Negative experience: Customer service and reception service very poor not helpful

Negative experience: Absolutely a waste of time. Smile 360 is not interested in helping people. It's just all about the money. There are plenty of decent dentists around Harrow and many small independent businesses they will actually look after you.

Negative experience: I went to this clinic on 21/07/25 midday & confirmed with the receptionist whether they are still taking NHS patients. The receptionist confirmed that they are still welcoming NHS patients & made an appointment for me for 23/07/25 @ 10 am. When I attend the appointment the lady receptionist given the registration form. After I completed the registration form I have been called by Dr Poonam to the surgical room. There she asked me few more questions about my health condition. When I explained about my purpose of visit She declared that “ this is not a NHS dentist no more” and demanded to pay for my dental issues. I explained that I already clarified these points with the receptionist. She came out from her room & shouted with the receptionist & show me the exit. NO APOLOGIES, nothing.. careful

Fantastic experience: I have been treated and followed by Dr Meenam Rughani for the past couple of years. I am an elderly patient with many medical conditions and several dental/buccal issues too. Dr Meenam Rughani has gone the extra mile to make me comfortable and has been carefully and patiently treating me to improve my condition. As an elderly person, I feel comfortable and safe with her. I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: The service here is exceptional. The staff are all highly professional - from the reception, to the teller, to the dental hygienist to the dentists. The level of expertise, care and customer service is outstanding and world class. Shout out to all staff members and Ibiku who was my dental hygienist for the day and carried out my cleaning procedure exceptionally.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the dentist due to severe pain and a swollen face. I was impressed by how quickly they addressed the issue. After taking an X-ray, the results were available in seconds, and I was informed that I had an infection. The dentist provided me with a prescription right away and advised me to follow up with a cleaning once the infection was treated. However, the entire visit lasted less than five minutes. Highly recommended this place.

Fantastic experience: Got an appointment on a suday via 111. Very clear explanation of what will be done, had an x-ray, quick clean of infected wisdom tooth/gum area, plus prescription for antibiotics. Efficient straight forward process frm start to finsh. Would recommend. Also on opposite rd was pharmacy to get prescription.

Fantastic experience: I attended the clinic on boxing day with a tooth infection. Each patient leaving before me said that the dentist and staff are very good. May I echo those sentiments in terms of the efficiency of the dentist and the other two staff there. Kaleem Sheikh.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ahmed was an absolute lifesaver. After getting a root canal done abroad, I came back to the UK and was hit with the worst pain imaginable. For five days straight, I couldn’t eat a thing or catch a wink of sleep. I was at my wit's end, so I rang up 111 and told them I couldn’t take it any longer. Within a couple of hours, they sorted me an appointment at Smile 360 Clinic. Dr. Ahmed and his crew welcomed me with open arms. He had an X-ray machine right in his room and, in no time, snapped an X-ray and clocked the issue—a tooth infection. Dr. Ahmed prescribed some antibiotics, and the whole thing was wrapped up in under 30 minutes. I’m beyond chuffed with Dr. Ahmed and his team for their speedy and caring help.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rughani has been exceptional, I am genuinely grateful for the treatment she has provided along with advice on how to improve my dental hygiene and general care.

Negative experience: My experience with the practice was below expectations! They put NHS patients with junior dentists with limited experience, senior doctors see private patients only. I had two situations with the practice, which I’ll share more details about : 1. I had an appointment with dr. Mina few months ago, she was friendly but she didn’t seem confident, she was asking the dental nurse about almost everything which made me feel uncomfortable and then after she injected me with the anaesthetic, she inserted the needle in her finger by mistake and of course she got so nervous, after wasting some time because she didn’t know what to do, she didn’t finish my work because my time was up and sent me home with the anaesthetic injection which was so painful and useless, they asked me to rebook another appointment, but honestly I didn’t trust her. 2. I booked an appointment at Rayners lane branch with a different dentist but at the day of the first appointment, my baby was sick ( his temperature was up to 40 ), the GP offered me an appointment but they were running late and the doctor examined him after one hour from the original time. I called smile 360 practice to reschedule my appointment and explained the whole situation, I attended the appointment and at the second appointment, I had an emergency with my baby who was still sick and couldn’t attend and called the practice to cancel and got a very unfriendly reply, although I explained what was going on with my baby !! I’ve cancelled my registration with the practice. I didn’t want to leave a bad review about the place that’s why I didn’t complain about the first situation with dr. Mina to avoid any embarrassment but the whole experience wasn’t good and I feel that’s necessary to share this experience !

