Fantastic experience: As a very anxious patient, I was extremely nervous about having my wisdom tooth removed, but the whole team were absolutely amazing. From start to finish they made me feel calm, comfortable, and reassured. Anit explained everything clearly and was very gentle, Gurinder was fantastic with the sedation and helped me feel completely at ease, and Lottie was so kind and supportive throughout. The procedure went very smoothly and was far better than I expected. I’m so grateful to the whole team for their care and patience — I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them, especially for nervous patients. Thank you all!

All the staff at reception were welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. Meenu and Gemma were fantastic — incredibly informative, patient, and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: My extraction procedure was carried out with care and understanding from Sanjeev and Gemma. Throughout they enquired how I was and kept the extraction site as numb as was possible. The actual pulling or lifting was a little uncomfortable but bearable. My grateful thanks to you both.

Fantastic experience: I recently attended Stourcote Dental Practice for my six monthly check-up and dental hygiene. My appointments were on time and the staff were professional, friendly and reassuring.

Negative experience: My daughter has had orthodontist after orthodontist, her braces have been on 3 and a half years and still being told that her teeth aren't straight, instead of putting her front tooth straight it was drilled off to look straight, appointments being cancelled then blaming us for cancelling , weeks with notreatment as there was no permanent orthodontist, we have now given up and asked them to take the braces off and still got to wait 2 months for an appointment for that , this practice used to be brilliant when my son had his braces on but now its really gone down hill won't use them again or recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have been terrified of Dentists for most of my life, to the point where I have panic attacks at the thought of going. Because of this my teeth and gums are in an awful state. We registered our daughter here because we were sick of being messed around with our original dentist regarding her brace. When I took her here for her first appointment, there was a calmness to it that I'd never experienced before at a dentist. I knew how bad my teeth were and needed to do something about it, so I made an appointment. I have seen Dr Anit Hayre 3 times now and I feel so much better about going. She is very patient, caring and understanding. Between her and Liam my nerves are a lot better than they were, and hopefully with all they're care and advice I might just manage to sort my horrendous teeth out. Thank you both so much, just wished I'd found you guys sooner .

My daughter is very enthusiastic and that was met by great enthusiasm and understanding. Fantastic experience: A note of gratitude to Dr Meenakshi Lall and nurse Gemma for their caring and highly professional help. I have been under the care of Dr Lall for nearly 3 years and have nothing but high praise and thanks for her help. All procedures are always explained in detail. Options for treatments discussed and I have no anxiety going to the dentist. The nursing team is also of the highest calibre, but Gemma went above and beyond her duties to help me managing a suspected gum disease. Thank you Dr Lall, Gemma and the team at Stourcote dental.

Fantastic experience: Meenu and Gemma are the very best dentist practitioners I have ever had. I am always put at ease. I was always scared of the dentist until I came across Meenu and Gemma I would never trust anybody now apart from them to look after my teeth I could not recommend the pair high enough outstanding

Negative experience: Disappointed made an initial booking for dentist and hygienist which was cancelled At the time of cancellation another appointment made only to find that no hygienist available When I asked why not it was said an appointment was being made but it didn't happen this was for a Thursday Making another appointment for October informed no hygienist on a Thursday so appeas no intention to appoint another hygienist If I want the services of the hygienist I will have to make another visit Previously the Dentist would check the glands etc to make sure there were no problems does not happen today

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this dentist practice well over 30 years, first time I saw Maria 3 years ago told me see a dermatologist as I had a mark on my nose, although had seen a doctor about this years ago doctor told me it was nothing, I did tell Maria but did as I was told . I did have skin cancer & had 3 surgeries ... may I add not life threatening ... so I can not speak highly enough of Maria, my late husband Frank was also so grateful to Maria, for noticing this. Everyone at this practice are so helpful whether receptionists, nurses or dentists, keep up the good work & thank you

Fantastic experience: My 3 year olds first time visiting the dentist and I can’t rate or thank the practice enough! Gurinder and Asia made both me and my son feel at ease as I was nervous too! But the patience of them was amazing, and managed to get my son to show his teeth which shocked me as I thought he might put up a fight but he felt content and safe enough with both staff. Very welcoming, and friendly across the board.

Positive experience: Excellent treatment by Dentist, but the Hygienist was a little too over exuberant with cleaning my teeth using a lot of toothpaste to polish - took me a while to rinse it all out. I did comment but there was no response.

