Fantastic experience: Ive been a patient for 6 years but only recently have needed some repeat treatment. Can’t praise the Dentist Dr Shahn Hemmat enough. He explained everything and even though he was only in his first year was very good. The reception team are always helpful and the areas are always very clean. Parking does need to be looked at though!

Negative experience: if you ever have eddie as your dentist, good luck he has a shocking attitude to work, and all it seems he does is be so demanding towards his nurses and god knows what he’s like when there are no patients in the rooms… SHOCKING

Fantastic experience: I would like to say thank you to Dr. Lo who was absolutely great. Firstly, I have visited this clinic because I had a pain. The employees took care of me, I did not have to wait for a very long time. Everything went smooth. Then Dr. Lo explained to me very politely what are my options and she dealt with my pain as well as she repaired my teeth. I want to appraise her professionalism and attentiveness.

He was very patient and explained in great detail about my extraction and it has been 6 days since then. Negative experience: Why confirm you are open 6 days a week.. 8am 6 days a week yet when I ring on a Saturday at 8am your lines are closed. So please change your times..

Fantastic experience: Reception staff are always responsive and helpful on the phone. I’ve never waited more than a couple of days for an appointment. I have seen my normal dentist plus two others when holidays have been on. All dentists have been excellent in sorting out my teeth issues. Pleased we moved to Whitestone practice.

Negative experience: I honestly don't understand how this practise has so many 5-star reviews- it must be fake. I have had nothing but issues from this practise. From having the original filling done to such a poor standard that after seeking a second opinion even they were appalled. After contacting them about this issue, I was told that the lady who deals with complaints is on holiday. But it seems she was on holiday for months while I awaited a response. There is no care for your wellbeing. I am still awaiting a response on when they will be rectifying the partially complete root canal treatment (that i had to have done as a result of their poor work) which has been going on for around 6 months. Their attitude is disgusting and their complete lack of patient care is appalling. If you care about your teeth and mental health DO NOT use this practise. After all the stress and pain they have caused me, I wish I listened after hearing all of the complaints. If you do use them... good luck.

Negative experience: My partner recieved treatment at this practice that was performed inadequately that resulted in her having to recieve a root canal to alleviate the incredible and almost crippling pain she was in. We communicated with the practice clearly that their negligence was unacceptable and that they are responsible for covering the cost of rectifying treatment and have been met with nothing but plain ignorance. This was several months ago and we are STILL waiting for so much as an adequate email response from the surgery. To top this off, when we last attended the surgery, the manager made it clear to us that they had to keep the staff's phones in a biscuit tin as they had been caught using them while patients were undergoing treatment! I have NEVER experienced such deep unprofessionalism from medical practitioners. Absolutely avoid this practice.

Negative experience: I’ve never been afraid of the dentist but after my experience here I can see why people would be. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a dental practise. Dentist Chi was highly unprofessional, rude, and vague with what needed to be done. Told me my ‘mouth was too small for any treatment’, left me sitting with an xray block in my mouth for 10 minutes while him and the nurse ran in and out knowing the machine was faulty, with the door wide open in full view of the waiting room. Moved me to another room, where they then left me- the dentist who would be using the room turned up for her shift, saw me in there, threw her arms in the air in a temper and stormed out. Then was given a prescription with no dosing information. This place is not for the faint hearted

Negative experience: I paid 120 for an airflow/clean And it was supposed to last 45 minutes but it was for 15 mins. However I guess it’s because they’re in a rush but for this amount of money I would’ve expected better. I feel like the receptionist must’ve overcharged me. When paying the lady at reception had a lot of attitude towards me for no reason and when I said is that all okay she just wasn’t friendly and put me off. This was my first time here and my last. Not a good service at all from reception.