Fantastic experience: I went here to seek help for exposed tooth that has been troubling me for a while and was filed with bacteria. I was not signed up I just walked in and had my treatment plan fall finished within two days. Really professional, and genuinely want to help. Roshni was really friendly and sorted out the issue. Fantastic experience: Was told to go here by 111. My dad has abscess and was extreme pain all night, his face was swollen. The dentist, assistant and receptionist all very professional and provided advice for my dad. 10/10 would recommend. They have late policy of 10minutes max which we had to use as we missed the train. They gave him antibiotics. Very happy with service.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the level and quality of service I received from Dr. Meenam Rughani. She is highly skilled and knows her work very well. She is very professional and creating a friendly and comforting relation with her patients. She did filling of my tooth perfectly and made me feel comfortable during the treatment. Fantastic experience: I first used this clinic as an emergency NHS service and they where very helpful and also set expectations around what they could or couldn’t do for that service. Having been on their waiting list and now becoming a client the service from my dentist and the receptionist has been world class. Very accommodating and flexible with appointments. Clear communication and very happy to answer any questions. Extremely friendly and reassuring, especially if you are worried about having any work done on your teeth like I was.

Fantastic experience: great service

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting service. My father was sent her through NHS 111 services due to a dental emergency. His face was extremely swollen especially near his eyes and he was in excruciating pain. They did not take an x-ray. They didn't even bother checking his teeth. Very unprofessional and not a pleasant place in general.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an emergency appointment with Smile 360. My dental health is not the best and I was incredibly nervous about going and also embarrassed. Straight away the reception staff were so friendly, polite and understanding. I was seen incredibly quickly by Dr Sara, who was beyond kind and understanding. I can't put into words how calming and re-assuring she was and how much she put me at ease. She explained everything very clearly and answered all of my numerous questions. Owing to me being a bundle of nerves at the time, I didn't get the names of all of the staff, but both of the ladies on reception, the dental assistant(?) and Dr Sara were all kind, friendly and professional without fault. I have a follow-up appointment due soon and, whilst I'm still very nervous, I am feeling far less anxious and know that I will be in kind, caring and professional hands.

Fantastic experience: I have been under​ treatment with Dr.Sarah S. for a year long (and will continue with her nice& kind service). She is the best dentist​ I have ever met in life, with her brilliant professional skill and empathy, she took me all along through the complicate times until it relief. I used to get panicked and afraid of dental​ surgery due to its pain, but with her skill.. It is much more comfortable. Thank you

Positive experience: I just had a Air Flow & Hygiene with a dentist. It was great and she takes care my teeth very seriously. The price was a bit high £100 (private price) but overall it is acceptable.

Fantastic experience: I received emergency treatment from Sara which required an extraction. She was brilliant, she talked me through the whole procedure and was empathetic to my discomfort. I can't praise her skills and professionalism enough. After the treatment she provided some fantastic advice on maintaining top oral hygiene. Also a quick mention to the reception staff who worked their magic to get me a prompt appointment.

Negative experience: My mother who’s disabled and had such a bad tooth ache went to this dentist and her appointment was at 17:40 but got there at 17:50 the dentist had a rule where they can’t see someone if there more then 10 min late. Which she wasn’t. I rang on behalf of my mother just to let the receptionist know that my mum might be late just to give them heads up. my mother went through NHS 111. My mother mentioned that the dentist was very rude and very dismissive. Receptionist were very kind. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MICROAGGRESSION RACIST PLACE. I WILL BE CONTACTING 111 regarding this matter.

Negative experience: One of the receptionist is very rude. I called to book my son's appointment and she would not listen. She just booked the appointment. I was still speaking to her and I asked her to hold on and hear me out first. I repeated several times but she hung up the phone.

Negative experience: I do not recommend I was there Tuesday terrible pain toothache the lady cleaned a hole in the tooth she put on a filling today is Friday the tooth pain even more than it pain the lady says that I can come and break out for £ 120 I say ok I will call you back after a while I call back the lady says I can come but I have to pay £ 50 via NHS and 120 for a pull out I will go privately extract a tooth but not to Smile 360 ​​I do not recommend now trying to contact private company compensation for a badly performed filling procedure set up in 360 smile is not professional!

Fantastic experience: The clinic was referred by NHS111 for my dental emergency. I was in great pain and I hadn't registered with any NHS dentist. The receptionist, dentist and the dental assistant were all friendly and professional. It turned out I needed an extract of a wisdom tooth that was forcing its way out. The procedure was surprisingly smooth and neat. Dr Nida Ahmed was calm and efficient with great skills. I owe the clinic a big thank you!

