Fantastic experience: 5-star dental practice in London. I have been going to the French dental practice for years and was seen by Dr Maud Jeanmart last year for a checkup. A life changing appointment. I embarked on a smile improvement journey that was very precisely timed. Dr Jeanmart was patient and answered my million questions, always made sure I had all the elements to make an informed decision. Her level of experience is unquestionable. She is very passionate about her work and she does it really well. From the Invisalign treatment that took exactly the amount of time discussed to the installation of veneers, every step was planned to perfection and carefully executed. Dr Jeanmart listens and understands not only her profession but her patients. Dr Jeanmart made the journey smooth and stress free. I have been very well looked after through very regular checkups and couldn’t have had better service and care anywhere else. The results are impressive and I’m beyond happy. She’s the best. A big thank you to Alexandre for his kindness and time listening to me. I really do miss the visits and chats now.

The entire support team, right from the receptionist on the ground floor upto Alex on the 3rd floor have been very warm and welcoming. Dr.Deborah Philips is an excellent professional with all the patience, sincerity and compassion.I felt very reassured having been under her care. Someone mentioned (in the review) about high fees,but, as we all know, anything good comes with a price tag in this life! I will, surely, continue with Fench Dental Practice, when needed.

Beside the cutting edge technology and very high standard of dentistry, the service provided is outstanding. Most of all, she explained every step very clearly. You really feel like you receive personalised treatment and careful analysis. Positive experience: Disappointed with my consultation, despite the friendliness of the team. After explaining pain following treatment of a cavity and asking for a dressing to be put on until I could return to France, the diagnosis concluded that the x-rays showed no fissure and that it was just tooth sensitivity. I was prescribed a cream to apply, and charged £120, not including the cream I had to buy, and told to come back if the pain persisted. After seeking a second opinion from another dentist, I was told that the previous diagnosis was inconsistent and that it couldn't be tooth sensitivity. I was told that it wasn't normal for me to be left with my pain without at least a bandage.

Fantastic experience: Had a couple of appointments with Dr Philips and she has been absolutely lovely and professional. I avoided a lot of trouble thanks to her X-ray and interpretation! My cavity was pretty big and she fixed me beautifully, alongside her assistant Frossa. The practice is ideally located, especially if working in Central London.

As he was away, he immediately organised another Doctor in his Practice to fix my half-broken front Tooth. I received a response both through Text, and WhatsApp from Alexandre, and Dr Alberto Molina early next Morning, suggesting they could give me an appointment before Midday if I was available. I immediately accepted the appointment. I received a warm welcome, they made sure I was relaxed. They were friendly, Professional, and provided me with excellent Service. Smooth, gentle touches, making sure I was alright throughout. A wonderful, and excellent team!! Highly recommended.... relax, you're in safe Hands!! An overall excellent experience!!

Fantastic experience: I have been trusting Dr Larmoyer from the French Dental Practice in London for many years and have always been extremely satisfied of the high level of professionalism I was treated with, never experienced any pain or discomfort during procedures, repair work was always executed efficiently and at a very high standard of quality. Dr Larmoyer uses state of the art technologies which is quite impressive. In particular, he is able to prepare bespoke a ceramic crown while you wait and fit it in your mouth in the hour (this technology use IA-assisted software to convert a 3D image of your tooth into the ideally shaped crown made with a small high performance machining lathe, the crown is then set in place on your tooth base using a special glue engineered for space, quite amazing…). Dr Bertrand Larmoyer is a top dental surgeon and I highly recommend him and his team!

Fantastic experience: Mon fils et moi sommes suivis par les dentistes du cabinet depuis plusieurs années et j'ai toujours été très satisfaite à la fois des soins dentaires et de l'accueil. Qui plus est, mon fils a eu des problèmes de dent assez jeune à la suite d'une très mauvaise chute à 4 ans. Il a toujours été très bien pris en charge et malgré des interventions désagréables pour son jeune âge (extraction de dents, pose d'un "spacer") il n'a pas peur d'aller chez le dentiste !

Among some always top interventions, Dr Larmoyer managed to identify/treat/solve a problem other dentists failed to identify for the last 20 years (a very tiny 4th root causing suffering to my wife). While dental services are pricey, he prioritises cheaper options when fit for purpose.

I went there very anxious as I’m used to go to the same dentist for the past 10 years in France and was scared to see someone new who doesn’t know my historic. I had a bad experience with a previous dentist in Marylebone, who wanted to over charged me for treatments I didn’t need, so it’s hard for me to trust doctors in the UK ! When I arrived to the place I was nicely welcomed by Alexandre, the dentist assistant and Dr Deborah. She looked at my teeth, and was very patient and explaining things. She did a scan to make sure my concerned tooth was healthy. She told me I didn’t need any urgent treatment in case I wanted to wait and have my treatments done in France by my dentist because she knows how expensive London is. She answered all my questions ! I sincerely appreciate her honesty and help ! I will definitely come back to her and recommend her to my friends ! She really reassured me !! Je recommande vraiment cette clinic !! Fantastic experience: I used to be quite anxious when going to the dentist, but I can now say, Dr Larmoyer is the best dentist I've ever been to (UK and France included). I've been there three times and he always takes the time to explain, you feel safe and within the hands of a great professional. Today I had an inlay with local anaesthesia, and although I usually hate that, I have not felt any pain because Dr Larmoyer took his time and was very gentle. I can only highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I have been consulting Docteur Philips for the last 3 or 4 years; recently she supervised my teeth whitening treatment, which did not work as expected for unknown reasons. Dr Philps has been absolutely amazing: Dr Philips invited me right away for a consultation, she did some research as it is very unusual that this treatment fails, and she ordered a second withering kit for me, without extra charge, and she regularly checked on the progress of the second treatment. She offered a great support throughout the process, and the result is absolutely fabulous, I am absolutely delighted with my beautiful smile BUT ALSO with the fantastic customer service ! I do recommend Dr Philips and her practice. A massive thanks to Alexandre too.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with the service received. The French Dental Practice immediately helped me with a dental emergency, Dr Larmoyer identified the problem straight away, he listened to my own preferences to solve the problem and immediately referred me to the right specialist.

Fantastic experience: I've been treated by Dr. Deborah Phillips for a few years now and she's been great. Very professional, gentle and always of very good advice. The whole team is great as I have now also consulted with Charlotte Mernier the osteopath who's amazing too and the administrative part with Alexandre is also smooth. I wouldn't go elsewhere.
