Negative experience: The doctor who conducted my consultation seemed very competent, however charged a large premium for Invisalign over other clinics. Once I’d informed them I wouldn’t be going ahead, responses have been awful and slow. To process my refund I was asked to fill in a lengthy form, and I haven’t been refunded my ‘refundable deposit’ and it has been over 2.5 months since my appointment. I wouldn’t recommend the clinic.

Fantastic experience: Good

Negative experience: I went for a free quote for Invisalign and teeth whitening, as this was a special promotion on. I have to say I was massively underwhelmed to find no access for disabled people or people with a pram such as myself, with no notice on the website to warn. The consultation its self was good and seemed knowledgeable. However afterwards I was put in a room with a rather pushy sales woman. So went away and thought about it. I then paid for the rather expensive treatment over £4k in advance being assured all was included in this price. I then was told I needed to come in for X-rays of my teeth in advance of the treatment, so booked for the next day. After booking I was then told this would cost £90 but “we could sort that out on the day” .. I have now asked for a full refund as who knows what other extra costs they would have me pay for next before any treatment was actually carried out. Very sharp practice and I felt lied to let’s hope it won’t be a hassle to get my money back! I would avoid this company for reasons above.

Fantastic experience: I had composite bonding done at Canon House Clinic by Dr Shivam Patel, and he is excellent. I was very anxious before about getting my teeth done as I wanted them to look natural, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I'm a year on now from having them done, and still really happy with how they look, Shiv is also fantastic to deal with. He's always happy to help and reply to messages, and makes the whole thing an enjoyable experience. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend Canon House Clinic enough, what a kind and very knowledgable set of team members. I first approached Canon House Clinic in October 2022 after being treated disgracefully at my local dentist during an NHS emergency appointment. As soon as I made my first phone call your lovely colleague Chloe picked up the phone and could hear how distressed I was, she was so reassuring , listened to my concerns and managed to book me in to see Dr Mark Hughes within two hours on the same day. The communication via your business WhatsApp is brilliant, very speedy and I was able to send the relevant photos and documents needed in relation to my dental problem. Upon arrival I was greeted with such warmness and the decor within the clinic makes you feel so relaxed while waiting. During my appointment Dr Mark Hughes and his assistant Bella were both patient and listened to my concerns without being dismissive. He was understanding of my long history with dental and maxillofacial issues and was able to use his knowledge to guide me in the right direction and help get to the bottom of what’s causing my pain. I’m still in the process of my dental journey but I know I’m in brilliant hands with Canon House Clinic. The girls who do my hygienist appointments are also brilliant, very calming and reassuring during the appointment. With having veneers I was worried about finding a dentist and hygienist who understood the complexities that can sometimes arise with veneers but everyone at Canon House is incredibly knowledgable and in all my years of visiting dental practises this is by far the best one. Thanks for everything you’ve done so far! X

Fantastic experience: Teeth feel so clean now and look great after my hygiene appointment

Negative experience: Beware: Made an enquiry about laser gum lift, and without even having seen my teeth I received a call from a dental nurse insisting that if one has a gum lift you must have veneers put in place due to tooth sensitivity. 3 other dentist have confirmed that this is completely untrue.

Fantastic experience: As someone with severe allergies to certain products, it was important for me to find someone who could offer safe options for me in terms of brightening my smile. I was drawn to Michelle's work having followed her on social media for a while and felt confident she could help me. Michelle was very reassuring during my initial consultation and mock-up (to have composite bonding on just my front two teeth) so I was much more relaxed on the day it was done. I could not be happier with the result, as I wanted something very natural, but that gave me a fresher and whiter smile. This has done exactly that, so I can't thank her enough. Demi was also lovely and kept me calm while the bonding was being done, as I am not great with dental work! Now I have nothing to be worried about if I need it done again in the future, which is a great relief.

