Fantastic experience: I could only give Hale Dental Clinic 5 Stars – I would like to have given 10 Stars! I live in Shrewsbury and have been attending this clinic for many years and can attest to the exceptional implant and bridge dental work carried out by Dr. Richard Bradshaw and Dr. Jonny Crockett. I have a confidant smile now and can eat and chew without concern. This dental practice is highly professional, high tech, comfortable and clean. Louise (Dr. Bradshaw’s personal assistant), and the clinic’s receptionists, Bernadette and Haley, are knowledgeable, welcoming and cheery. Fantastic experience: This may seem bizarre but I actually look forward to visiting a Dentist!!! Yes, I know, very strange, however once you visit Hale Dental I am convinced you will agree. All of the staff are fabulous. Receptionists, dental nurses, hygienists - all are friendly and welcoming. They take the time to chat with you and put you at ease. I have been under the expert care of Richard for probably 15 years or more and his knowledge & expertise is second to none. Also, he's quite funny and we do have a laugh, especially when he rolls his eyes at me, for not sticking to a 'soft diet' Basically, he saved my teeth, and gave me the best smile I could ever have hoped for. As I have said before....he is THE BEST.

Fantastic experience: Richard did my implant surgery and in my view he is one of the best in his field. I travel from Knowsley Village in Merseyside regularly to see Nina my hygienist for my cleans who again after seeing many different hygienist would also consider her the best in her field. Bernadette the receptionist took the time to come and sit with me after surgery as she knows how anxious I am. Such a fantastic caring team which is why I travel there as I know I am receiving the best treatment and care. I would highly recommend them.

Negative experience: I recently signed up for Invisalign treatment at Hale Dental Clinic and had a hygiene appointment booked on 24 October as part of my plan. When I arrived, I was informed that my appointment had been treated as a missed appointment and that I would still be charged. I asked to see any written policy stating that a late arrival would be classed as a no-show and charged in full fees. Instead of providing a clear explanation or showing a written policy, the manager was impatient and dismissive. I felt I was spoken to rudely and encouraged to leave rather than being given a transparent answer. This experience was in sharp contrast to the reception team, who were kind and professional. I was willing to pay a reasonable partial fee, and I did pay the £40, but the way this was handled made me lose trust in the clinic and left me feeling very uncomfortable as a fully paid Invisalign patient. I sincerely hope the clinic will improve the clarity of its lateness/cancellation policy and the way patient concerns are addressed, so that future appointments over the coming year can be positive and respectful on both sides

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Hale Dental. Richard is not only an excellent dental surgeon, but is a kind and compassionate human being, with a personal and caring nature. For those of us for whom having zygomatic surgery is anxiety inducing (physically, financially and emotionally) you couldn’t get a better team to support you through the process. Bernadette and Hayley are always welcoming and helpful, Dr Jonny has done a fantastic job of the final aesthetics, and the whole team of hygienists and dental assistants are second to none. I am more than grateful for the treatment, care and support I have received, and am delighted with the outcome. If you have any reservations, just go and meet them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Hand on heart, and with a big smile, I can highly recommend Hale Dental.

Fantastic experience: After breaking a tooth (ops, a front one) thankfully Hale Dental was able to see me within a day. All the staff were fabulous, they put me at ease as soon as I walked through the door. Very professional, friendly and excellent service. Fantastic experience: I recently had Invisalign, whitening, and composite edge bonding with Dr. Sophie Parker, and I couldn’t be happier with my whole experience at Hale Dental Clinic. The changes to my teeth are noticeable but still look really natural, which was exactly what I wanted. Fantastic experience: My teeth deteriorated to the point where drastic action was needed. I decided that ‘all on 4’ treatment was the route I wished to take. I contacted Hale Dental who arranged a quick consultation and the procedure was carried out within a couple of weeks. I must say the treatment could not have been better.The staff were all so friendly and helpful. 5 1/2 months later, I now have my final bridge. I could not possibly be more pleased with it. I must add that my major consideration for taking up this route was that I did not,in any circumstances, wish to have a denture during the interim period. In conclusion A fast very competent and efficient treatment from a very friendly staff. I would recommend Hale Dental to anybody in a moment.

Fantastic experience: 5 Stars! Excellent treatment and service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. I contacted the practice in December for an emergency appointment and was seen within a couple of hours. Hayley on the reception team was very friendly and helpful as was Megan. Subsequent treatment was booked in quickly and Dr Jonny Crockett explained everything clearly and was very thorough and gentle. Fantastic experience: After being very conscious with my own teeth and smile, Hale Dental made me very at ease and it was never too old to sort your own teeth out. Sophie with her invisalign treatment was unbelievable and the path she set out for me in terms of a treatment plan was very informative, concise and straight to the point. From day 1 of my treatment to 1 months later, not only do i feel more confident in myself, everyone around me sees how confident i am and I enjoy smiling again after a long time. Sophie was amazing and i couldnt fault her work at all with how my teeth look. Not only Sophie, but all the dental nurses and surgeons there who helped me alot. Fantastic experience: I arrived at the practice in some distress as a crown had broken and my only options were a denture or an implant. I spoke with Jane I. The first instance who was very kind and reassuring (throughout all my subsequent treatment) and then had a consultation with Johnny Crockett. He talked through my options, understood my distress - not to mention fear of dentists! - and was very kind. I eventually decided on an implant and some additional dental work. This resulted in approximately 8 appointments. Each time I was treated kindly and reassured and was never in any discomfort at any time. The final results are great, and I’m so pleased. Very glad that Johnny is nowhere near retirement age as I hope he will take care of my teeth for many years to come! A huge thank you, can’t recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I have recently had 2 implants and a crown at the Hale Dental and Implant Clinic. From the outset the dentists outlined the treatment plan, procedures, time scale and pricing. The treatment was followed to the exact plan and timings,( which was important as I was travelling from Spain for the treatment) and there were no hidden extras or additions in the final account. Richard, Jonny and the nurses were very professional and at no time did I feel in the least apprehensive or worried about the the treatment. If you are considering. or require dental implant procedures I would highly recommend Hale Dental clinic and allow them to look after you: you won't be disappointed.

