Fantastic experience: As an extremely nervous patient and if honest a bit of a ‘baby’ my care and attention could not have been better. Whilst nobody enjoys a visit to the dentist I can honestly say I could not be happier. From the minute you walk through the door the friendly welcome, pleasant surroundings and professionalism is clear. Your procedures are explained in depth, you feel confident you are in safe hands. The dentists, hygienists, implant specialists and receptionists make your visit as streamlined as possible. I cannot recommend highly enough - 5 star treatment throughout

Fantastic experience: At an early age, I damaged my front tooth and have had a cap for most of my 20s. Last year, my cap unexpectedly broke and the tooth underneath was not salvageable. I approached Green Square Dental and Implant Centre looking for a long term fix. As a young female with basically no front tooth, I was quite self concious and nervous about the whole process. However, Duncan and his team have been absolutely 10/10. They've ensured I understood all options available to me, the process from start to finish, and have been completely transparent about all costs. I have felt really cared for throughout my treatment, and the team have been so accommodating, making the whole process feel like a breeze. The end product is also amazing. You would never be able to tell it is an Implant until said. The quality of the work is fantastic and it's because Duncan and his team care about doing a good job. I'm so pleased. Anyone who is anxious about their teeth or is looking for a trustworthy and professional dental practice, I would wholeheartedly recommend Green Square Dental.

After visiting my normal NHS dentist suffering with a wisdom tooth problem and pain, I was informed that it needed to be removed and the NHS waiting time was minimum 9 months for extraction. No chance of suffering that long so I paid a visit to Green Square to check out their services. From first enquiry with the girls on reception (who were very informative with what i needed to do referral wise) to Rhianna and Emily (Dentist and Dental Nurse - both excellent), everything was explained clearly and professionally. From starting the ball rolling to tooth extraction was 2 days. I wouldn't hesitate to use Green Square again and I would certainly recommend them. Paul Rotherforth

Fantastic experience: I recently had some work done at Green Square. One of my teeth had broken and after a thorough consultation, I decided to have an implant. Rhianna & Duncan were both amazing and talked me through the entire procedure. They put my mind at ease and it was a very positive experience. I now have a lovely implant, instead of a large gap and I am so pleased with it. All of the staff are amazing and the Receptionists are lovely, friendly & helpful. Fantastic experience: I truly wish I could give this dentist more than 5 stars! Although it wasn’t my first visit today, I was scheduled for a wisdom tooth extraction, and I was feeling extremely anxious. I had to reschedule a few times due to a flare-up of vertigo, so I was nervous about inconveniencing anyone. Cheryl was incredibly understanding and kind, easing my worries about rescheduling. She reassured me that everything was fine and even let me come in later than originally planned. I first saw Matthew for a review, and he confirmed that the extraction was definitely needed. He was so knowledgeable and comforting, making the entire experience so much less stressful. He then scheduled me for the procedure the following week. When the day came for my extraction, Duncan took care of the procedure. Despite my anxiety and the need to be cautious of my vertigo, it went smoothly. Duncans expertise was so reassuring he talked me down from a panic attack.I really can’t recommend this team enough. The clinic itself is gorgeous, and everyone there is so welcoming and kind. A huge thank you to the whole team for accommodating me so well!

Fantastic experience: WOW! Noone really enjoys a visit to the dentist but I think I can safely say this was the nearest you can get. From the very warm and friendly welcome from Cheryl on reception to the care and professionalism provided by Duncan and Matthew. I had invisalign and implant treatment. All options, timings and pricing of my treatment were discussed during my first few appointments. Everything went according to plan with no hidden surprises I was advised all the way through how everything was progressing. My very last appointment was approximately 2 and a half years after my very first visit and can honestly say every single member of staff made me feel relaxed and cared for, here are just a few whos names I can recall ....... Ally, Paige, Olivia, Caycee, Betsy, Rachel, Jennie. I apologise to any I have missed its is only because I didnt catch your name - you were all amazing. Particular thanks to the lady who's name I dont recall but was there during my implant placement constantly checking on, and reassuring me. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Fantastic experience: I wasn’t content with my smile and I wanted to feel like a princess on my wedding day so that was the catalyst to get in touch with Green Square - The team there are wonderful and my dentist Matthew is one of the most thorough people I’ve ever met He’s a perfectionist and that suited me just fine! After my Invisalign treatment (a gradual 2 year process), Matt added a little composite bonding on my lateral incisors and we used whitening gel to give them the perfect finish. I absolutely love my teeth now!! Thanks guys, I couldn’t recommend you enough!

