Fantastic experience: Staff are very friendly polite good dentist

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal appointment that lasted 1 hour 20 minutes, the longest I ever had. The service from start to finish was excellent as usual. The dentist put me at ease from the outset. Excellent local anaesthetic, kept reassured all the way and I never felt I thing. Fantastic thank you.

Positive experience: First class treatment from the receptionists to the dentists. Never had bad treatment of ant kind. Receptionist will accommodate the callers needs as much as possible and are pleasant with it. I do wish that when I'm due for a check up, but have to have emergency treatment the check up charge could be absorbed into the emergency treatment charge.

Fantastic experience: I'm not a very good patient, but the staff always make me feel at ease and make the whole experience less traumatic. Having neglected my teeth a little over the years, we are now on top of things reasonably painlessly. So lucky to be a patient in this practice. Can't praise the staff enough.

Fantastic experience: Had 2 Teeth out and a filling, within a few hours I was out shopping, feeling coming back, took a few doses of paracetamol as suggested for after care suggested by Dentist, all went well and within 24 hrs my Jaw bone had completely stopped aching, very happy with service as usual, everyone that works at this Dental Practice is both professional and friendly.

Reception staff nice and helpful, surgery rooms were spotlessly clean and the dental nurse and assistant who I saw were both lovely, very professional yet welcoming and made you feel at ease instantly.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was at 10am but I arrived slightly early. I was asked to wait but was only waiting a few minutes. I had my check up. Everything went smoothly and I was walking to my car at 10.05am. No complaints and I’ll be back in 6 months.

I've been to see her twice with the same problem and both times I have been made to feel at ease. All the staff I've met, from the receptionist to the dentists, have been excellent. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

He has always been thoughtful and patient with me and I trust him implicitly. The girls are lovely on reception too. Highly recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I first went to this surgery after not being able to find a NHS surgery as I lost a filling so had to go private as was told can be waiting upto 6 month's to find one petrified of dentist all my life but knew I needed to get my teeth sorted firstly would like to praise reception staff as they keep you informed with reminders day before via text and answer phone messages to see if you are still coming and secondly most importantly the dentist herself and her assistant so patient, understanding, talking you through the treatment I wouldn't say I'm terrified anymore still little anxious but nothing as bad as I was they give you time and give you a explanation of what will be when they are doing it and I'm so pleased with the treatment I had and want to say big thankyou for everything they have done