Positive experience: My NHS dentist recommended the clinic, when I was facing a procedure not available on the NHS. Fantastic experience: Brilliant experience at Hale Dental Practice so far. Nice premesis with every member of staff very friendly. Having the first filling was about as good as you could possibly hope having a filling to be! They use a "dental dam" (basically a rubber sheet) when they're working on your tooth. If you haven't had one before - I hadn't - it's great, stopping everything from collecting in your mouth and needing hoovering out all the time. Seeing the hygienist was similarly good; friendly, super-thorough, and lots of useful advice, tailored to you. There have been no downsides so far, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending friends, family, anyone else to go.

Fantastic experience: Never previously used but was put in contact via my dentist due to a problematic implant that was unable to be fixed. Despite being the week before Christmas, they fitted me in at very short notice, everyone was extremely pleasant and professional, from Megan who called to arrange the appointment and welcomed me on site to Richard, the implantologist who explained everything clearly and succinctly. The icing on the cake was that he solved my problem despite the implant system being one he had never encountered previously. Delighted to recommend to any prospective clients. The surgery is very clean, professional and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I am known for my brutal honesty. So this testament is truthful. I have an all in four surgical procedure. It's an expensive outlay but worth the years of saving as it's long lasting . It's not for the faint-hearted. This after many failed surgeries from previous dentists. I was looking for the hollywood smile. Richard Brookshaw and his team were amazing. The actual surgery took a while 9 teeth and roots extracted, 4 implants, and a temporary hollywood smile. I felt terrible on day two and stupidly went to work on day three and timeout halfway through the day. You need to rest after this surgery. I became allergic to the mouthwash I was using, which flared up my tonsils so reverted to salt water rinsing and did some major resting. Richard and Louise called me to check in on my progress. Took some heavy pain meds to help with tonsils and swelling, but by day 5, I was feeling a big improvement. The fitting and care taken by Richard was nothing short of outstanding. The team is friendly, caring, and approachable. I am still working on the fitment as tweaks are going to happen. Having a complete denture fitted in takes some getting used to. The overall experience is a positive one, and i can only recommend ✨️ Richard and his caring team.

Fantastic experience: Once I had made my decision to have a large tooth from the back of my mouth removed (after speaking to 2 consultants at the practice to get all the options clear in my mind), my appointment was quickly made and even though I was quite nervous Richard was so kind and patient with me. It was quite a difficult extraction(but absolutely no pain) and I expected to be sore and swollen the next day - but to my surprise all was fine. I can highly recommend Hale Dental and especially Richard.

Fantastic experience: I went to Hale based on a recommendation, to have Invisalign treatment. For over 40 years I had horrendously crooked teeth with one front tooth pointing backwards at a sharp angle. From the point of initial consultation and contact Megan, Sophie and the team have been outstanding. The treatment was fully explained, every step of the way. Each session has been done in minutes and no question is too much. I always get a great explanation of what each session will do. I’m now nearing the end and starting to whiten whilst using the final finishing aligners. My teeth? I’m absolutely delighted and I’m not finished yet.

Fantastic experience: I had reached 61 years of age and never had my teeth received the priority they required. Work, children and wider family had always come first. As a result I presented Jonathan Crockett with quite a mess to fix which he and his assistants then set about methodically. It required lots of new and replacement crowns, one extraction and an implant. And now I have no discomfort and a nice white smile. I happily recommend Jonathan Crockett both for his expertise and gentle good humour. And let's not forget Diane Hunter, the dental hygienist, who is wonderful beyond measure.

Fantastic experience: I have a phobia of the dentist after previous bad experiences. Dentist Sophie is amazing. I wouldn’t see anyone else. She now looks after my little boys teeth too and is great with him. The hygienist is brilliant too, talked to me step by step about what was happening and what I could do better to keep my teeth healthy. All the staff at Hale are really friendly and welcoming. Fantastic experience: Arrived in plenty of time, welcomed from friendly reception and offered drinks. Dr. Rahim came to reception and welcomed my wife and myself. Completed a 2hrs 15miins implant operation. Every part of my operation was painless, the only very minor complain was the necessary use of a mouth guard for length of time which caused a laugh afterwards. Having completed my operation, to my surprise my OWN dentist was in reception with his lovely wife for treatment, which in my experience says it all. Fantastic experience: My local Dentist recommended I consult Richard and the Team at Hale Dental & Implant Clinic regarding issues I was having with an old implant. Despite being officially closed over the Christmas / New Year period, Richard reviewed X-rays and photos of my teeth and arranged to see me at the earliest opportunity.
