Fantastic experience: A very clean and professional dental practice. All the Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Dr Stephen Duong fitted me with a new crown most successfully. I was a hesitant patient after past interventions and had avoided dental treatment for years. Dr Duong was especially careful, and talked me through the procedure and administered the anesthetic painlessly. I am now a converted patient and look forward to my next checkup.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth removed recently, generally i have a bad experience with excess bleeding afterwards, but this time was completely different. The extraction was painless, it did bleed a little afterwards but i was bought straight back in to the chair and reassured and not rushed to leave. Fantastic experience: Very friendly and professional, I am scared of the dentist and for years didn’t go, Alba dentist was recommended to me when I had an abscess, straight away they made me feel relaxed. I still get anxious when I have to go, but soon relax.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer care and advice. Whilst dentists is an expensive system, this practice remains good value. Highly recommend this practice, the staff are so welcoming, in not always a nice place to go to when you are suffering dental pain, they are all a credit to this practice.

Fantastic experience: First hygienist visit for quite some time, Habibba gave me lots of advice on gum health and was especially patient around any sensitivity that I had. I would definitely recommend a visit. I had a full check up with Hari afterwards which was really helpful with information over an issue that was concerning me. I like the consistency at Alba of seeing the same dentist. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good practice in Braintree.

Fantastic experience: I needed a wisdom extraction and fillings. Work was completed in around 30 mins. Hari and the team were brilliant, kind, and caring. I'm not good with needles or such things, so I may have collapsed on their reception after the procedure. God bless Hari and the team again for getting me back on my feet. Day 2, and I am already feeling much better, hari is a pro. If you are super nervous or don't do well with needles let them know unlike what I did. Even the ladies behind the desk are super friendly. They just make the whole process so easy. God bless you all, and thank you for all the help

Fantastic experience: Extremely professional, friendly and efficient. Went in sort of already knowing that I would require a root canal in an emergency appointment and had the site cleaned and protected from further damage. The whole root canal process, while time consuming, was done fantastically with the concerns for my pain level and comfort being paramount. The entire process of having a crown prepared and fitted was explained at every step of the process and the end result has been fantastic with the fitted crown being exceptionally comfortable and undetectable from my own teeth. Cannot recommend the practice enough and if you are able to go private for such a service I doubt you can find better within the Braintree area.

I am now 71y.o. and obviously have been with a few Dentist concerns whilst living & working around the UK, but this is by far the very best customer serving and medical/dentist working organisation of them all, for me. I feel welcome upon arrival, am called by my name, looked after, and the care I receive - especially with the dentist continuously communicating what's going on in the appointment, and why, - makes me feel wanted and puts me at ease. The reception crew are on-the-ball and know what they are doing, frankly, the whole experience is well worth it. I actually want to go back again, & others could learn so much from this team. I managed to book a last minute appointment for a check up, my appointment was on time, with no waiting around, the service of both the reception staff and dentist / assistant was very professional and kind. The dentist even gave my teeth a quick hygienist clean within my checkup! Highly recommend.
