Fantastic experience: Aspire Smiles is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. All staff are so welcoming and professional. The practice is of a very high cleanliness standard and aesthetically pleasing. One thing that really stuck out for me was that it doesn’t smell like your typical dentist - that nasty medical scent. I was a very nervous patient as I’ve always had bad experiences throughout my childhood. The team at Aspire Smiles really put me at ease and understood how nervous I was. After a very traumatic NHS experience, I needed to look for a new dentist and someone I could trust to explore dental implants and further restorative dental work. Sukhi was my first point of contact and she went out of her way to advise me in on my options, friendly, empathetic and really knowledgeable. She has supported me throughout my dental journey with Aspire Smiles and I can't tell you how much her care and kindness has helped me. DR Dan then gave me a full assessment, he's an extremely knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful Dental surgeon and the work he has carried out is better than I could have ever hoped for. Aneesh is my dentist and he's kind, knowledgeable and his attention to detail has been a gift at restoring my mouth so I no longer have trouble eating, i'm no longer in pain and have a smile to be proud of. The team go out of their way to support there patients and I wouldn't go anywhere else. At the beginning I was going once or twice a week for 3 months, so i got to know the place very well. In my experience it has been nothing but amazing and whole heartedly thank everyone for looking after me, especially as my previous dental treatment had been so traumatic. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I was a bit nervous about my aligners appointment at first, but the receptionist made me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. The rest of the team was really friendly and made me feel even more comfortable and relaxed throughout the appointment. I’m feeling really confident about the whole process now, and I’ve booked in for a hygienist appointment. The team is absolutely lovely!

Negative experience: Edited to add - after leaving this review, they heckled me three times in the space of twenty minutes on phone and email even after emailing them asking them to stop. And I didn't bother feeding back concerns about my appointment because 1) I didn't realise until I got in the car and 2) I raised issues when I arrived at reception and both when I left, and both receptionists dismissed my concerns! ---- Second time here for a hygienist visit. First visit was okay but certainly more thorough than today's appointment, which was a bizarre experience. Before she'd even looked at my teeth, I got an unnecessarily awkward and long sales lecture on getting a dental check up. And then she was done with 10 minutes of my appointment still left with no further comments. So my £75 thirty minute appointment was 15-20 minutes of her going on about a dental check up, something about needing to floss/pick which I do every day, then she scraped my teeth for a bit and threw on a bit of polish haphazardly. She also seems to have caused some damage to my gum, nothing harmful but I can certainly feel it and it's never something I've experienced before... Her assistant with the suction tube thing wasn't doing a very good job because for a while most of my saliva was spraying all over my own face (just delightful). There was some other little odd bits but I won't go into it but think I will look for another practice after this. Also, death by forms, texts and phone calls with this practice. Within seconds of booking an online appointment, they're calling/emailing to book you in even though you've just booked?! (I'm guessing the staff get commission for closing it themselves.) Then you get asked by email and text to fill/sign the same forms over and over again for the same appointment.

Attention to detail was impeccable, kept going with treatment until we got a perfect result. The whole team are incredibly welcoming and there is a very a calm atmosphere in the clinic. After not reaching my desired result with teeth whitening alone, Dr Dan has completly transformed my smile with composite bonding which I am SO happy with! As a nervous client, it is really nice to know that there are friendly faces everywhere in the practise to make me feel at ease. Fantastic experience: As someone who has been really uncomfortable with dental visits since a child I have found going to Aspire such a positive experience. My first visit I felt almost sick with worry but even after that first consultation I knew I was going to be looked after well. I was talked through every visit as to what would be happening and constantly reassured and encouraged to ask any questions so that I was always informed. I’m extremely happy with everything I’ve had done and I’m so much more confident with my smile now. I couldn’t recommend Aspire enough.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE. Implant is completely and it looks, fits and feels amazing. Really good job. I've been going here for about 6 months. Dr. Dan has a really nice style. He is very patient, caring and explains in great detail what he is doing, as he is doing it. Aspire fixed a crown that came loose for me quickly and at good value. Since then I've had fillings and am in the process of getting a dental implant. Very professional support staff. Lovely office. Comfy environment. He's a great dentist. Very knowledgeavle and top work. Won't be going anywhere else. After my work they provided very clear instructions on how to care for the work site and provided great instructions and a bag of clinical goodies.

Negative experience: Cancelled appointments 3 times in a row, my 76 year old mother paid the the Aspire membership, supposedly better service and discounted, all we ever get is so sorry we realise your frustrated then proceed to push the appointment back by weeks. Had better service at NHS dentists

Positive experience: Visited today for my first appointment. Very nice place, clean and bright. Dentist checked my teeth and we discussed options. No pressure just honest which is very reassuring. Agreed to go for scans and photos in 2weeks then will discuss treatment in more detail and the options. Felt very confident and comfortable. Very friendly staff too!
