Negative experience: They leave you on hold for hours then end the call to make you repeat the same process all again this is my second time I called this afternoon and still not gotten through so much for “the best dental care in the uk”

Fantastic experience: I have recently finished Invisalign treatment at Lincoln dental and implant studio with Dr Manu and had the best experience. My treatment lasted around 6 months. Now I feel confident in my smile thanks to the practice. The reception and nurse team was always so welcoming. I would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Be careful when making appointments with these they decided to up the price by £500 half way through my dental plan. I have seen your replay and it is not right, I have had all my requested scans completed since the original appointment and wanted this done as soon as possible. I was advised to have my teeth whitening done before the implants what I have done. I believe that as I have had the consultation, paid for all the scans and continued with the recommended procedure my detenal treatment has started and the price agreed at the start should be honoured. I have not missed an appointment out of my choice but have had 2 cancelled appointments from your clinic. I am a cash buyer and don't think this is how you should treat your customers. This thread can be deleted but everything I am saying is 100% true.

And I also just recently completed my Invisalign treatment here too, which overall experience was fantastic from start to finish. The process was clearly explained, the support during check-ups was excellent, and I am absolutely thrilled with my final results.

Fantastic experience: I visited last week for a new patient check up after having a bad experience at another dental practice. The whole process was amazing. From initial contact with the reception team (Claire) all the way through to the checkup done by Manu. I’m autistic and struggle with appointments of any kind the best of times. The studio itself was warm and welcoming as were the staff. Manu explained everything he was doing at each stage of the checkup so I knew exactly what to expect. He listened to my concerns and made me feel confident and better about coming to the dentist. A lovely experience all round!

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Dr Smitha enough. The advice and service I received was amazing. I had a course of Enlighten teeth whitening, followed by some composite bonding on my front teeth which I am over the moon with. It’s boosted my confidence no end, and I’m finally smiling with my mouth open now after not doing so for years. My only negative is that I should have gone for it sooner.

Fantastic experience: I went to Lincoln Dental and Implant for full mouth all on 4s. My case was at times less than straightforward, but Wasif and his team were absolutely amazing. From having loose and less than attractive teeth, my smile is no longer one I hide, the difference has been life changing. I can now eat anything I want with no pain at all which is something I wouldn't have believed as before the implants I was in pain almost constantly. My gum health has also visibly improved. It took a while for me to decide to get all on 4s as the cost was significantly more than having dentures but it's been worth every penny and probably been the best decision I have ever made. Wasif was really invested in making the experience the best it could be and I would have no hesitation in recommending both the decision to have the implants and trusting Wasif to be my dentist of choice. I can't express enough how much this has changed my life both in the way I feel about my appearance and my ability to finally enjoy food without pain. If I had to do it all again I would choose this dentist practice as the whole experience has been one of care and consideration.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Lincoln Dental and Implant Studio since August 2024 when I began my Invisalign treatment. Once I had completed this, I wanted to have some composite to complete my smile. Smitha was incredible. She is so talented and I cannot believe my results. The appointment was just over an hour but Smitha asked me many times throughout if I wanted a break and checked that I was comfortable throughout. Throughout my experience with my Invisalign to then this final treatment today, the team have always put comfort and reassurance first. I am incredibly grateful to Smitha for putting the finishing touch on the smile I have wanted since I was a teenager. Thank you so much, I cannot stop smiling!

