Fantastic experience: I have had two wisdom teeth extractions and two coronectomies alongside Invisalign treatment with Dr Raj Kumar. I would highly recommend to anyone else because of the care and skill with which Dr Kumar and his assistant both plan and perform procedures. From end to end, my plan was tailored to my circumstances and teeth, and included preemptively heading off future decay. It’s a clinic that focuses on getting things right, rather than taking shortcuts. During procedures, Dr Kumar’s style is to explain fully and honestly and involve patients in decision making - which makes for informed decisions and better understanding of processes and results. Follow up and aftercare for both surgeries was attentive and comprehensive, and the results have been great.

Fantastic experience: Experienced quite intense pain with wisdom tooth over the weekend, was offered an appointment first thing Tuesday morning after calling Monday evening, process was explained in detail with me and I felt very comfortable discussing options with Dr Kumar. Tooth extracted by 10am with no pain or excess bleeding, at a sensible price, thorough after-care instructions sent to me by email. A *much* better experience than I anticipated, *strong* recommendation from me.

I wanted to fix my teeth before I got married (I never had braces as a child) and Dr Raj absolutely nailed the brief. One thing I really appreciated was that the team were very comprehensive, and did a broader assessment of my dental health alongside the orthodontic work. The Invisalign process itself was really straightforward, the retainers very discreet and I had no problems getting convenient appointments (their surgery is 2mins from Moorgate/Bank also which was great for arranging slots around work). Most importantly, throughout the process the team were friendly, informative and reassuring which made a massive difference. Fantastic experience: Went for a full teeth check-up. Dr Raj and his team were extremely helpful and friendly. I had to re-schedule the appointment a few times and still I was given really closer dates for the next appointment. The customer service from the first contact itself was outstanding!!! Dr Raj was really friendly and is really knowledgeable. He did a full check-up and all he needed to do was a report for me. But he gave a full detailed explanation of oral hygiene, which brushes to use, the issues with my crown and spent a good 1hour explaining each and everything. He even went an extra mile and got my denture glue fixed for a teeth which had fell off for FREE of charge. In my entire like I have not met such a great dentist and the service I received was outstanding!!! I am even thinking of moving from my local dentist to Raj for regular treatments. That's how great the service was. In this current days of getting charged hundreds for just one consultation- Raj was way reasonable with his pricing and took time in explaining everything unlike other dentist I have been- who are always in a rush to finish with you and start with the next patient. So would highly recommend Dr Raj Kumar to anyone who is looking for a good dentist in London! He definitely knows his stuff!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Raj Kumar did an assessment on my son to provide a report to a legal firm. He was professional, welcoming and reassuring. He took his time to not only assess my son but talk me through what he was doing, why, what he could see and what it meant for his long term dental health. He showed and explained to me what he could see from his xrays. He went above and beyond in following up with some advice to pass to his orthodontist back where we live. Fantastic experience: I had been experiencing a very painful wisdom tooth infection for a few weeks which had become unbearable over one weekend. I was able to get an appointment with Dr Raj within 72 hours. The surgery itself was surprisingly painless and extremely fast...I didn't feel a thing during the procedure! Dr Raj was also very knowledgable and was able to adapt his approach based on my situation (as my infection was very deep and could potentially impact the nerves). I was also given a full set of painkillers and mouth wash as part of the aftercare. I will be going back for all future my checkups and dental services.

