Fantastic experience: I have always been terrified of dentists, especially from when a dentist took out my three front teeth when I was only 15. All because I had fallen and chipped these teeth. That was in the bad old days of dentistry in the 70s. Thank god I found Halton Dental Practice, and my absolute angel, Jonathan. For the past few years my confidence has grown steadily and I’ve now started working on getting implants. I first started talking to Jonathan a few years ago about implants. There was no hard sell. He explained many times all of the process’s I would go through, never tiring of my endless questions. Then in September I bit the bullet and have started my journey to have implants to regain my confidence to smile again at the age of 67. I will update this post as my journey continues. If you’re out there and need help with anything teeth related go to Halton Dentists. They are truly amazing and everyone in the practice treats you with kindness and respect.

Fantastic experience: Hi, I’ve been at this surgery since it’s opening. My parents Dentist followed them all from Speke, when The New Town was built and we all were registered to Halton Road Dental Practice under Mr Stone and Company. I have vivid memories of being aged 3 years old sitting in the rooms at the surgery and have never had a bad experience. I’m 53 nearly! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Fantastic experience: I am an absolutely nightmare for the dentist, as I am a nervous wreck and hysterical when I first go for my checkout but I expressed my concerns with the reception staff and how I feel more comfortable with a female dentist and they have bent over backwards to accommodate me and change my dentist back to a female for me after my previous dentist left and I was then put under a male dentist.. best dentist in Halton in my opinion

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Halton Dental surgery for over 30 years and cannot recommend them highly enough! All the staff and nurses are brilliant, the manager is amazing .. so helpful and always welcoming and my dentist Mr Rumble is simply the best! Even though I refuse anesthetic he is so understanding and gentle that I have had fillings and extractions with very little pain! He is brilliant! Fantastic experience: First time I’ve been the dentist in years after a terrible and horrifying experience growing up, and I’ve been apprehensive ever since. There was absolutely no need for me to feel that way with Lauren and Megan though, who were really professional, considerate and caring throughout the whole consultation. So far, so good. Fantastic experience: My Son had his first filling here with his Dentist Paola. My son is on the pathway for ASD and can find visits and un familiar people/surroundings overwhelming. Paola made him feel very at ease and comfortable. Talking to him prior to his treatment and explaining what she is going to do and what he will expect. Paola was extremely patient, professional and overall amazing visit. Would reccomend to anyone with children or people who are maybe nervous attending their dentists.

Fantastic experience: If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Paola is amazing. She has done quite a bit of cosmetic work on my teeth now and I couldnt be happier. I followed her from her last place of work as i have so much confidence in her dedication to her patients. She is always smiling and always so welcoming. Makes me feel at ease. Excellent, so skilled and what she does and very thorough and precise. A perfectionist id say!!! She explains every step of procedure Im on the last hurdle of having my implants completed Jonathan has placed the implants assisted by Paola. I havent had any bother or discomfort. Jonathan is Excellent. First class work all around by both Paola and Jonathan. The rest of the staff are so friendly. Megan, paolas dental nurse is wonderful and a special thankyou to Sheena, practice manager who, following my implant surgery was so attentive and kind. I cannot praise this practice enough. I travel from southport by public transport to get my treatment. Best around and would recommend to anyone. PAOLA you're a wonderful dentist and Jonathan you are just great.

Negative experience: Rude staff is an understatement. My wife has been coming for a while now but recently she’s been met with extremely rude staff. Some of who seem to think it’s okay to comment on what she’s wearing because that’s clearly in their job role. Worse than this she’s being told that she has all of these underlying problems and they must have been there for years… this is a load of lies! None of this was picked up in any of her previous appointments or by another dentist she’s seen since so that tells you everything you need to know about this place. Won’t be back, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Obviously just trying to scare people into spending extra money!

Fantastic experience: Went to Halton Road for a tooth removal and even though they had an incredibly busy day, Bec and Lauren kept me updated and looked after me great. Lauren took the tooth out and I was surprised how little pain I had, I didn't even notice when it finally came out so thank you so much Lauren for that and for the great conversation. Going to change over from my regular dentist and complete the rest of the things I need doing here as I can not fault the care I received and how hard all the staff where working on a hard day to get everyone seen to and sorted out. Hopefully I never need another tooth out but if I do ill be running back here. Highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: This as got to be the best dentist in runcorn, always get appointments if needed in emergency, staff are always very pleasant bec the dental nurse always goes above and beyond to help.had my tooth out lately and I didn't feel a thing.would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Great dentist, offering alot of different treatments. The staff are all lovely from the receptionists to the dentists, especially rebecca who always has a smile on her face and makes you feel comfortable. My daughter loves seeing her in there when she comes for a check up.

Fantastic experience: Had tooth extraction which I was very nervous about. The lady dentist (sorry don't know her name) was amazing. Didn't feel a thing and it's healing nicely!

Fantastic experience: My daughter goes to this practice with her mum, and it's the only time she's actively loved the dentists. It's clean, warm and welcoming, the staff make her feel calm, happy even, and it's such a stark contrast to other practices we've tried in the past. Convinced me to swap over finally too!

Negative experience: Terrible experience, wife promised new pallet in 4 weeks. After 8 weeks the pallet is wrong and this telling the dentist at initial consultation that our holiday is booked and the wife won't go without her teeth. Would not recommend Halton Road Dentist to anyone.
