Negative experience: Even though they can cancel as many times as they want they don’t tell you that if you cancel on your first time doesn’t matter if sick have commitment or basically anything they take you off list even when called for rescheduling. Been waiting for appointment for years to be put at back of list and they forget to tell you that small detail it’s disgusting service be different matter is was paying the top price they would be happy with helping

Fantastic experience: First vist today was put at ease on arrival the reception staff absolutely lovely very friendly then to meet my dentist really nice explaining everything all the way through thankyou for making my experience pleasant really lovely staff from start to finish

Fantastic experience: I've been with this dentist for a few years now & I've never had any problems. Friendly & good service. My scale and pollish recently was a breeze as Dr Ali gave me a little numbing cream & really settled my nerves.

Negative experience: Cannot get an appointment,now told dentist has left and will be contacted by another practice.Asked when ...reply don't know!!

Fantastic experience: I was only on the waiting list couple of weeks .butthe receptionist polite friendly first class and the dentist first class great .would not go anywhere else

Fantastic experience: Gave them 4 stars at first (just in case my tooth wouldn't get better), although I am for sure changing it to 5 stars! Tooth doesn't hurt anymore, got saved from extraction and I have been taken in as a patient with a very high speed (unfortunately not an NHS one, although that seems to be the case everywhere - there's a 4 years waiting time for an NHS dentist). Thanks tho, the service was very professional!

Negative experience: Wouldn't trust them. Their website states taking on new patients, not the NHS site their actual site, but when you call they say no. If you can't update a website, something that is basic admin, I don't know how well you can do in other areas.

Negative experience: No notice about cancellations and constant changing of appointments because of ‘Dentists not being in’. Love wasting time going in for no reason.

Fantastic experience: Rang up as my son had raging toothache and wasn't registered with a dentist. Appointment given for the following day, infection found , antibiotics given and I had to take him back the following week for extraction. I paid £23.80 on the first visit but the extraction was done on the NHS. Lovely staff and very efficient dental technician. Would definitely go there again and recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: very poor is the words i will begin with. reception staff arrogant and moody at all times, never seen a smile of faces. Dr Nadia is OK at times but not helpful. the assistant old lady with Dr nadia is one mean moody nasty woman, no hello no smile no welcome no goodbye ESP when she sees an asian person. OVER ALL VERY POOR WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. THEY NEED TO IMPROVE. advertise smiles but dont smile themselves. VERY DISAPPOINTED OVER ALL.

Fantastic experience: Toni is the best dentist ever. I have ASD and she is really great and calming and informing what procedure is going to take place. She is friendly, professional and very gentle. She really cares and does an amazing job. Thank you

Negative experience: took 3 weeks to take one of my tooth out and the end they didn’t take out they break into pieces and I want to send me to hospital

Fantastic experience: I have to say, the staff at my dentist are very polite and caring. On the day of my first appointment I thought I would just have a checkup, X-ray and have to book another appointment, but not the case, the dentist filled 3 teeth and I don’t need to go back for six months. Perfect service, I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Finding a dentist is hard enough, finding a good dentist is even harder. Dr Toni Lemm is an incredible find and her nurse made me feel extremely comfortable . i would fully recommend her and the amazing support staff to anyone.
