Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr Kosar Saleem. She was very friendly and welcoming. She listened attentively to all my concerns and issues and did a thorough examination of my teeth and gums. Dr Kosar then addressed and explained all of my problems based on her examination and made me feel at ease and advised me on what to do going forward. I left feeling calm and less anxious. Thank you Dr Kosar and all of Malmin Canary Wharf team for giving me a positive dental experience!

Negative experience: Please - pay attention to my comment !!! I finished the treatment more than a year ago. I did the treatment in two steps: when I finished the first time, I saw a dentist in Paris because I was complaining about pain caused by the gaps THEY left. I asked for the treatment to be completed because of how shocked my doctor in Paris was by the state of my teeth. More than a year after the end of the treatment, I am still suffering from pain between my teeth. This space might be a place where holes can form (as another dentist mentioned two months ago), and I am not happy with the overall result. It is not because it looks nice that the teeth are HEALTHY!!! I now need to restart the treatment ONCE AGAIN, but this time with a reliable doctor!!!! Please, just because they look nice and polite does not mean that they are doing a good job!!!!! Two doctors were shocked by the results and by the gaps they left.

Dr Izquierdo restored my chipped tooth as an emergency, Dr Betoret Vila suggested to consider tooth preservation (when I came to him for potential extraction + implant) and Dr Cawte applied his expertise in assessing the tooth in question. A really great practice that I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sara Izquierdo at Malmin was a lifeline for my smile! When I went to her with crossing and chipped teeth that I had begun to cover when I smiled; she was honest about what needed doing, professional (of course), diligent, and made me feel right at home. With Invisalign you have appointments fairly often, and each time was a nice and friendly experience. The four months of Invisalign flew by, and a bit of composite bonding to repair my broken teeth and we were done. I have my smile back without it looking "Hollywood", fixed the issues that would have kept getting worse and worse, and have a new oral hygiene routine that will keep my teeth healthier than they've ever been before, with retainers to keep them this way (hopefully!) forever. Thank you so much Sara!!

I’m moving away from London but will always return to see her. I’ve built great trust with her over the years and have never had a bad experience. Original review: I don’t usually bother writing reviews but Kosar’s service really stood out to me. I hadn’t been to the dentist since before covid and as I moved to London since I was sceptical to join a new practice and find someone to trust with my teeth. I have honestly never had such a positive experience from going to the dentist, Dr Kosar was very friendly and made me feel comfortable from the first appointment. She has great attention to detail and took the time to explain photos of my teeth so I understood my own dental health. I’ve had experiences in the past where I have felt intimidated at the dentists and a bit in the dark about the work that’s been required (and why) but it was really refreshing to find a dentist who went into the details of any issues and why/how they would be fixed. I am so pleased to have found Malmin and would recommend to anyone in the Canary Wharf area.

Negative experience: My Negative Experience with Canary Wharf Malmin Dental Clinic – A Warning I want to share my experience with Canary Wharf Malmin Dental Clinic to warn others about the lack of accountability and quality control in their dental treatments. My Story: How Their Faulty Retainer Damaged My Teeth I initially had no dental issues, only needing a new retainer. However, the faulty retainer they provided caused severe dental problems, including: ❌ Teeth misalignment ❌ Loose teeth ❌ Permanent gum recession These issues were confirmed by two independent dentists, one of whom had treated me before and knew my original dental condition. The Clinic’s Response: Denial and Excuses When I reported the problem, instead of acknowledging it, Dr. Devinia Lavan refused to take responsibility and provided the following excuses: “The retainer was made according to your teeth at the time.” ➡️ FACT: The retainer had a visibly incorrect shape, tilting my lower front teeth forward. This was confirmed with photos and clinical records from my previous dentist and Dr. Sara at Malmin. “New retainers may feel tight, but they don’t move teeth.” ➡️ FACT: The tightness was not general but specifically in the front teeth, aligning exactly with the wrong shape of the retainer. “Tooth mobility can be due to tartar build-up.” ➡️ FACT: I had my teeth cleaned regularly and had no pre-existing mobility before using this faulty retainer. The Cost of Their Mistake Because of their negligence, I had to: Pay extra money for corrective treatment with my previous dentist. Experience permanent gum recession, which cannot be reversed. Despite presenting clear evidence, they denied any responsibility and refused to refund even the faulty retainer (£500), let alone cover the correction cost. ⚠️ Warning to Others: Avoid This Clinic ⚠️ If you’re considering treatment at Canary Wharf Malmin Dental, think twice. They: ❌ Ignore valid complaints ❌ Deny responsibility even with clear evidence ❌ Refuse refunds for faulty treatments I don’t want anyone else to experience the same stress, financial loss, and irreversible dental damage. I will take legal advise then keep update. *****Update: After read their reply, I’m shocked that the clinic accused me of “threatening” them. Whether it’s Invisalign or a retainer, patients deserve professional care, not blame. I will take legal action and report this to the relevant authorities. Speaking up with evidence is not a threat — it’s my right as a patient. Just by reading their replies and how they respond to patients, you can clearly see their attitude. It speaks volumes about whether this is a professional medical clinic and how they treat their customers. I hope others look closely and see it for what it is.

Negative experience: Terrible Experience with Malmin Dental Canary Wharf – Faulty Retainer Caused Dental Damage I’m sharing this on behalf of my friend to help others avoid the same experience cause their attitude is outrageous. As a company, it’s unacceptable that they would treat their customers this way — especially after taking their money. The way they handled this situation shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect. It’s simply unfair to treat a paying customer like this. The Story :She came to Malmin only to get a retainer after completing Invisalign elsewhere. However, the retainer they provided caused: • Misaligned lower front teeth • Loose teeth • Permanent gum recession These issues were confirmed by two independent dentists, including Dr. Sara from Malmin Dental herself. Instead of taking responsibility, the clinic denied all fault and even accused her of “blackmail” — simply for sharing her honest experience and filing a formal complaint. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Attached are: 1. A screenshot of part of the original complaint email, clearly stating her concerns raised to the clinic. 2. A photo of the retainer packaging showing the doctor’s name, as evidence of where the faulty retainer came from. My friend is now seeking legal advice and may take further legal action against this clinic. If you care about your dental health and being treated with respect — be careful with this clinic.