Fantastic experience: Absolute amazing experience for my daughter. After going to our normal practice and not being satisfied with the response, I call Whitestone for an emergency appointment and they saw her same day and sorted her out. She has had a bad experience previously so was really nervous, the dentist was so amazing with her and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much

Negative experience: Horrible dentist, I can't open my mouth properly and every time I go they check to see if my teeth are okay but they don't do any x-rays or any tests, they put me on the waiting list for another hospital and today after three years they told me that they didn’t have my NHS number when they should have asked me for it three years ago. They haven't given me any solution to my jaw problem.

Fantastic experience: I came to Whitestone dentist after a bad experience elsewhere and I couldn't be happier with the service from all the staff, not only did my dentist Ioana take into consideration how very nervous I was, but she made me feel completely comfortable and was gentle with me when doing my treatment and extraction, she is patient and professional and I couldn't recommend her enough. I also spoke with a lovely lady named Yasmin who was extremely friendly and helpful aswell as being very professional and caring. From the moment I walked in, the receptionists made me feel genuinely welcome such a warm, friendly, and professional place . It set the tone for what turned out to be an outstanding experience. I’d recently been put on blood thinners, which severely limited my treatment options. I’d been struggling with intense, chronic pain for weeks and was starting to lose hope. But the dentist Mabroor Ahmad and they dental nurse went above and beyond to help me. With care, skill, and real compassion, they found a way to treat me safely and effectively. The relief was incredible, and I could tell right away that I was in the hands of people who truly care about their patients. This practice is a rare gem, a team that combines expert care with genuine kindness. It was so refreshing to see a dentist and staff who always put the patient first. I’m beyond grateful, and I hope the amazing atmosphere at White Stone never changes. Thank you all so much!

Fantastic experience: I phoned the practice when a broken tooth became really painful, not expecting to be seen immediately. I spoke to Lisa and Maz on reception and they were really sympathetic and managed to get me straight in. I saw Eddie and his lovely assistant and had an x ray and extraction. It was completely painless and quick and no problems since. Highly recommend this practice. Friendly, helpful, professional and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Not very often, we can compliment dental/gp surgeries, but credit where its due. Shout out to Peter. Had a few issues that reqd multiple visits to the surgery. Fantastic experience: Last Saturday, face like elephant man in real pain went into dentist and they got me straight in. Excellent from the receptionists and dentist sorted me out with antibiotics. Feeling a lot better now. Thanks again to the girls who could not have been more wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Another very positive experience today with Ioana Pop. I had broken one of my upper molars really badly to the point I was told previously by someone else that it would need extracting as it was too badly damaged. Ioana looked at my xray and examined my tooth and said she could save it much to my relief. Ioana talked me through the whole process as we went along and carried out the procedure with such care. What an amazing person. My tooth is saved and it feels like my own tooth it's so good. I can't thank her enough. An absolute credit to her profession.

Fantastic experience: My husband suggested I go to Harpreet as he was impressed with her level of care at his routine check up. He was absolutely right; she is knowledgeable, thorough and does not see each patient as a two minute “job”, which is not acceptable, especially when you are paying for dental care. She genuinely cares about your oral health. Thank you Harpreet! A big thank you also to receptionist Yasmin who went out of her way to help me get an appointment when I turned up on the wrong day! Fantastic experience: Was dreading having root canal but to be honest was the best dentist experience to date thankyou Mabroor Ahmad see u in 6 months

Negative experience: Appaled at the treatment I have recieved at this dental practice, repeatedly told there is nothing wrong with my tooth even though it hurts to eat. Became so painful I couldn't sleep or eat at all. Came in as emergency to be told again the xray shows no problem. I have since been to another dentist who ran further tests to find thay my tooth needed to be removed immediately. That dentist also informed me that an xray can't show if a tooth is cracked so further tests need to be implemented. My tooth was cracked from crown to root causing me extreme pain. No other tests were offered at your practice I was sent away in extreme pain and told to come back in a few more days. Abhorrent way to treat your patient. I have left your practice with immediate effect.

Negative experience: What con-artists. Not content about refusing to do root canal treatments on the NHS, but they also charge you for the filling to complete the root canal treatment on the NHS after paying for the first part on privately. Avoid this practise at all costs. A root canal is a two part process, that requires a filling as part of the process. This practise told my wife that the treatment was £250. then charge her £73 for the filling parts of the treatment, then told here she must have crown too. A crown is not required but only recommended if the tooth structure breaks down. I will be reporting this practise for this as they should be doing this.

