That all changed the moment I walked into Dr. Joe's office. The practice itself is modern, clean, and has a calming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Dentist/Dr Joe is, without a doubt, the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Dr. Joe is meticulous, precise, and absolutely painless. He uses the latest technology and techniques, and you can truly feel the difference. Dr. Joe has this incredible ability to make you feel like you're his only patient. He takes the time to listen, explains every single step in a way that’s easy to understand (no confusing jargon!), and constantly checks in to make sure you're comfortable. He is patient, kind, and has a wonderfully calming presence that completely erases any dental fear. Dr. Joe asks about your life, and genuinely cares about your overall well-being. He is conservative in his approach and only recommends what is absolutely necessary, which builds immense trust. You know he has your best interests at heart. I will actually now look forward to my dental appointments now. Leaving with a cleaner, healthier smile is one thing, but leaving feeling respected, cared for, and happy is a rare gift. Negative experience: Allowed me to register as a patient and book an appointment only to cancel it and tell me it was a mistake and they weren’t taking any new patients on less than 24 hours later. Very disappointing service.

The team are super friendly and Otilia Banica has been incredibly helpful, I always felt like I was in good hands. She always explained what she was doing so that I understood. Appointments were quick and timely which I appreciated. Otilia supported me when I was getting braces on and off and I am super happy with my teeth now :)

Negative experience: I am VERY disappointed. When I arrived today for my appointment I was asked at reception to pay £68 for a consultation. However, no consultation took place. The dentist was surprised that I had not been called for surgery at another dentist. End of visit!! Was that a consultation worth £68??

Fantastic experience: I’ve attended Menlove Dental Surgery for over 20 years and I’ve always had great service there. Over the years the dentists I’ve seen have all been exceptional. During my appointment today my teeth were really thoroughly checked and the results of my X-rays were discussed in detail, with future potential treatment options explained. My current dentist Jamil is lovely and is really good at putting my 5 year old daughter at ease, for her check ups too. Unfortunately Menlove cannot accommodate more patients at the moment as I’d love for my husband to be able to attend also. He’s not been as lucky as me to have such a great dental surgery.