Firstly, the great customer service from Dagmara when arranging the appointment for the Hygeine, and during the appointment itself with Chelsea. I am really happy with the outcome of my treatment. I felt totally relaxed and confident, Dr Hughes is a very experienced dentist, with a very broad knowledge of dentistry. Fantastic experience: We took our daughter to Cannon House Clinic in November 2022. We got introduced to doctor Mark Counihan who then examined Lucy. Himself and the team saying we will do our best to bring Lucy's top and bottom teeth together by fitting braces. They provide a wonderful service and all the staff are very professional throughout until the braces came off on the 16th January 2024. I needed Invisalign, a gum lift and composite bonding. He has been incredible from start to finish, so knowledgeable, so patient, friendly and kind. He KNOWS his work, and after 9 months I have the confidence to smile with my mouth open and show off my lovely straight white teeth!

But then, I was recommended to Dr Shivam Patel and what can I say! Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this clinic for over a year now and I have done a few treatments with them like Invisalign, Root canal treatment, tooth extraction and implant consultations, and sorting problems with sore gums. I am towards the end of my Invisalign done by Dr. Michelle Sayour and Dr. Naomi Bovis. Their eye to detail is incredible and desire to achieve 100% customer satisfaction too. My root canal treatment was done by Dr. Rupi (Rupinda) Reel who kept checking on me months done the line that the infection has been completely cured and not coming back. Chloe identify why my gums were getting sore and advise me how to treatment them to resolve the problem. Over thirty years I have been too nervous to step inside a dental clinic, even walking past the door made me anxious. Having researched extensively, I found Canon House through the register for dental phobia and my life has turned around. Firstly with Chloe’s caring, thoughtful guidance and support, my first conversation with Dr. Mark Hughes and subsequent consultation and treatment I have been building confidence that has never been possible before. Fantastic experience: I don’t usually write reviews but I felt it was only fair to on this occasion, also if like me you were searching for the perfect smile, be assured you’ve come to the right place. From my initial call to my porcelain veneers being fitted, the service from all at Canon House was exceptional. Everyone makes you feel at ease through what can be quite painful at times and particular mention to Shiv. I met Shiv at my consultation and through to the fitting of my veneers. As I say there was some toe curling parts but on the whole pain free (I even nodded off a couple of times!). During the difficult moments Shiv was reassuring and the ultimate professional. He is clearly a master of his trade. I had been thinking of improving the appearance of my teeth for a few years, having been an ex-smoker and a sugar and coffee addict. The problem was it had to be the right clinic, I didn’t want ‘Turkey Teeth’* or ‘Ross from Friends’, I just wanted a smile I could be proud of and wouldn’t prevent me from smiling. I tracked Canon House for a number of months and realised I’d found the right place, whilst it is an hour away from me it was fully worth every effort. I love my new teeth and the extra confidence it has given me. Thanks to all at Canon House for looking after me so well! * I also found out that Turkey Teeth are a very different procedure to those undertaken at professional clinics in the UK. My advice would be to avoid and it’s 100% worth paying the extra.

Fantastic experience: First my wife had Invisalign with Mark, then my son had braces with Neil and now I’m having Invisalign with Michelle too! It should speak volumes that we’ve kept going back, knowing that we would be getting first rate care. Always friendly; always knowledgable; always good.

Fantastic experience: My teeth have always been a big insecurity of mine and having had dental issues as a child I had built up some kind of PTSD related to dentists! When I saw another picture in which my teeth looked dreadful it was time to bite the bullet (no pun intended!) and get them sorted. I researched what feels like every dentist from Harley Street to Turkey and I can honestly say not one practice came close to Canon House Clinic.The warm reception I got upon arrival, ultra modern practice and Dr Hughes' seemingly endless knowledge made my mind up pretty much immediately. To give you an idea Beaconsfield is a three hour round trip from my house, so I certainly didn't pick the closest! I wanted Veneers, thinking I could be in and out pretty quickly but Dr Hughes in his total professionalism made sure it was done right so I ended up having 2 extractions and Invisalign to ensure the foundations in which to put the veneers was perfect- I know lesser practices wouldn't have done this. I couldn't be happier with the results. Everyone at Canon House cared, Chloe was amazing and kept checking up on me and I was always welcomed with a smile and now thanks to Dr Hughes and his team I'm happy to smile back. I genuinely couldn't be happier with the results. If you're reading this for research purposes then stop now and call them, you won't be disappointed.
