Fantastic experience: Today was the most impresive visit I have had. The dentist really took care and thought into my visit helping me with a problem I've had for many years with my teeth and not had any luck in the past. William Powell sorted my teeth whitening and rectified a gap I had next to my front teeth for 50 years. William Powell has given me my smile back after many years, I no longer feel self conscious and trying to hide my smile.

Fantastic experience: After being let down by numerous dentist we finally were able to be seen by this dental clinic (me and my mum) my mum has a phobia of the dentist and was a nervous wreck going. To see her then walk out smiling from ear to ear feeling relaxed and confident is worth seeing a million times over. I’ve told everyone already and we can’t wait to be seen again!

The dentist was lovely. The practice was very clean and professional. I only have to wait another week for my second appointment. I’m very happy with the service I received today.

Negative experience: Just an enquiry about the reviews for this Dentist are you still getting it on NHS as being 1 of the lucky ones I still am on the books,30+ years with this dentist or since the had been in long lane but my Wife on the books for more than 15yrs and 2 children my daughter 25yrs old and son 29yrs old were on the. On the books since born who are both severely disabled got booted off, and even after asking to appeal against the decision as all 3 did not meet the criteria or reasons for being removed ,the response within seconds was a resounding NO, Pliers or Private the choice is not yours but it’s all you got , NO NEW NHS so Private only ,bear this in mind , may help to say you on the cheap or blank cheque option in post

Fantastic experience: Thank you to Natalia for persevering with my treatment for a new, front tooth denture. After quite a few visits I'm delighted with the result. It fits perfectly and is a good colour match. Thanks also to the lovely assistants. I also had an airflow treatment today with the hygienist, Nishala for cleaning and stain removal. I would highly recommend this for anyone with staining on the teeth. I couldn't believe how much came off when I looked in the mirror

Negative experience: I hadn't seen a dentist for two years even though I tried to get appointments. I have problems with my dentures and a very sore mouth so was hoping for a solution to this. The dentist gave the impression she couldn't be bothered, she was very rough when examining my mouth which made it worse, there was no advice given and no suggestion as to what I could do/buy to ease the soreness. I have to go back for a routine check in 6 months so hope I see a different dentist.

Positive experience: Been with this dentist since I was a kid only ever had one problem over the years until today, turned up for appt today to get told it had been cancelled last week when the old receptionist left she cancelled loads of appts and never called me to rearrange, the lady on reception was really apologetic and fantastic but unfortunately I'm 5 months pregnant and only just managed to get this appt after months of waiting now have to wait another 2 months til I can be seen. Got told if I pay for private treatment can be seen next week
