Highfield Dental is a long established dental practice. The practice was started over 70 years ago and we have seen our patient base grow ever since. We have built the practice on our reputation of delivering a high standard of dental care, a standard of care that has seen a continual referral of friends and family from our existing patients over the years. We are privileged in having a strong patient base which we have endeavoured to cultivate through understanding our patients requirements, meeting our patients expectations and above all providing honest, ethical dentistry in a friendly relaxed atmosphere.
We are Highfield Dental based in Orpington, close to Tesco located between Princess Royal University Hospital and Orpington Railway.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Highfield Dental Practice for many years and have always felt completely cared for. I started as a very nervous patient with Sal Patel and spent plenty of time in the chair in those early days getting things back on track - I almost felt like part of the furniture! Uzma Patel has since looked after my Invisalign and composite bonding. She’s warm, patient, and has helped me so much with clenching issues and overall dental health. The results are amazing, and the whole process has been easy from start to finish. I actually enjoy visiting now, which says a lot. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I am one of those people who in the past would rather sit in the chair, close my eyes and wait to be told when dental torture was over. Uzma Patel however puts me at my ease and I find I like being told/shown what is to be done. Very patient, caring and the results are nothing short of remarkable, especially the recent crown to one of my front teeth which is imperceptible both from the inside and out. Fantastic experience: I have received extensive treatment from Uzma Patel over the past few months. She explains all treatment needed in a lovely friendly manner. She dealt with my broken tooth which resulted in an extraction and I was then fitted with a plate which incorporated other missing teeth. At the age of 78 I have seen many dentists over the years and Uzma is certainly the best I have encountered.

Fantastic experience: Highfield is the best practice I have ever been to. All of the staff here are incredibly welcoming and put you at ease each and every time. Martina is my dentist and she was recommended to me by a colleague and I honestly have not stopped telling people how absolutely wonderful she is. Martina takes the time along with the rest of the team to put you at ease each time you visit, she treats you with dignity and respect and is open and honest every step of the way. I like that she takes the time at the beginning of every visit to check in, where others might not, and she continues to explain the steps of treatment throughout ensuring you know what to expect and ensure there are no surprises. Not only this but she keeps the mood light and the experience is sometimes funny which I’ve never had before. An added bonus is her humming and harmonising along to the radio. I used to dread every dentist visit but now part of me looks forward to going. I can’t thank all the staff here enough!

Fantastic experience: My first time at Highfield and I cannot praise them highly enough especially my dentist Biruntha, she is absolutely amazing. Just over two weeks ago through an accident I lost one of my bottom front teeth, I was desperate to get it fixed as I am singer and was singing in a Remembrance service held at The National Memorial Arboretum. Biruntha looked through her busy diary and managed to fit me in for three visits to clean my teeth and fit me up with a temporary denture. With so little time to work it was our only option, the biggest concern was that I would not be able to sing with it in, it fitted perfectly and was so well made that not only could I sing without any problems I will be keeping it. I cannot thank Biruntha and her staff enough.

Fantastic experience: I've been using this dental practice for years and have always found them to be professional, courteous and helpful. Having recently had some root canal work done, which I was dreading after hearing horror stories about how painful it can be, I can honestly say it was completely and utterly painless and was carried out with such care and attention. I also had a crown fitted to the tooth afterwards and it's been so carefully done, you would never know it's not a real tooth. Very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone.
