of the service they provide from the greeting at Reception, dental nurses and of course the dentistry. Negative experience: Used to be a great practice but not any more in my opinion. Doesn’t work according to its published hours. The last 3 times I went there it was either - “out of order”, no lights computer system down etc etc or On the next occasion the receptionist message me advising my items were ready for collection but when I arrived - before 5:30 - they were closed. Next occasion was a Saturday morning - yup, closed again. Today’s visit was just as frustrating - they were open (but the builders still in there working!!) but refused to hand over the item they’d previously told me to collect. My children and I have used this practice for many years; I remained loyal despite many friends advising me to use other local dentists but this is the final straw. I have spent £,000s here.
Thanks for your feedback. Our practice hours are on Google, website and leaflets. They are 0800-1700 Mon-Friday. Saturdays are by appointment only. When you walked into clinic without appointment we were having routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and repairs as we did not book any appointments .We are very proud to be a state of the art practice which does need update and deep cleaning on a regular basis but like to do when there are no patients.
As far as dispensing prescription only products we are heavily regulated and legally cannot dispense prescription only products without being seen.

Fantastic experience: A Dentist I’ll Stick With for Life! I was desperate to get seen back in early May before going away for three weeks, having just left my previous dentist. I called this practice and was so impressed they managed to get me in right away! I saw Sean, who was incredible from start to finish. He took an x-ray of my teeth, talked me through everything clearly, and gave me a proper treatment plan — which I’ve never had before. Other dentists have just done a quick check-up and sent me on my way, but Sean actually spotted a few issues that could’ve turned into much bigger problems down the line. He carried out the work over two Fridays in a row, and honestly, everything was just effortless. The practice is clean, professional, and calm — and Sean made the whole experience so easy. I usually hate the dentist (who doesn’t?), but I was really put at ease. Weirdly, I can’t wait to go back! I’m now a customer for life. Highly, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to weybridge dental care for as long as I can remember and can't recommend them enough. Going to the dentist isn't exactly the most relaxing experience but that's what's different about this practice. They put you at ease, they're professional and really look after you. This is the place in Weybridge to get your teeth done. They're also very good with children.

Fantastic experience: After years of NHS dentists about two years ago my teeth were in quite a state so I enquired with Weybridge Dental Care and they made a detailed plan to restore my teeth and gave me a very reasonable quote. Fantastic experience: Been coming here for years and it’s nice practice. The staff are really friendly and I’ve never been oversold treatments that I don’t require. On my initial visits over 10 years ago I did need quite a bit of work done, but it was broken into manageable chunks and I felt much more confident after. Now I just have routine maintenance and hygiene appointments.

Negative experience: i booked an appointment with this dentist, quoted me £150. Today, they changed the appointment, increased the price, and were rude abot it. Disappointing experience.

When a patient calls for an emergency appointment we aim to be upfront with our costs, if they are not aware of them in advance. Our prices are available on the website and a personalised plan will be provided dependant on the care required.

Negative experience: Reccomended treatment and teeth restoration for thousands of pounds which isn’t needed as confirmed by 3 other dentist opinions. Also asked to sign a quote for treatment haven’t agreed to which was strange. I fear they’re trying to get money from people. Switched to a different dentist.

We cannot discuss individual treatment on here but when a patient is seen they are presented with a number of options which will be related to the in surgery conversation. This does not mean they are under an obligation to take up this treatment and alternatives can be available.
We require signed treatment plans as they form part of our patient records. They show that we have provided the information to the patient and is a requirement of our inspections. We ask every patient to sign the plan but reiterate that it does not obligate them to actually start the treatment.
We would always welcome the opportunity to address any patient concerns and would have gladly discussed this with you.

Fantastic experience: Despite being of an advanced age, after a lifetime of regret in not having dealt with misalignment of my bottom teeth, I contacted , Sean and his team. The Invisalign treatment suggested has just been completed and I could not be happier with the result. The care and comfort provided by all at the clinic has been absolutely terrific.