Fantastic experience: I am extremely happy with the treatment i received from Manu at Lincoln Dental and Implant Studio. As an adult I have never liked my smile and avoided smiling on pictures. I was always very guarded over showing my teeth. Having a new smile has changed so much for me. I am so much more confident and I even regulary receive comments on my teeth. Fantastic experience: The service, treatment and understanding that I have received from those at Lincoln Dental and Implant Studio has been exceptional and I would highly recommend them, especially if you are a nervous patient. I initially came to the studio for a second opinion after my registered dentist was prepared to extract one of my incisors, which had been damaged by impact trauma some 20 years ago. The specialist and skilled work of the practitioners at the studio not only preserved my natural tooth, but their knowledge in, and application of cosmetic dentistry has restored my smile. From Claire’s friendly nature on the front desk, my initial consultation with Manu, the root canal performed by Abdul and the restoration work undertaken by Smitha, the level of care shown at each stage has been outstanding. I found the approach to be very individualised. My visits have been the most relaxed I have ever felt at the dentist and because of their hard work, I no longer have to hide my smile. I am so incredibly grateful for the team at the studio for giving me back my confidence.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a dental implant fitted by Dr Tranoulidou after I needed to have a fractured tooth removed. The process does take time and you need to wait for the implant to naturally bond. All of the various stages were explained to me and each was carried out with precision and care. All of the staff are friendly and professional, and the receptionist Claire is welcoming and really good at her job. Previous visits to the hygienist, and the advice given, have really improved my gum health. I am very pleased with the final result and I recommend this dentist without hesitation.

We were lucky enough to see a dentist the same day and they repaired his teeth to the point that you can't tell that they were broken at all. No pain or discomfort whatsoever. Fantastic experience: Dr Wasif Jamil has been a great communicator through my dental implant process. I needed an upper canine crown replaced after my previously snapped tooth from a bike crash had insufficient material for a veneer or crown. After discussing with him my concerns and goals, he reassured me on an approx timeline (yes, it is a decent 4+ month journey depending on your situation, that costs, but he explains why it takes this long and the value you're getting longer-term), and outlined what the next steps are between now and finish. The pain was intense after my initial implant, but the result is undeniably worth it. Matched to my B1 veneers on the upper set of teeth, Wasif has blended my implant in beautifully and I couldn't be happier with the appearance, normality when eating/smiling again and no pain. I'm about to have my 6-week post-implant check-up today and have had no issues or pain whatsoever. Very happy with closing off this chapter that started since February, and couldn't be happier that I had Wasif to take care of me throughout the journey! PS: A shout out to the studio's amazing receptionist too, Kat. Thanks for always keeping me updated and welcoming me in with a smile.

Fantastic experience: Came here to see Dr Wasif Jamil to see what he could do about my missing tooth as I had my wedding this year. I had an implant with a crown, everything about the procedure and appointments were explained to me in detail. I am nervous of dentists and they kept me calm and I got through it all. It may of took time but it was worth it in the end as it gave me my smile back. I’m so happy with the work they done. I would recommend. You can’t even tell I’ve got a crown as the colour match was spot on.

Fantastic experience: Recently had to attend to have a wisdom tooth removed - I was extremely anxious and stressed, could not think of anything worse. Looked after wonderfully by both the dentist and the nurse and left completely relieved and confident in their care . Fantastic experience: I have had quite a lot of treatment at this practice and must say it’s always to the highest standards. All the team are friendly and caring and coming here is not an ordeal like some places I have been to over the years. I highly recommend this practice for implant treatment too. Just add to my original feedback I have had a dental implant bridge completed at this practice by Wasif the dental surgeon. The treatment went really well only a little discomfort but hardly any pain and the end results was amazing. I was always told what would be happening with my treatment and what to expect. Fantastic experience: I visited this new practice in Lincoln after being recommended by a friend .I had 2 discoloured front teeth fillings replaced by Dr.Smitha and is very happy with the results. Negative experience: Paid £3k for a front implant. Had horrendous pain and had to get tramadol from gp. The crown has gaps and is shorter than original teeth so looks ridiculous. They rarely return calls, didn’t show any compassion and refuse to rectify ! Avoid !!!!! Wow! I had a response, thankyou I guess. Don’t get me wrong, everything surgery wise went as could be expected, however! Just under a year since my first crown fitted (the surgeon admitted there and then it wasn’t right and even said he hadn’t had chance to check it as he had been ill- yet he still refitted it after the 2nd fitting) my first impression of my surgeon and team were that they take pride in their work and care about their patients! How wrong I was! I am still in extreme discomfort, can’t eat properly, and lost confidence in smiling. This has affected my mental health so much…… and I still don’t have the promise your surgery gave of “your treatment will not be completed until you are happy”!!!!!