Negative experience: Have attended this surgery for some time and always been very pleased with the service but this time I was really disappointed. It was a different dentist who I felt was not very approachable and I did not put me at ease or really interact with me. My appointment lasted 3 minutes. Not a pleasant experience

Fantastic experience: Last Friday I was so traumatised at the thought of having my teeth removed, but honestly Jason was amazing! When the injections "kicked in" he could have just yanked my teeth out, but he took his time and I have had absolutely no pain! I'm a very grateful patient!

Negative experience: I was pregnant when I had my appointment check up with them early in the morning. I thought they will attend to me as the 2nd patient in the waiting list, but to my surprised I waited for almost two hours saying that there were still two patient before me.And i said whats the point of giving me a very early appointment if they will see me after two hours, is it because they prioritize those private patient over us pregnant (free dental) patient. It really put me off and never come back to them again after I gave birth as Im still entitled to free dental check up.

Fantastic experience: I had Invisalign treatment and composite bonding with dr.yasser altaf and throughout the whole treatment he provided me with amazing service. He made sure I was happy and comfortable during the entire process

Negative experience: Worst dentist anyone could ever visit was told that root needed to be removed however after going to a private dentist this was not the case Dentist was still adamant it needed to be removed also dentist not confident in doing root canal

Fantastic experience: I’ve just finished Invisalign treatment with Dr. Yasser Altaf and the experience from start to finish was amazing. When I went for the initial consultation he explained everything in great detail and made me feel at ease throughout. My initial treatment plan was 15 weeks but I wasn’t 100% happy with the results so he rescanned my teeth and I carried on treatment for another 13 weeks without any issue. I love my teeth now and I’m so happy to no longer feel insecure about them for the first time in 15 years. So thank you! The only factor that let’s this practice down is the reception staff, they are quite rude and not very inviting. I would 100% recommend Dr. Yasser Altaf for your Invisalign journey though.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr Yasser Altaf, Whitestone Dental Practise are absolutely fantastic. The entire reception team are polite and friendly and have always kept me up to date with appointments and reminders, even if any early appointments were available they gave me a quick phone call and also were very accommodating with my schedule. The whole Invisalign process was beyond my expectations, from all the care and advice given, if I needed any further movement done on any teeth, checkups and whitening. Dr Altaf was great at listening and answering my queries, he ensured my teeth were moving correctly and if I was unhappy with anything he would get this corrected for me. An amazing team and would recommend to everyone, I wish I had gone through with Invisalign much much sooner and I could not be happier with my teeth, I get so many compliments from everyone! Dr Altaf cannot do enough and he’s accommodating and listened to what I wanted to achieve and has gone above and beyond to ensure that it was achieved. All in the short space of 4 months. They really stepped up when I brought my brother (neurodiverse) who has been so anxious to come to the dentist, the ladies on reception are absolutely amazing! Positive experience: I asked for a bridge and they had to recommend someone else because they couldn't do it and when I had an infection I kept being told I didn't have on so I had to see another dentist to get some antibiotics

Negative experience: I have been to this clinic recently, most of the time my visit were comfortable and well looked after but in this visit I was concerned the way the staffs were treated. Staff named Kelly was Dreadful, demeaning and disrespectful towards other colleagues. I was disappointed and disgusted. Please kindly address this issue asap otherwise, the clinic is Clean, well equipped and warm. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been with the practice for years, and the team have always been excellent. Recently, I had Invisalign treatment under Dr Yasser Altaf after attending an open day and am amazed at the results after only 4 months. My once very crowded and crooked teeth are now lovely and straight. For anyone considering Invisalign, I'd say go for it - I'm so excited to be smiling in my holiday photos this summer!

