Fantastic experience: I went to the practice as I had broken 2 teeth. I was looked after from start to finish. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me with my work shift. I only have a small mouth opening and nabeela managed to do all my treatment (including a root canal). She could paint her hallway through a letterbox. Absolutely brilliant. Positive experience: Been taken off the register and can’t get and appointment anywhere wasn’t even notified that I was being taken off no email text nothing and all people say is because of Covid (great excuse). So now struggling to get anywhere to have my wisdom teeth checked out.

It is the case historically that most dental practices will operate on the basis that so long as a patient attends appointments regularly and the NHS contract capacity allow for it, a practice will always continue to see a patient and offer NHS care. However, as demand for NHS places is so high in many areas, if a patient has not been seen at practice for a period of over approximately 2 years (this can vary practice to practice), they will offer that NHS space to another person seeking NHS care.

Fantastic experience: The service and care demonstrated was excellent .This was demonstrated from the minute I knocked on the door and the way in which cleaning was performed to keep all surfaces clean.This included cleaning door handles,seats ,sanitizers pumps. The dentist was able to give me a filling for a cavity and provided and helpful tips on how I could prevent further damage to a very small cavity which did not require any intervention.Please note this was the first time I had visited the dentist since the COVID pandemic began.I felt very safe . The care and attention to social distancing ,wearing of the masks showed how much they wanted their patients to feel safe. Thank you for your kindness and consideration . Well done.Excellent work .

Negative experience: Went on the 22nd October for some moulds done I told my dentist I needed my crown to be the same size as my old tooth as I have a retainer from previously having braces.On the 25th October I have my crown fitted which I went home and my retainer didn’t fit and then couldn’t do anything until Monday. I had to go 3 day with out using my retainer what I need to wear every day.So I then rang on the 28th October and explained that my tooth is too big and my retainer doesn’t fit so I got seen on the same day .Sat in the chair showed her my retainer and tooth and she started to grind my retainer which I thought she was just making more room so the tooth would fit but no I was wrong she completely grinned my retainer straight though (she didn’t ask me if that was okay)so I have a big hole in it so my tooth would fit though I have nothing supporting the tooth.Then she turned round and said I need a new retainer that would cost £70!!!!

Negative experience: Had a tooth removed and my gum started to rot.they cut almost of the rot out then stitched up the gum with rot still in.useless dentist.had to treat the rot myself.could have turned very nasty.will not use this place ever again.
