Horrible experience and so glad I have removed myself from this horrible place. exceptionally rude the receptionist Priyanka and they cancelled my appointment without my knowledge addressing that they called me on Friday as a reminder and I had cancelled it, challenged to find the call records which they clearly had no log, waited until another 45 minutes to be seen on the available appointment, it was over an hour wait was still not seen. Struggled so much with a baby to wait at the end I walked out. The receptionist tone of voice really rude in front of the other patient extremely embarrassing. As below my husband mentioned will be taking this further. Update - comment clearly states that my appointment was cancelled without my knowledge. When I arrived, I was told that your receptionist had phoned me on a certain date to inform me of the cancellation. However, you had no call records to prove that any call was made. It was one of the hottest days, and I struggled to get there with my newborn. Your misinformation caused us a great deal of unnecessary stress. You should also recall that we exchanged emails, and your responses were not helpful at all. You consistently ignored patient feedback, choosing instead to defend your staff even when they were clearly in the wrong—likely just to cover yourselves. Yet you still ask patients to leave positive feedback after their appointments to maintain your reputation. Thankfully, I am no longer part of your system and have since moved to an excellent dental practice that genuinely values its patients.

Fantastic experience: Have very good and cooperative experience dealing with Gohil dental clinic. I have a son who has always been seen by doctors and has had best required timely treatment done from here. I have my family friends who deal with other dentist when I tell them about gohil dental clinic they immediately ask for their number and want to enroll them self here. All the informations are given prior to treatment starting from reception Priya to doctor Adithya. I am more than happy dealing with them till now. I recommend others to get treated here.

Negative experience: Very bad services 0 rates. They said they can only register NHS patients . No clear information about free NHS treatments. Don't visit . Very bad services.

Negative experience: Every-time you visit dentist changed, admin staff changed . Patient needs to sign blindly on iPad. You can't see any information on iPad screen .So many patients received penalties. They won't bother after complain also there is no proper information about free nhs dental treatment eligibility. Zero ratings no star. After talking to the owner via email no proper response. Owner is not ready to meet us or listen to us or call us at all.

Dr Adithyan and his assistant Uzma were careful and considerate when carrying out the treatment and listening to my views. Anna isn’t just incredible at what she does, she has the warmest heart and the most calming energy. Every visit felt less like a dental appointment and more like a moment of genuine care. She radiates kindness and positivity and somehow always made my day better just by being herself. It’s rare to come across someone who brings both skill and such authentic compassion to their work and I feel so lucky to have been her patient. I’m genuinely sad to see her go but I know wherever she goes next she will light up the space with her warmth and joy. I also want to mention the lovely nurse who’s always with her - she has such a gentle and calming presence too and she always put me at ease the moment I walk in. Thank you both for everything. Fantastic experience: I was saddened to hear today my Dentist Dr Anna will be leaving at the end of the month. She has been looking after my teeth for the last 18 months and I can truely say she has been the best Dentist I’ve ever had. Her professionalism and skills are impeccable. She is the only dentist who has made me feel so comfortable and at ease especially when having treatment done. I have a phobia of needles but Dr Anna is so gentle that you can’t even feel them. She will explain every procedure she is doing and makes sure you are ready and comfortable for her to proceed. You don’t get many dentists who would go to those lengths but Dr Anna always did. My husband and my children also go to her and are sad to hear she is leaving. If she was moving to another practice in Leicester we would definitely move with her as it is so hard to find an amazing Dentist like her. Gohil practices loss will definitely be someone else’s gain. Wishing her all the best for the future.

Negative experience: Not happy with a appointment I attended on Monday 28th April with Dentist Mr Parmar. He found nothing wrong with my teeth, both I was still in pain. So rebooked an appointment for 7th may. And the new dentist found a wisdom tooth needs to be extracted. Not happy having to pay twice for treatment.and wasting time.

