Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience! We had a wonderful visit to this dental clinic. They gave us an appointment very quickly, which we truly appreciated. The dentist was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with my daughter. Her tooth was extracted so smoothly and comfortably that she didn’t had pain at all. The whole team was professional, caring, and welcoming. We felt completely at ease from start to finish. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an outstanding dental clinic!

Fantastic experience: Today i saw Jeannette for a clean plus airflow. I have ptsd and was very anxious but Jeannette took her time with me and explained the process as she went along. She was calm and very reassuring which helped me so very much. I have been putting off having some fillings done but as today went so good i have booked to have them done. I would definetly recommed anyone who needs reassurance and calmness to visit Jeannette. I feel positive about my next visit.

Negative experience: My partner hadn’t been to the dentist in quite some time, so after following Hatfield Dental Centre on social media for a while, I decided to call and book him an appointment. I explained that he experiences anxiety around dental visits, and they were very understanding when scheduling his initial check-up. After his first appointment, we were told that before a deep clean could be done, he would need two fillings. Two follow-up appointments were arranged for the fillings, followed by one for the clean. However, his original appointment was back in August, and since then, every subsequent appointment has been cancelled, I think it’s around the 4th one. Unfortunately, he’s still no further along in getting his teeth treated. The service might be great, but sadly, we haven’t had the chance to find out.

Fantastic experience: I have had 4 new front crowns and want to express my thanks to Saad for transforming my smile. I am so happy with the result and they look very natural. The care was excellent throughout my treatment, Saad explained each step and made me feel at ease whilst having my treatment.

Negative experience: I DO NOT RECOMEND !!! 2024 I got my appointment booked in 2 months for a real 10-minute job. I was consulted by a consultant, not a dentist, and he diagnosed wrong about what my teeth needed ( being told it just needs some cleaning when there was a black hole and obviously needed drilling and filling without anesthetic) and I see a big problem when someone who doesn't really know much, does the diagnosing for someone who would have to do the job but then eventually it doesn't match with the diagnosis. The dentist advised to book another consultation ££ so I can get the right things ( of course, I would not make the same mistake again) I got 1 teeth repair, but also I was left with another one not repaired even they both had the same problem, and that's because of the wrong diagnosis. In the end, I was expecting to be shown what was done, but that didn't happen. I have only seen that they didn't repair my other tooth when I got home, and I have mentioned to the consultant that I need both to be repaired. I'm still thinking how stupid I was to pay and leave before seeing what they did and what they didn't do. Would you trust and leave ? after my experience?? I could be offered another 5 min and have the other tooth repaired at extra cost at the end, but they preferred to let me go and not show me the work because I could see that they didn't finish the job I guess.

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently had Biodentine done by Dr Saad Habib over two visits at Hatfield Dental Care. This was for a tooth that’s been an issue for over a year with pain and infections above. I was under the impression this would need root canal or extracting. I had a consultation with Dr Saad Habib and he took a lot of time to explain all my options, the risks and explained Biodentine would be a good option to try before having to have root canal. Both visits with him were quick, pain free and now this tooth is fine again thankfully. Thank you Dr.

Negative experience: Very poor service, they cancel and move your appointments without speaking to you about it. Even for people with neurodiversity's who struggle with change and it takes weeks to prepared them for a visit. Reception staff member was very abrupt and rude in tone and manner with very poor body language. Lack of compassion, empathy or communication. Has definitely changed for the worse over the past 8/9 years.

Fantastic experience: The team at Hatfield are just simply amazing!!! They’re all so kind and their care for their patients undergoing treatments are spectacular. I would like to say a massive thank you to Afsar as he has been an integral part of my treatment plan with my Invisalign and gum contouring and honestly couldn’t thank him enough and I would also like to give Amy the practice manager a massive shoutout as she was always so kind and supportive (I held her hand a lot) also thank you to Tara for composite edge bonding she has given me a type of confidence I never thought I would have, highly recommend this team ❤️

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment today for myself and my son. Can’t recommend this dentist enough. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and the dental staff were brilliant with my son and gave us both great advice and reassurance.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend this dentist practice enough!!! I was so worried and embarrassed about my teeth but they were absolutely amazing with me. They made me feel so comfortable and reassured. they gave me my smile and confidence back. All the members of staff are so lovely and friendly.

