Shire Court Dental Practice

Fantastic experience: I have been to Shire Court for many years and whilst attending the dentist is not expected to be a joyous experience, I can say that it is always positive. Sam, my dentist is always efficient and amiable, all be it that I have never had any actual treatment since he took over my care a few years ago, and Leslie, my hygienist who I have had for many years is always efficient, skillful, informative and a very happy person. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My visit yesterday was for a regular checkup with James, who gave his usual thorough care and detailed attention to his inspection of my teeth. He confirmed that they were all in a healthy condition and that therefore no treatment was needed. I am invariably hugely satisfied with the service provided by all the members of the practice team.

Fantastic experience: I am petrified of dentists, but it's a necessary evil. This practice was recommended to me after my dentist of 32 years in London retired. The recommendation came with well thought out reasons and from a person I trusted. I've attended Shire Court approximate ten times and I am more than happy with my choice. "I will always tell you what I'm doing, and I will never hurt you" - the promise made by my dentist, Adrian, and he has been totally true to his word. Dental treatment is not a pleasant thing, but I completely trust my dentist and have been totally satisfied with the treatment received. He is professional, competent and friendly. More importantly, I trust him! His dental assistant is also really nice and competent, too.

She took my details and I was seen by James ten minutes later who was brilliant and checked me over and assured me it was nothing sinister Only charged me for the X-ray £26 Absolutely brilliant service

While I miss being treated by my original Dentist, he does need a life and retirement to enjoy. My 'new' Dentist is very good as are all the staff. Professional, polite, and extremely nice humans.

Fantastic experience: An odd thing to say about visiting my dentist because my dentist is a gem. He is pain free and kind. As for the ladies at reception they are so lovely, sweet and friendly it’s a pleasure talking to them.

Fantastic experience: I’ve only been going to Shire Court Dental Practice for the past year. I was very anxious about having crown work done but the dentist (Adrian) and the dental nurse (Lyn) helped me through the treatment. They were very patient with me and I found that the way that they skilfully worked together as a team, communicating with each other and talking me through the process was very reassuring. The Reception staff and the Practice Manager have been welcoming, professional and helpful which is also a comfort when you’re feeling nervous.

Fantastic experience: I attended today for some dental work with James Brazier and his nurse Mia. As ever James has the perfect balance of being calm, professional and caring and I’ve always been happy with his treatment. Both Anellis and Kelly are always cheerful and polite whilst dealing with my queries on reception. A really great team making my visits to the dentist as comfortable as possible. Thank you !

Will check if it is comfortable and he will adjust if necessary - hoping it will not be needed. Appreciated off to fit me in prior to a trip abroad. By the time I got there my other crown had also loosened (!) but the dentist said he would do his best to work on that one as well, which he managed to do!! Fantastic experience: Been using Shire Court Dental Practice for around 15 years. Best dental practice I’ve ever been to.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been going to this practice for over 30 years and even though we have moved to near Banbury we continue to make the journey to Towcester. James and Leslie are both professional and personal and we trust them implicitly to manage our dental health. My only slightly negative comment would be that some "business" and promotional aspects have become less personal and more corporate since the tie in with Smile but I guess that is a sign of the times.

Fantastic experience: All of the staff are extremely professional helpful and polite, I have never been fond on going to the dentist but a shire court they make you feel welcomed and safe. I have had to have a lot of treatment which they have taken me through step by step no rushing or pushing, they are extremely patient with your needs, requirement or concerns. When I have had an infection they have always got me in the same day and followed up to make sure the antibiotics are work. When I go they are always so friendly and they always take time for each of the patients and they always do it with a smile. For the first time in a very long time I do not fear going to the dentist as I know Shire court are the best out there. Thank you

Wait times are never long and usually I only need to wait as I am usually a little early for my appointments. Their service is also responsive in an urgent situation.