Negative experience: I've been having pains with a filling i got here about 8+ weeks ago went in for a emergency treatment had to have 2 injections and the pain was still agony, and im still suffering with pains in a tooth nearby the one i had to get a filling in, so i believe the pain may be traveling to other teeth now edit to reply to the response: i will not be contacting the dental practice due to the fact im currently waiting for an appointment at the hospital to get the tooth removed, due to the damage that has been done to it by one of your dentists.

Negative experience: They helped me once while i was pregnant, they given me 2 White fillings which was a very uncomfortable experience, I could tolerate them for a few months until they started to feel sensitive in the areas which were filled. I attempted to get in-contact to book an appointment online and got no response. I was suffering for a while until I they started to feel worse. I then tried to get in-contacted with them a second time through the online website, I explained I was having a discomfort around my wisdom tooth which happened to be an abscess which was making it harder for me to eat, drink and speak. I finally got a response, they booked me in for an appointment which was then changed on the day to a later date which i wasn’t happy about as i had an appointment with my 3 month old. I then asked to change the day so i can work around it, i had to bring my little one with me and i was waiting for an hour and a half, numerous people had walked in after me and was seen and i was still waiting! I had to go up to the receptionist to rebook it as i had to feed my little one, her words was “its because you don’t pay for your appointments” in front of everyone in the room, people looked at me when she said this. So because I receive help from the government I get treated differently to the rest :) so I left, feeling so embarrassed! i then went to the next appointment which I then had to wait ANOTHER hour and many other people was seen before me once again. Honestly I felt so below everyone and just walked over, they are so horrible, rude and disrespectful. I had been nothing but kind to them, smiled and was so polite but I got looked down at by the receptionist as they walked past me and treated like a peasant. I had to leave at that point they embarrassed me in front of other people, and treated me so differently, please I do NOT recommend The Whitestone Dental Practice especially if you are receiving benefits.

Fantastic experience: So my dentist is Laura Stancu and I absolutely love this lady …I’ve been sacred of the dentist for 22 years , however last year I was in the agony of my life because of a tooth so I had to go to the dentist , ever since I’ve met Laura Stancu my dentist I enjoy going to the dentist this lady has a magic hands I’ve never once felt any pain on her chair , she is very light handed …I highly recommend Laura Stancu if are scared of the dentist ,she will help you get rid of your dentist fear ! I wouldn’t change her for anything, when this lady says your won’t feel any pain , you can trust her ..you won’t be feeling any pain at all !

Negative experience: awful dentist. my appointment was at 11:10 and i didn’t get seen until 11:55. the dentist dismissed my experiences and concerns and refused to listen. i’ll be going elsewhere and advise others to do the same

Fantastic experience: Under NHS treatment just had my teeth cleaned (after 4years) with Greta Dupi and for once I can say that I had an outstanding service. After having very bad experience with Miss Patel, I asked to see another dentist. I did think to myself that if I am going to have the same experience as I did with Miss Patel. If so, then I was going to move to another dentist but Greta did outstanding job and has regain my trust with Whitestone dentist. For once, I have walked out of a dentist without any pain, my teeth feel super clean and smooth especially at the back of my front teeth where she smoothen them. She took time to make sure my teeth were clean from coffee/tea stains - going forward I will only be seeing Greta for my future appointments and have recommended my wife to see her too. Negative experience: The worse dental practice in Nuneaton. You always have to wait for an extra hour from your appointment time in the waiting room before your seen and the receptionist are especially rude

Fantastic experience: What a fabulous service this surgery provides. I lost a filling last night so called in Whitestone dentist today to arrange for it to be replaced fully expecting to wait a couple of days to be seen. My dentist Mohammad was available so saw me straight away replaced the filling and I was on my way in next to no time. Well done and everyone there is so welcoming and friendly thank you for an excellent experience

Fantastic experience: I had dental anxiety, the dentist I seen really reassured me and really put my mind at ease. Don’t leave it too long! They are only there to help was it uncomfortable yes but that’s because I was in pain not due to the dentist, I’m now out of pain with my teeth I can not thank the surgery enough
