Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Grace’s at Hope Park Dental Practice for many many years, and our whole family has been under Grace’s truly wonderful care since she started out in South Queensferry back in the day! Grace is the most professional, knowledgeable, caring, friendliest dentist we know. She always makes us feel comfortable and truly confident in everything she says and does, she NEVER over treats us, she keeps us so well looked after. The receptionists and all Grace’s team are all extremely friendly, so lovely, and are always very supportive and polite. Myself and all my family members have ALWAYS been made to feel welcome and comfortable throughout our experiences in the practice and I would highly rate this dental practice 10/10 for excellent quality and care.

She was able to find a fourth canal which had eluded her in the first session. Such determination paid off. Dentists' daughters such as I must make the worst patients! Happily, after the recent two sessions of root canal treatment I have been pain free.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of the Hope Park Dental Practice for many years. Initially this was as an NHS patient, however in the last year or so I changed to private by means of taking out a dental plan where I pay a relatively small monthly fee and this provides me with two dental check-ups and two hygienist check-ups per annum (any dental treatment required receives a 10% discount from the treatment cost). This is well worth the money. During my time here, I have had several dentists over the years and all have been truly fantastic, as are the wonderful and very helpful support staff. Any dental treatment I had was always carried out in a highly professional manner and I have never had any issues in arranging appointments, whether routine or emergency. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the services of the Hope Park Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: Like so many others I am totally satisfied with my care at Hope Park. Been a patient of the practice long before it moved to Hope Park. (At least 40yrs I think!!) Staff have always been exceptionally pleasant and efficient. Andrew has always been able to solve any dental problems I have had with great expertise. They always have the most up to date equipment and it has been very interesting to observe the progress over the years.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Andrew at this practice for years. He offers everything you would want in a dentist: he is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced and instills confidence, and he doesn't over-treat. I have some underlying health conditions which the practice has been happy to accommodate. The receptionists and other members of the team are always very friendly and kind. I highly recommended this practice both for the quality of the dental care and the excellent customer service.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Hope Park Dental Practice for years and I find every member of staff there excellent. The service from my dentist is excellent, but when, like today, she wasn’t available because she was on holiday, I was seen by another excellent dentist at short notice to treat an unexpected dental problem. The service is always first class.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentistry provided in a friendly approachable manner. All my family are clients of Hope Park and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: If you have a broken dental implant Andrew is your man! He extracted the broken screws and pretty soon I had my (three) teeth back again. This procedure is not guaranteed with success, the consequence of failure doesn't bear thinking about (at least £10,000).

Fantastic experience: I’m strangely content in the chair. My teeth have never been whiter. Or more cheerful, if that’s possible. My mother always said, “Look after your teeth, love — they’ll outlast your friends.” And judging by her dentures grinning from a glass by the bed, she wasn’t wrong. Grace and the team do a wonderful job — calm, precise, and not once have they asked me about my holidays with a suction tube in my mouth.

Everyone is very pleasant, professional and treatment is of a very high quality. I was there last week for a root canal and had two sessions, neither of which had any pain whatsoever either during or after. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Suffering from pain from a molar, I phoned the practice for an appointment. This was arranged for two days later. In the event, Andrew and I decided that tooth extraction was the best way to go. He warned me it might be difficult as the tooth was wedged between its neighbours, one of which was a wisdom tooth. It was indeed a difficult extraction, involving cutting the tooth and removing the parts. Andrew and his assistant were wonderfully calm during this, in spite of the distress I was clearly showing. The tooth was safely extracted and I was given advice about how to look after the gap subsequently. I left the practice a lot calmer. The next morning, someone from the practice phoned me to ask how I was - a considerate and generous act. Thankfully I had recovered from the worst by then.

This is a family business, run by two very well qualified dental surgeons, the standard of care and professionalism exhibited by these dentists, and the very friendly, and efficient support staff is first class, in fact, I would go as far as to say, that in my opinion, of all the dentists I had growing up, this practice, and the care given by the dentists, and the support team, is the best I have ever had.