Fantastic experience: Was referred to this dentist by NHS 111 as I had facial swelling and pain..the dentist is one of the BEST I have ever met, he was reassuring and kind. The extraction procedure was painless and there was just pressure. He even accommodated me being vegan when prescribing the medication. I am so so grateful, all of the staff were so nice! Negative experience: I have never seen such a rude behaviour. Instead of apologies you are defending your unprofessional attitude. Firstly you didnt check me properly. nhs 111 send me through emergency because it was...my gums need a treatment I have tried all other things at home.. you didnt even bother to listen to you me and infact you told me 'emergency is what when you are hit my something and broke your tooth' that will be emergency.. how unprofessional...? You knew it was emergency but still you offered me to go privately... very much disappointed

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here since 2015. I am a big fan of the practice and can't rate it highly enough. Hamza is terrific and alway takes great effort to provide very gentle treatment and to keep you well informed. Fantastic experience: I went today on Valentine’s Day.. I was in soooooo much pain, and the dentist (male one) was so gentle and helpful, he listened and wanted to make sure I was okay and comfortable, the whole time I was there I felt safe and came out pain free!! Thank youuuuu again!

Fantastic experience: I visited the dental practice for the first time today. Hamsa is one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. I arrived in severe pain and swelling after going for an emergency appointment a week ago at another dental practice. He put me at ease right away and was brilliant throughout, reassuring me and talking me through everything he was doing. I think he could tell I was anxious and kept on asking me if everything was OK whilst he was working on my infected tooth. I’ve come away feeling so much better. Thank you so much for helping me.

I was seen by Dr Shah she was very professional and explained everything that she was going to do so I was relaxed and had a full understanding of the treatment. Negative experience: Refused to see me because I was 11 minutes late. Receptionist enjoyed telling me that I couldn't be seen and was SMERKING. Absolutely shocking behaviour from a receptionist. Rude asked to speak with someone in charge as my partner was in agony, she smirked throughout saying I am in charge. She made no effort to see if one of the dentist could still see him. I called back NHS 111 who initially booked the appt who told me them not seeing us was a bit extreme. The receptionist continued to argue with me and then tried involving other patients to make her point. I told her not to involve other people as it has nothing to do with them. I found the receptionist totally unprofessional, very childish behaviour and very cruel actually. I hope the REAL person in charge will see this because you have a horrible attitude. Stinks We made an appointment somewhere else. I refuse to ever step into this establishment ever again.

Fantastic experience: I’m very impressed with the treatment and care I’ve received here by Dr. Sara Shah and the staff who were all really friendly and attentive Dr. Shah is really knowledgeable, I like how she explains the treatment before starting which is really reassuring, checks I’m ok in between and always fore-warns me of when (unavoidably) it’s going to hurt! Lol Managed to reconstruct and restore teeth with very little to work with, Dr. Shah is an absolute wizard! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Came in today as an emergency due to breaking my tooth on an apple . Hamza the dentist was a true legend . Thouroughly explained everything and kept me informed of what he was doing. He was so polite I asked to be put on their waiting list as he made me feel quite calm . Totally recommended this practice I actually dread going back to mine now to complete treatment lol .

Negative experience: Mate this place does not want to help NHS patients at all referred here from 111 and they basically said they cannot help me as the tooth has been decayed to far? But wait...thts why I'm here no? After repeatedly tapping and banging away at my tooth which started up the pain again (as if I didn't know what tooth was hurting me already lol ) she began to blabber on about protocol procedures while I was in dyer pain from her destructive tapping (very unprofessional) all while she was complaining about not being able to see there own private patients, let's be honest here.....its basically pay or go away....word of note......IF U DONT INTEND TO HELP THE PATIENT DO NOT TOUCH THEM,U TRAINEES SEEM TO HAVE A MAGIC TOUCH FOR MAKING THINGS WORSE! Fantastic experience: I have had several visits to this practice and I have to say that I have always left feeling much better than when I arrived. Dr Hamza and all the other staff are lovely, they do whatever they can to make you feel calm and resolve your problem. I would definitely recommend that anyone with fear of having dental treatment should try this practice.

Negative experience: bizzare services and I had to return without any treatment due to the prior conversation, disagreement and events that led to it. I would avoid them at any cost, this is my opinion.

Fantastic experience: The dentists were very calming as I was quite scared to have dental treatment. Doctor Maududi was very helpful and did aa great job.