Negative experience: They did me top 8 composite veneers They left a big dint in the front tooth so it wasn’t smooth and when I explained they said it is normal and things can change so give it time. I kept trying to rebook back in to get it fixed and it’s almost like they didn’t care and wasn’t bothered about my situation. Few years later I’m still stuck with these teeth and few dentists have said they are some of the worst composite veneers they seen :( I’m saving up now to get them off So hopefully I can go somewhere else for a better experience. Just please do your research before going to get any kind of veneers done. Posting a picture of my front two teeth you can’t see the mark/dint on the left one Even a full clean and polish wouldn’t get rid of it the Clinc basically did half a job as it should have been smoothed out like I asked then stains wouldn’t stick to it.

Negative experience: Awful service. I'd been going here for over 30 years before they were taken over with no issues. First thing the new owners did were to strike me off their books meaning that I was technically a private patient. I went to see Afsar about a crumbling baby tooth. He proceeded to lay down options ranging from £3k-£5k. I opted to have it removed and not immediately replaced as I wanted a 2nd opinion regarding the pricing structure as lots of people told me he overcharges (I was quoted 1/4 of the price elsewhere). Nevertheless, I booked and had the tooth removed. Afsar didn't sufficiently numb the gum, left half the tooth in tact and let me walk out on to the high Street covered in blood. Never been back.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient in this practice since it first opened in Hatfield. The staff have always given me both professional and fantastic service. I now live over 170 miles away and wouldn’t go to any other dentist, that just goes to show you what I feel about the service I receive here. They accommodate both NHS and private clients and the service you receive is exactly the same. I would highly recommend their services as they put you at ease from when you enter the premises to completion of your treatment.

Fantastic experience: I just completed my treatments with Janette perolli, she’s amazing!! Janette makes you feel at ease. I was a nervous patient when I first attended but I soon felt relaxed. My work is now completed, including a filling, an extraction, a bridge, and 3 composite bindings, they are extremely professional and friendly dentists, nurses and reception staff. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family.

Positive experience: My denture broke in half but it was fixed within one day very efficient service. That was the very good bit. The very bad part was being told I was taken off the NHS list because I had not been for a check up for over 2 years. I had no warning that this would happen and was shocked to be told that after 35 years of being a patient at the practice I would be dropped from Their NHS list without prior notification.

Negative experience: I am very frustrated with the service I have received today. I have arrived at the dentist today and I have been asked to complete a customer questionnaire, I have been rushed through it all and my husband have been made to sign marketing consent, which he didn’t have the time to read, our preference was to not receive them. My original appointment was re-scheduled for today just to find out on my arrival that my dentist Dr Zuhaib Ashraf has left the clinic and I have been assigned to Miss Yasmin. I feel like a phone call explaining the situation prior to the appointment would have been appreciated. I have also booked to see the dental hygienist at the same time but this didn’t happen and instead my husband’s teeth were cleaned?! He apparently needed the clean. I have questioned it and I have been told that I have to book separate appointment to have my teeth cleaned, which I am happy to book ( again!) but I can’t understand how my husband’s teeth have been cleaned if “an appointment needs to be booked for it”. The receptionist seemed frustrated with me even questioning it, which I do not appreciate. Clearly, they were trying to accommodate my appointment after Dr Zuhaib left but I believe mistakes have been made and overall I am very disappointed with the service received today.

Fantastic experience: Great service. I lost a filling and they got me in quickly to sort it. Always great experience, keeping you informed all the way through. I had an implant last year and again excellent treatment throughout.

They also continued to ask me if I was ok for them to carry on. They also gave me the information on paper for the after care. My daughter & 2 year old Grandaughter also go to the same Dentist.

Positive experience: Excellent very happy with my treatment, all the staff are friendly and helpful. However I do have concerns that the practice is moving towards being totally private. Some treatments that on the NHS list are not being out on the NHS, they are only being carried out privately.