Going to the dentist is something I generally get so anxious about as I have not had a good experience in the past. From the minute you walk in the door,you are greeted by the most lovely receptionist who instantly puts me at ease. The beautiful decor is so relaxing with gorgeous flooring and a TV with all the services and information that the practice provides. My dentist is so calming and he makes me feel very comfortable to the point that it's over so quickly! Highly rate this practice,changing over was the best thing I ever did. Fantastic experience: My wife rang up at 9.15am last Wednesday because she had extremely painful toothache. She was seen by the dentist at 10.30am, and was home by 11.15am having had an emergency extraction. From start to finish she was treated efficiently and in a friendly and comforting manner by the receptionist, the dentist and her assistant. When I drove her to the dentist she was very nervous and apprehensive, but left feeling nothing but relief and thankful for her treatment. She has had no adverse effects since the extraction and would recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: So informative and thorough. I haven’t seen a dentist in a couple of years, due to moving and not realising that registering at a new dentists is very hard. So many with excellent reviews are hard to get registered at. I expressed interest through the online system, after trying to call on a Monday morning (I should know better), but by the afternoon I’d got my initial appointment set up for the following week. The receptionist was lovely and very engaging which made me feel good, as that is always a good sign. I’ve just attended today and I have honestly never been so informed about my teeth and gums. Everything was explained to me in layman terms. The future work was explained to me so that I fully understand what needs to be done and why. It is very clear this is a dentist who is very passionate about his profession. Prior to even looking at my mouth he had a detailed chat with me about my dental history. Overall, this was possibly one of the best appointments I’ve ever had. I feel very lucky, my previous dentist was good and worked well with me due to anxiety, but this time I never felt any of that. Just a very well informed dentist who not once tried to upsell any treatments to me (I have overcrowding and usually the first thing that comes out of the dentist mouth is an Invisalign pitch). The dental plan was explained to me really well, and it is very good value for money. Which I am now signed up to and confident that I am in safe hands. Thank you, I can’t wait to see you again!

Kind, caring & highly professional staff meant that Fiona felt welcomed & relaxed during every session, with the end result looking amazing. Their prices are very reasonable, and with the state of NHS dentistry at the moment, I'd highly recommend this practise to all.

Fantastic experience: I am happy with the results and the female dentist I saw was very easy to deal with and I would recommend them. My only criticism is that it’s closed at lunch time and it wasn’t obvious from their website and I wasn’t told by any staff. So I had to stand outside in the rain for 10 minutes waiting for it too be opened. But I still happy with the clinical improvement.

Negative experience: Waited more than 2 mths for dental cleaning appointment, only to show up on the day and time of my appointment to find that the clinic had changed it, and obscurely hidden the change in a confirnation text message, which made no mention of the change and which I naturally presumed was a confirmation of my original appointment. The clinic has no availability now until December, so I'll be moving on elsewhere. I don't understand why no one called me to actually inform me of the change. The clinic response below claims I confirmed the change. I did receive a text to confirm the appointment, I obviously just did not expect that it had been changed to a different time. Another appointment was offered to me mid afternoon during my work hours. I had already taken leave to attend my orignal appointment.

Fantastic experience: I booked a smile makeover appointment & discussed various options (to suit my budget!) with Smitha and agreed that teeth whitening & composite bonding was the way forward to repair a front tooth, fix large gaps & to disguise a baby tooth (where there was no adult tooth to replace this). Smitha quickly demonstrated what could be achieved & wow I couldn’t wait to get started. After the whitening (so that my natural teeth matched existing crowns) I had the composite bonding. Relatively quick, certainly painless & I am overwhelmed with the result! I’m learning to smile again & am feeling so much more confident in my self. Highly recommend Smitha & her team. Thank you!