Positive experience: Fabulous Orthadontics Veronica & Emily are!!! They both need to be recognised. If it wasn't for their guidance & advice my daughter was giving up after no end of cancelled appointments, locum orthadontics, no continuity!! I can't praise these two up enough. My daughter is now happy with the ongoing treatment. Keep up the good work, ladies.

Negative experience: Disappointed with the service now that the previous staff and dentists have retired. Dentist I saw seemed thorough however condescending. Oral health seems to be no different but fees have gone up 25% putting the bill for 2 checkups to £500 a year. Have made a written complaint but no response after a week. Maybe leaving the review as requested by a message from the practice will have some effect?

Negative experience: After turning up on time for a 9.00am appointment, my wife and I were left waiting until 9.30am with no explanation as to why we weren't being seen, eventually we were seen at 9.30am and we got out at 10.10am ,it was a good job we were parked in the car park rather than lower high street,then when I came to leave the car park it was blocked and the nice receptionist had to get a rep to move their car, not a good start to my day, since I have been coming to the practice since I was in school and I have now been retired eight years

Negative experience: I’ve been receiving treatment for over 2 years and in this time I have had 5 orthodontists. This has really interrupted my treatment as each new orthodontist has had their own opinions on my care. All of these orthodontists have implemented their own ways of giving me this care which has prolonged my treatment and even caused it to reverse. I’m sure that the orthodontists aren’t the problem though it was the frequent hand overs and breaks in treatment which has affected my treatment. And there being no access to treatments for breakages of my braces while in between appointments.

Positive experience: I Enjoyed the experience there even though it is a dentist and I usually despise going to dentists. The only bad thing about this dentist is that usually the numbing process doesn’t usually work and makes some fillings and teeth removals still very painful. Overall an amazing place to go to in order to keep good care of your teeth and have feedback of what to do and not do.

Negative experience: Booked a appointment the girls were very nice on reception..I needed an emergency appointment due to my mouth swelling and eyes .my dentist personal reason is closed so I thought visited my local dentist . they gave me a call back come down straight away we will have a look .so off I went friendly girls took money upfront .filled in my form went straight up to see the lady dentist .straight away from her attitude I Knew I made a mistake coming here quickly checked me gave me my prescription see you latera .baring in my Mind I have two broken tooth upper right and lower left bottom so I can't eat at all.I was trying to tell her but she wasn't interested in any of my teeth or what I was trying to say to her . only my swelling .I was will to pay what ever to check me properly so I have peace of my Mind .the reality is £81 pound I got charge for 10/15 min max .they are only interested in your money not your dental health or patient care ..money isn't the issue it's the principle and there was no body in the surgery it was empty ..please stay away from this place .very bad experience

Negative experience: Poor service and very disorganised The dentist saw me 25 minutes after my appointment time. Not ideal since I had to take time off work. My appointment was meant to be 40min which I was told included my first consultation and a hygiene cleaning (I specifically asked for a cleaning to be booked as I wanted to get it sorted out on the same visit). The dentists consultation which included some xrays and an inspection of my teeth took 30min. The dentist then told me she didn't have time to do the cleaning after my consultation and that id have to then book a time on a different date. I was surprised since I specifically asked for time to be booked for both! Receptionist lied and says she told me it was possible they would run out of time which was not ever told to me prior to me making the appointment. All I was told when I initially booked was that my appointment would include a consultation and then a cleaning by the dentist just as I requested. So basically I received half the service I booked and wasted half my time. The Receptionists asked u fill in the same forms online and also on paper ( what is the point?). It maybe your practice policy but its a waste of the patients time. I have also struggled getting in contact with the practice via phone calls yet there are usually 3 receptionists sat at the front desk. There is a big disconnect between what the Receptionist books you in for versus what the dentist then provides. This is the most unprofessional dental practice I've been to. It was my first and last visit to them....save your money and time...go to a better dental practice!

Negative experience: Poor experience to say the least. Waited 30 to 40 mins past the agreed appointment time and ended up leaving and not having the appointment due to this delay and time lost from work. Also I had a cleaning scheduled after the initial examination but was then told that cleaning is apparently optional and is based only if there was time after the examination. This was not indicated when the appointment was made and the receptionist was more interested in sale of a dental plan even before I had an intial examination. Clearly there is lack of professionalism, communication and accountability between the dentist and the reception staff. Finally there was duplication of filling in of medical history forms before and during the appointment as apparently is practice policy to fill in the medical history online forms and then paper forms which are exactly the same. This is very inefficient. I Would not recommend this dental practice.