Negative experience: UPDATE TO THE REVIEW BELOW: APPARENTLY THIS IS NOT THE FORUM TO DISCUSS MY ISSUES WITH THIS BUTCHERS (OOPS - DENTISTS)? SO WHERE DO I DISCUSS THE ISSUE WHEN HE REFUSED TO TALK TO ME? I HAVE ALSO BEEN TOLD THAT SOME OF THE EXCELLENT COMMENTS ARE ACTUALLY FAKE - THAT WOULDN'T SURPRISE ME.... DESPITE GOHILS DENIAL OF THE DAMAGE TO MY GUMS & THE TREATMENT BY THE DENTIST, I WISH TO ASSURE YOU EVERY WORD I SAID IS TRUE & CAN BE PROVEN ON MY DENTAL RECORDS. AS I HAVE SAID - ON 13TH JAN, I HAD TO ATTEND DENTAL ART, SAFFRON LANE, FOR SURGERY TO REMOVE FRAGMENTS OF TEETH, WHICH WERE LEFT IN AFTER DR. ORFANODOU SMACKED MY TEETH OUT - AS EXPLAINED BELOW. MY 'JOKE TEETH' (I've even given them a name) WILL BE RETURNED WHEN I AM PASSING. Well, what can i say? Only the option of minus stars could express my anger! I had treatment at the Practice. The extractions have left me with irrepairable, painful gum damage, embedded teeth been banged out of my mouth with a small metal tool. I also had new Dentures. They are horrific, like a solid block on the underside. Therefore they sit on my gum - not over it & lift up when i smile & almost jump up in my mouth when i eat. Having recently registered at an excellent practice, i had X-rays. The image was shown to me on a projected screen, i still had teeth embedded in my bottom gum. This required me to have to go to a Dental SURGEON in Leicester (he is from Birmingham & only attends on a Saturday to carry out Oral Surgery) on 13th Jan (2024) for an operation to remove the embedded teeth. This was my Grandaughters 6th Birthday & we had a family meaI booked. I could only have a bowl of cool soup & a portion of Ice Cream. I did actually begin the process of a No Win No Fee Dental Negligence claim, but halted it. It could be a long process & money will not fix my gum. However, i have up to 3yrs to consider if i wish to proceed with signing the contract. This has been confirmed to me by a local Barrister with 40 plus yrs experience, who is also a family friend. He confirmed that i have an airtight case & that he would act on my behalf without accepting any payment, but he cannot act directly. l will require a Solicitor to request the Services of a Barrister. I have been in contact with a reputable Law Company. So - to have a bit of satisfaction, whilst i decide on continuing with a claim. I am prepared to discuss a reasonable resolution. Avoid this Butchers at all cost! FINAL UPDATE: I am now with an excellent Dental Practice & my Dentist is qualified to the highest level. He has gone above & beyond to give me perfect Dentures. The Practice is warm & welcoming, it is so amazing that i have actually presented them with 3 gifts during my treatment, thats how good they are. I have now finished my treatment & am gutted that i won't be returning there. My Teeth fit perfectly, perfect natural colour & the bottom ones don't jump out my mouth when i smile or even when i eat. I will be returning my 'Joke Teeth' when i am passing Gohil - not making a special journey. Avoid this practice at all cost! I did suggest a resolution without legal intervention with Gohil but he isn't interested as he sees no wrong in my experience with his Practice! If there's nothing wrong with my experience, why have i had to go through so much to put right the damage caused by GOHIL BUTCHERS? Read the other negative reviews, clearly the Practice needs a thorough check by relevant investigators.

Negative experience: AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Worst dentist I’ve ever been too. First of all took me on as ‘nhs’ then after my check up told me that all my treatment would be ‘nhs independent’ prices, which after speaking to another dentist who has never heard of it, it’s where they just make up there own prices. Had a root canal, was never advised to have a crown on top, lady put a filling over the top which came off with the other half of my tooth. Just been to a lovely different dentist who now can’t put a crown on the tooth because Gohil dental practice have made such a mess of it. I went back to this dentist about a different cracked tooth which they put a filling on which has now decayed! I also had a check with gohil dental practice and asked if I needed a filling as I was experiencing sensitivity, they told me no. Which is what led me to book into a different dentist and get a second opinion, Yet the dentist I have just seen at a different practice showed me on an xray that I did need a filling and because it’s now been left it’s close to the root . From the minute I walked into gohil dental they wasn’t thorough during my consultation, messed me around with appointments, and conned me with the price . Save your money and your time and go to professionals which know what there looking for and talking about . Will never return here.

Negative experience: Very unclean place, especially for a healthcare setting. Got a 40 second checkup for £40….when issue raised was told no recourse nor complaints procedure, and when insisted I wish to complain they said am aggressive. They could not give any details of regulatory body nor practice manager. Have since raised chargeback to get £40 back immediately and have raised a complaint to the General Dental Council directly regarding this issue. I have also complained to Leicester City Council re the u hygienic reception area that has a bad smell of off food coming from the microwave in the reception area, what also looked like mice droppings that have stood on and squashed to floor If something serious goes wrong here, you will be left on your own If you have had bad experience here report to General Dental Council if you are private , NHS England if you were NHS patient For complaining about paying a pound a second, they have removed me as patient and not logged the complaint. A man from the surgery called, refused to give his name or position and continued accusatorial behavior, absolutely shocking for a health care setting

I was nervous about the treatment i was to receive but all staff, especially the nurse and Dentist were brilliant. Dr Fotios extracted my wisdom tooth and 2 teeth without any pain or discomfort, I can't thank him enough. I have less fear of going to the dentist after you have taken over my care, I am very grateful. Darshana & Rozy, his Assistant, was equally as comforting, caring and always welcomed with the smile. Kajaal, the Receptionist is very kind, well spoken, friendly and understanding. I am very pleased with Dr. Fotios and his team for their professionalism and quality of care.