Fantastic experience: All my teeth are finally done! Such a emotional journey. Really owe Duncan at green square dental implant the world. For his patience with me, following an accident with a horse, being so anxious about all the work I’ve had to go through to get my teeth to how they are now. After a few appointments Duncan knew how to make things easier for me to cope with (not telling me too much information before I was sedated as made me more anxious knowing on the day what’s going to happen) that was how it worked for me and Duncan and his team was really understanding. Having sedation for the appointments when the work was being done made me feel so much more at ease as I wouldn’t of been able to go through it without it. I Also want to thank all the staff at green square, including the receptionist & the other dentists at the surgery who saw me for a emergency when Duncan wasn’t available, for all there hard work throughout my treatment. Fantastic experience: I didn't really believe in pain free dentistry until today. What an absolutely outstanding experience at Green Square this morning. The whole experience was a dream. Cheryl - the receptionist - was lovely, friendly, and welcoming. The waiting area was a million miles from cold and clinical; it was filled with comfortable sofas creating a relaxing ambience, with fresh coffee and chilled mineral water for patients. I had the dream team for my treatment: Fran was the most fabulous dental nurse: reassuring, caring and smiley She really put me at my ease. My dentist, Rhianna, was beyond wonderful. From explaining everything, to checking in with me really often, to making sure my procedure was totally pain free, she was the consummate professional. It may have only been a filling replacement but I have never had a dental experience like this. Just perfect. Thank you everybody. You should be very proud of the service you provide.

Each and every visit, the assistants have also been lovely and very kind (: The ladies in reception are all wonderful and very understanding. Fantastic experience: I approached this dentist in autumn 2024 with a view to having an implant in my upper jaw. I choose this practice as it appeared to be modern with expertise in this type of work. I was not disappointed. Throughout the process I was impressed with their professional service. I now have two implants as it made sense to have another one at the same time in my lower jaw to replace one I lost over 50 years ago. The implants are very comfortable and eating with them is so much better than it was with two teeth missing on the same side of my mouth. I'm now very tempted to go back for a further implant later this year to fill in my last gap on the other side of my lower jaw.

Fantastic experience: Returned today for my second visit to Green Square to have a very large and very old broken amalgam filling replaced by Rhianna and her nurse. They were truly amazing and more than exceeded my expectations for today’s visit. Totally pain free and an amazing result! Cannot thank this practice enough for taking over my dental care

The practice is so well kept too, Comfy, super clean and very modern. I’ve even been greeted with a gorgeous coffee whilst waiting for an appointment by the lovely staff. Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment hear today needing a back tooth out been in horrend pain the 5* goes to Joby for me he was absolutely amazing with me today he was all out for my comfort and made sure I was okay every second I got on the dreaded chair I have had a fear of dentist due to been a needle hater but he was so reassuring I was in and out within 30 minutes highly recommended the practice is stunning clean and fresh the girls on reception was lovely to ♥️