Fantastic experience: Went today as I had dental emergency (got referred from NHS). I am extremely scared of dentists - when I say extremely it is different level extremely. I was very hesitant to come and I was worried about the process. I have expressed it to the doctor - and to my surprise - they did everything to make me feel comfortable. I am not the easiest patient, but doctors in the clinic were extremely patient with me, gave me time to calm down, made sure I was comfortable and not scared at any point. The treatment was rapid - it took literally 7 minutes from the moment she started working until the moment I was ready to go. I can definitely recommend this clinic for anyone who's scared of dentists and needles. Massive thank you for making it such a comfortable experience.

Fantastic experience: I must have tried everything off the shelf and old mothers remedies for pain relief and I wish I'd have sorted this out sooner. I can't imagine anyone enjoys being in the dentists chair, but honestly, I have never felt this reassured and at ease and now pain free after two extractions. Very professional service and extremely friendly. Do not put up with pain unnecessarily, get yourself an appointment here and you will come out smiling, albeit mine was with a few less teeth.

Negative experience: We rang NHS 111 due to an infected tooth and abscess and wanted the tooth removed.. No availability in Brent .We were directed to Smile 360 in Harrow Rayners Lane the only surgery available. At the surgery we were told they were not able to perform the extraction. After waiting 30 minutes the appointment lasted 9 minutes. Check your security cameras to confirm 27/04 4.30pm What they were were able to do was to provide a small preprinted slip which gave instructions how to find a NHS dentist via google. Also provided a hand written note which explained what needed to done ie infected tooth and abscess which is what we knew already. The dentist may need to go back to dental school to learn how to spell abscess. Copy of this note available. We were given a prescription for antibiotics Amoxicillin which our own doctor would have provided free. The only thing they were able to do perfectly was to charge £23.80. Waste of half a day. We have now paid another surgery £25 where X-rays were taken and explained clearly the extraction of ul 3. C Soni

Fantastic experience: I was sent here for an emergency extraction by 111. The staff at the clinic were all SO nice - the dentist was particularly sweet - and if they were taking nhs patients atm - I’d be a regular patient there!

Negative experience: Yesterday, I had an appointment at the smile 360 practice and the doctor who saw me was extremely nice and competent and the only star I gave actually goes to her and to the receptionist. Now, I just got off the phone with the practice. I called regarding a medical certificate that I needed and the man who spoke to me was unnecessarily rude, shouted at me and yes, wait for it, he hung up on me. I told him that I couldn't sleep and no painkiller had been prescribed to me and told me that it wasn't the practice's concern if I was still in pain and I wasn't prescribed any painkillers. The only explanation he provided was " we don't prescribe painkillers. The antibiotic takes 24-36 h to have any effect". I am left speechless by this call and by the service this surgery provides. Let alone my medical certificate, that man is certainly not aware on how to treat patients.

Fantastic experience: I have to commend this dentist hands down! I honestly cannot thank them enough not only do they do the best job they could but they are amazing at listening and understanding patients.I have been to many dental practices but this by far is the best !!!! Dr. Sara/and her assistant Steffi were amazing ...also the receptionist Nadiya was truly amazing she went out her way call 111 while I was in a lot of pain and in the end I managed to get in and also Dr. Sara was so kind enough to even get me a referral for further investigation due to my medical condition as I was due for surgery this week she listened and understood and that was the most important thing for me as a patient who suffers from chronic illnesses . THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH !!You are truly amazing we need more people like you guys working in the NHS.

Fantastic experience: Smile 360 have been brilliant. Had an emergency appointment last year and fixed the problem very quickly. Have had 3 appointments this year and they were very helpful and always make sure that you are ok during all the treatments. Thank you.

Negative experience: Had a bad experience here as needed an x-ray to be done, however there was a lack of equipment. Only internal X-ray was available which I couldn't have done due to severe pain from infection. I was prescribed 1 painkiller as treatment and requested to book another appointment. I will now have to bear more pain for a longer period of time and book another appointment somewhere else for adequate treatment.

Fantastic experience: An absolute god send. I was seen as an emergency the same day by a wonderful and informative dental surgeon and technician who really made me feel at ease. I was in complete agony and didn’t know what to do until I heard about Smile 360, 2hrs later I was pain free for a more than reasonable fee. Thank you all again

Negative experience: They have taken me as an emergency patient to put temp filling as my tooth has cracked. They didn't seem too happy cos I came via the NHS 111. they put the temp filling which they told me it will last few weeks. Few hours later the filling cracked and they refused to take responsibility for it and they said I should go to he pharmacy and get a temp filling from there then fit it myself. THESE PEOPLE SEEM TO BE ONLY INTERESTED IN PRIVATE PATIENTS UNFORTUNATLEY SIMIALR TO MANY CLINICS IN THE AREA.