Fantastic experience: After considering Invisalign treatment for many months and deciding which dental practise to go with - I eventually decided upon going with Forma Smile. I’m now three months into my Invisalign journey and I can’t express how happy I am that I choose them! Right from my first visit I was incredibly impressed with the overall professionalism and genuine care I felt from the team. Dr. Raj really took the time to explain in detail the Ins and outs of the overall treatment and I really made me feel like he approaches each case with a high regard for each patients specifications. Fantastic experience: My wife was in a lot of pain due to growing wisdom teeth and Dr. Raj Kumar accepted to see us on the same day. The surgical tooth extraction was done very cleanly and my wife recovered quite quickly due to it. It was a slightly complicated thing and he kept us updated on his process before and after the treatment. He is an experienced dentist who really goes the extra mile in treating his patients. Unlike other doctors, he makes sure that the patient actually recovers post treatment and keeps following up on emails to know the patient's well-being. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr Raj is by far the best orthodontist I've been to! (Specifically emphasising this as I've had many traumatic experiences with dentists in the past). Could not recommend him and his team enough. I was one of the patients that suffered from the poor job that was done at finest dental and was left hanging with no answers. Dr Raj took me on from there, restarted my whole treatment and supported me immense amounts throughout the whole journey and I cannot thank him enough for it. Fantastic experience: I have several consultations at different clinics and after comparing, I finally chose forma smile & beauty. Dr. Raj is very responsible and he even did the 3D scan for me himself. The consultation lasted 40 minutes and I asked a lot of questions, Dr. Raj is very patient in answering every question. At the other clinic, the nurse did the 3D scan for me, which was very unprofessional and caused me a lot of pain, including the consultation, which was not done by the doctor himself, and ended up only talking to me for a few minutes, and finally charged me £95 for the consultation. I really think it unbelievable. Dr. Raj is really responsible and helped me to revise my plan many times, and answered every email carefully and promptly, even answering my emails at 11pm on Christmas Day. So I really recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: I was a former Finest Dental patient and Dr Kumar was excellent at picking up my Invisalign treatment after some mishaps with Finest Dental. He re-assessed my situation and advised altering the treatment plan, which included removing 4 teeth to improve my side profile. This meant that the overall treatment time was significantly extended, but Dr Kumar does not take shortcuts and prioritises the best outcome for his patients. He is thorough in assessing patients as individual cases and determining what works best each patient. I am very satisfied with the end result - it is better than I ever imagined and has transformed my smile and confidence. Communication throughout the treatment was excellent and Dr Kumar is very accommodating with appointments.

Regular catch ups over lockdown to ensure I was on track and timelines in place to measure progress. Fantastic experience: Dr Raj is a person whom you'd feel comfortable with. Understanding, sympathetic and empathetic, easy to communicate with, quick on the response returned my call while many were unwilling to pick up my call, caring in treatment and pricing. Skilled doctor. Thorough. Doesn't waste resource or effort to show the patient everything and explain in detail.

As someone who was not comfortable at the dentists, Raj completely put my mind at ease and was very patient and professional in explaining all the options available to me. Fantastic experience: Ok so I'm all done with my invisalign treatment now woop woop. I am really pleased with the results thanks to Dr Kumar and his team. Fantastic experience: I went to Forma Smile for Invisalign treatment and I’m really happy with the outcome of my treatment. Dr Raj was always flexible when making appointments and was really helpful throughout my treatment. We worked on a treatment plan to go through some of my insecurities with my smile and even made some adjustments to the first plan. I had a few adjustments to my aligners after finishing my first round of aligners which was really great to have. At the end of my treatment I also had teeth whitening and was given three retainers to keep. I’d highly recommend Forma Smile if you’re looking to get Invisalign.

Fantastic experience: Amazing results from Raj @ Forma Smile & Beauty. I had lost my confidence to smile; self-conscious of my teeth which had moved since fixed braces as a teenager. My friends told me they were fine!! But with Invisalign & Raj's careful attention to detail, I can now grin with pride! Just see my before & after photo. I bought the full package, and had multiple new scans and aligners due to a stubborn few teeth. This was all included in the initial price, which took any stress out of the process. Raj is very personable, knowledgeable and will make sure you have perfect teeth. All that's left now is the whitening (also included)! Every penny well spent, as you cannot put a price on confidence. Raj also identified a wisdom tooth abscess which had been missed at routine dental checks, I was able to get this sorted & stop intermittent pain I was experiencing.

I must say Dr Raj is professional , he explains the treatments very clearly and is accommodating. I'm really happy with my Invisalign results and I now have healthy teeth. Fantastic experience: I've just finished my Invisalign treatment and had 2 fillings with Dr Raj. He was excellent from day 1, all the way from explaining the package and procedure to delivering on his promises. He is very diligent, straight-forward and accommodating. His offices are always clean and he has taken all the COVID precautions required. I haven't had great experiences with other dentists in the past but I highly recommend this practice and Dr Raj.

Fantastic experience: went and see Simon absolute amazing man he works miracles I'm petrified of dentists haven't been for at least 8 years he got me in the chair managed to get me through root canal then a big filling then small fillings a clean to remove my plaque build up and a polish (didn't feel a thing may i add ) spoke me through everything made me feel so relaxed not one bit of fear went through me would highly recommend so happy with my pain free beautiful mouth now thank you so much will be back in 6 months !!!!! amazing man Simon