Fantastic experience: Thankyou so much for helping me from the start for my wisdom tooth removal. I had a really bad experience at my own dentist causing me to lose my trust and was extremely frightened. The receptionists were all so kind through it all but Rhianna who performed the removal was excellent. She explained everything what would happen assuring me that I would be fine. On the day I was in a pickle but she immediately chatted to me making me laugh through the whole process. I didn’t feel the needle and apart from the strange noises I didn’t feel the tooth being removed either. Fantastic experience: I had my first ever Lip Augmentation today at Green Square Aesthetics. A beautifully designed clinic . Everyone was so welcoming. Cheryl was lovely and we had a lovely chat about the treatments. Abbey and Fran made me feel comfortable and relaxed in the treatment room. Everything was explained clearly through the different stages of the treatment and how it may feel so I knew what to except. Abbey was very calming and took her time with the treatment until she was 100% happy with the results with the support of Fran. I love the results and look forward to having more treatments that are available.

Fantastic experience: So after an awful experience yesterday, where my 12 year old daughter had her front adult tooth snapped , it was safe to say we were distraught. I contacted different dentists and came across green square dental. I spoke with the most lovely receptionist called Sharon. She was so helpful and understood how upset we were. She managed to get me an emergency appointment the next morning (today). I did during this time also speak with another dentist who took more details. What a lovely, friendly guy! We arrived to the practice and were warmly greeted. The place is immaculate and the decor lovely. We were then greeted by our dentist Rihanna. I do not actually have enough words to credit this amazing lady! She was caring, kind, empathetic, patient and warm the whole way through. This is not to mention her clear in depth knowledge and expertise. She was supported by the most lovely dental nurse Fran and between them they were able to rectify my daughter’s problem. They explained what they were doing the whole way through and really gave my daughter a sense of control; in what for her was a very scary situation. I cannot explain the relief! Rhianna you were a hero for my daughter today. Thankyou, thankyou and thankyou again. I cannot recommend the practice highly enough.

Fantastic experience: My previous experience of dentists has been negative. The last one I saw, which must be around 20 years ago, was nothing short of arrogant and disrespectful, so much so it put me off going back to that practice or others. However, I have always wanted straighter teeth, so I plucked up the courage, and after hours of researching, I came across Green Square Dental and Implant Centre in Rotherham. From my initial phone call, I felt relaxed. An appointment was made, and I saw Rihanna. Absolutely first class treatment was offered, from a warm welcome to going at my pace to the treatment it's self. Whilst I was in the dentist's chair, I could not stop shaking, Rihanna was frequently stopping and asking if I was ok. I have never experienced this level of care! I was then handed to Matthew, who is overseeing my invisalign treatment. Like Rhianna, Matthew was not pushy. He gave me all the options to consider, and I felt very informed. I am now a private patient of the fantastic Green Square Dentist, I am 4 months into my invisalign treatment, and because of the team, I now enjoy, yes, enjoy going to the dentist!! To all those reading this review who has had the same poor experience as me, I implore you to pick up the phone and call the team. You definitely will not regret it. My only regret is not doing this sooner. Inside the building is aesthetically pleasing, so clean and warm, and I have to say smells great. Rihanna, Matthew, and the rest of the team. Thank you so much for reinstalling my faith in dentists. I have been and will continue to recommend your practice.

Fantastic experience: I originally booked in with green square as an emergency appointment. I have had so many bad experiences with dentists and was petrified. I have stayed with them to have some treatment done with Matthew. I cannot recommended them enough! There is no judgement, everything is explained to you and taken at your own pace. All work is done to the highest standard which I have found previous dentist haven’t! I am now looking forward to finishing my treatment at the next appointment!

