Since 2005, Kissdental has been making its name as one of Manchester's finest private dental practices. Positive experience: The ladies who checked my daughter’s teeth were gorgeous. She was well informed about Invisalign treatment. However, her appointment was at 14:00 and we were there 20 minutes before the appointment but no one opened/answered the door till 14:04. I learnt that the staff was at lunch break when I called the clinic and listened to the auto-attendant. We had to wait outside in the freezing weather till 14:04. It was a bit frustrating. If the lunch break ends at 14:00 and you open the doors after 14:00, you should give appointments after 14:00 like 14:15. Thus, no one has to wait outside.

Negative experience: I’ve been considering Invisalign for a while, so I was really excited to finally get started. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The day before my initial appointment, I received a call asking to change the time to earlier, which I couldn’t do as I was at work. Then on the day, I was asked again to come later or rearrange for the next day because they were running behind. I didn’t get this message until after my shift, and when I tried to call, I couldn’t get through — so I went to the clinic in person. I was then rescheduled for the following week, only to turn up and be told that my appointment hadn’t been booked into the system. That’s now two wasted trips into Liverpool for nothing alongside being constantly messed about. I am really disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had such a fantastic experience at Kiss Dental Liverpool across multiple appointments, from a hygiene appointment with Tim to receiving a whitening kit, and finally having composite veneers with Khush. Every step of the way, the whole team has been absolutely amazing – friendly, professional, and so informative. Khush was incredible throughout the composite veneer process. He explained everything in detail, from the shape and colour options to the aftercare, so I felt completely confident with every decision. During the procedure, he kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable, which made the whole experience so reassuring. The results are amazing and I couldn’t be happier. Tim was thorough and professional during my hygiene visit, and the whitening kit was explained perfectly so I knew exactly how to use it. A special mention has to go to Niall at front of house – he is such a warm, welcoming person and sets the tone as soon as you walk in, making you feel comfortable from the start to the very end of your visit. Overall, Kiss Dental Liverpool delivers not just excellent dental care, but also a genuinely caring and uplifting experience. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I came to kiss dental a few months ago to fix the appearance off my teeth, asoon as you come in your greeted by Niall the receptionist who is just the most loveliest person ever, Dr Khush done my top teeth and another dentist for my bottoms both teeth was flawless, even after I had a problem with one of my teeth Dr khush had me straight in that day to fix this problem, they truly give me so much confidence to smile. I had fillings done by Dr khushbu and she was so professional and friendly. My son come to Tom for a X-ray and health check on his teeth, he was so gentle and pleasant, overall this dentist is amazing and I wouldn’t go to another dentist now, I’ve signed myself up to a dental plan and couldn’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I recently went to Kiss Dental to see Dr Nick as I wanted Invisilign. The whole service was very professional and efficient from being welcomed at reception with friendly smiles from Niall, to a knowledgeable consultation from Dr Nick who explained everything clearly. Fantastic experience: Id lost faith in dentists up until I contacted Kiss Dental. Saw two dentists here ( I think callum and Adam) both truly brilliant and enthusiastic about doing a great job, which they both did, based on my experience in other places, I can safely say they're the best I've ever visited. Initially contacted about a veneer that had fallen off and spoke with Niall. First impression was that he actually cared about the practice and the work that gets done here so much so that I was convinced that this was the place to go, felt like it had a personal touch. Id spoken to other places before after here and none wore their brand like he did. After my first appointment I could 100% see why he believed in Kiss Dental, the dentists and the tech who I met (Abby I think) were absolutely top notch, I could not recommend them more and will 100% be promoting them to friends and family, I'll also be going back for more work as I love their set up and work ethics, they make sure the work is top notch, that you're happy and satisfied and that goes a long way with me. Everyone is super friendly, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Would give higher than 5 stars if possible. Thank you guys, you've really made my day