Fantastic experience: I have spent the last 9 months receiving the most excellent care and treatment at this Dental centre. I attended following a referral for two implants after a number of years wearing a denture. I was of course nervous but throughout the treatment I was given excellent care and guidance and today finally have my implants in place and I am over the moon with the result. At the same time I have had a new front crown. This has been an issue I have endured for 28 years and Duncan has been the only dentist during this time that I have felt truly has understood my anxieties and taken the time to ensure I now have an excellent crown in place. His dental nurse Libby has also been very kind and caring throughout and I would recommend anyone looking for the best treatment to attend this practise. Fantastic experience: Narni is an amazing dentist (I hate the dentist and the noise that accompany/different feelings IE the hoover thing) but Narni would say before each different instrument was used and also what it would sound like which helps "brace" for whatever it is going to be. Narni also completed the work quickly but you could tell she was also taking time to make sure everything was right. Narni would also do work in small increments if that was needed, very considerate all throughout - I'd definitely recommend and I'm sure I'll be using her as my dentist for years to come. And the dental nurse Fran was great too :)

After many years of hating the way my teeth looked and the way they were heading with age I decided it was time to do something about them, which wasn’t an easy decision as the dentist definitely was not my favourite place to go and I was always petrified when a dental appointment was looming! Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist for several years due to my fear and anxiety , just sitting in a dentist chair alone scared me. On my first visit for a checkup I was made to feel very welcome and wasn't judged at all, all the staff understood about how my anxiety made me super nervous! but they all made me feel so much calmer about my treatment that I needed . I dopted for the iv sedation this time, the care given to me was amazing, I woke up with no memory of anything, now my fear of going to the dentist again is not so bad. Fantastic experience: to say duncan and his team are amazing is a total understatement - i cant praise them enough. I was refereed just over 12 month ago to have bone graft and implants due to an old procedure failing. my first impression was that I was so impressed that they had evening appointments and parking on site and it just got better after that.all staff were so helpful, friendly and calming. everything was explained in great detail and duncan was so calm it took away my anxiety of the treatment to the point i actually looked forward to my appointments !! The temp teeth were excellent which was also a big fear as i had to wear them for many months and it was my 2 front upper teeth. I now have my new teeth and they are above all my expectations. I can not thank everyone enough for the service , exceptionally high standard of work and helping me through my journey

Fantastic experience: Today I attended green square as a non registered emergency patient. I rang this am and they managed to get me an appointment for this evening. I am so impressed with the surgery. Beautiful inside and out the staff were very welcoming and the dentist I had Rihanna was amazing. She talked me through everything and was very thorough. I ended up having about 80% of my tooth removed along with 2 nerves then filled back in and built up. I can honestly say I didn’t feel a thing not even the injections. I was quite nervous which I was trying not to let show but there was no need. I will not go anywhere else now for my dentistry needs.

Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot recommend this practice highly enough! All of the staff are genuinely lovely people and will help in any way they can. I saw Matthew after 20+ years of being too nervous to visit a dentist and he did everything to put me at ease. I’ve had several appointments to get my mouth into good condition before having cosmetic treatment and he made sure my mouth was in tip top shape before doing so, advising clearly and thoroughly at every stage of the process. A great practice with fantastic staff and very competitive pricing to boot.

From the reception staff, to dental nurses and the dentist themselves you really are in great hands with these guys. Receptionist staff are extremely polite, friendly and so welcoming! Joby, my dentist, is the nicest person you could wish to meet, he gives constant updates during procedures to reassure you and make sure you're doing well. Joby is a brilliant dentist! The dental nurses are really lovely people and always greet you with a smile and ask how you are doing... At Green Square Dental they genuinely care about you. Fantastic experience: Had a phobia of dentists from the 70's and 80's but now in middle age my teeth h were a disaster.. I finally decided to do something about it and they could not have been better. Really friendly, professional and they understand all your issues and are only too happy give you everything you need to make you comfortable.i finally have a smile to be proud of thanks to Rhianna and Duncan. Fantastic experience: After feeling let down by our previous dentist my wife was the first to come to green square dental practice for a second opinion, she was over the moon with the treatment she received from booking in to see Rachel first for a consultation to receiving her treatment with Mathew, we both became patients here. They're is always a lovely warm welcome and expert professional advice and care, with the latest high tech equipment. The procedure was explained very thoroughly by Mr M Stephen's who was my dentist throughout the procedure. All the staff made me feel very comfortable and the procedure was done within the timescale that I requested.
