Fantastic experience: I visited my hygienist Judit this evening, supported by Laxmi, and once again the experience was excellent. Both are incredibly professional, friendly, courteous, and diligent throughout the appointment. Judit has an amazing ability to get my teeth looking beautifully white and clean every time — even after coffee stains and, apparently, certain mouthwashes (who knew!). I always leave feeling very happy and well looked after - confident in the care I’ve received. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Good experience with periodontist Kruti Desai for first consultation. Didn't feel railroaded into expensive treatment which might not be strictly necessary, as I had feared I might be. Prices are steep, but then I guess everything is these days!

Fantastic experience: Judit is a Fantastic hygienist. Receptionists are lovely. Very attentive. My teeth are sensitive and found the deep cleaning too sensitive and unpleasant 3 years ago when I visited a hygienist (elsewhere). I was pleasantly surprised that I hardly felt any sensitivity even with the airflow treatment. I hardly had any plaque but the stain removal was noticeable. Really good job!

Fantastic experience: This was a routine check up which was carried out with care and professionalism. The dental assessment was clearly explained and good advice given. This includes action to reduce plaque buildup on the gums. I have arranged for a subsequent procedure to be carried out to check on the progress of restoration to the gums. Excellent service would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My course of treatment included, check up, extraction, crown, hygienist and two implants. I was always treated with courtesy and respect from the friendly and efficient staff in Reception, from the dental nurses and from Fahad Khawaja and Amit Duggal. Fahid and Amit explained everything they were doing and asked if I was comfortable with what was going to happen and if I had any questions. They also showed me what had been done and what would happen at the next appointment. I am more than happy with the treatment I have had and how it was carried out.

Today was no exception, the reception staff were friendly, understanding and efficient and the dentist who saw me for an emergency appointment was excellent. Having quickly established I had a badly cracked tooth he offered to squeeze me in after his next appointment so the offending tooth is no more and I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you!

Positive experience: I've been a patient at this practice for over six years and have generally been happy with the services provided. The staff are friendly and professional, and the care has been good overall. However, I’ve had five different dentists during this time, which has made continuity of care a bit challenging. Most recently, I was disappointed with my appointment on Monday—I had to wait 50 minutes past my scheduled time to be seen. Ideally, I would have appreciated a call beforehand to advise me of the delay, which would have allowed me to arrive later and avoid the long wait.

Fantastic experience: Great Dentist Very clean and modern. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Judith my hygienist is lovely so gentle and caring, and gives you plenty of rest breaks. Always very informative and keeps you updated as to what she is doing. My Dentist Lewis is amazing, for someone who is nervous of the dentist, he is so calm and reassuring. He explains everything in gear detail., and makes me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this dentist .

Fantastic experience: I have to say that my experience today was first rate! When I arrived the receptionist advised that my dentist was running approximately 40 mins behind and that if I was happy, I would fitted in with another dentist a lot sooner. It then became apparent that my original dentist had caught and was able to see me as originally arranged. This was the first time I had met Mr Lewis who couldn't have been any nicer. He explained everything to me that he needed to and I look for to returning later in the year.

Fantastic experience: Been at this dentist since it open and would always recommend them. Judith an excellent hygienist, exceptionally thorough. I don’t like the automated tools and she does everything manually and very patient, she checks in with you all the way through the appointment to check everything is ok. I saw Lewis today for first time, a new dentist, very friendly and checked all the usual stuff. My daughter has been with Dr Saj since she was born and I used to have him, a brilliant dentist, highly professional and have total confidence in him

Fantastic experience: The new look reception layout has a pleasant feel and more professional modern and welcoming look. The receptionists are friendly, helpful and very professional. I found the dentist and their assistant nurses very friendly and informative which created a much better experience.

Fantastic experience: Have been using Care Dental for a number of years now and the practice is excellent with specialist staff for all aspects of dentistry so you can always feel confident that you will receive the very best care. Fantastic experience: My husband needed major technical dental procedures., so I planned to gain several quotes from dental practices in the area. My first call last August was to Care Dental (now Sync Dental) I explained he had a severe gagging reflex and medical condition which made even having an x-ray almost impossible. I spoke to Christine and she blew me away with the her knowledge, she explained about specialist X ray equipment etc etc. Within a few sentences she had given me immense confidence and our search for a dentist was complete. Since then my husband has had several procedures and the attention and service we have received from all in the team has been absolutely incredible. Ammit is a real credit to his profession, the work he has done is amazing. Sunita has made sure all was OK every step of the way and Christine has continued to make all arrangements are in place etc. The personal service we have both received form all in Windsor is outstanding.

Fantastic experience: Very efficient and professional. I visited twice in 2 days, day 1 as an emergency with toothache which was partially rectified on the day and good advice on what needed to be done and day 2 to have a check up and dental plan drawn up, (saw Lewis), which was very professionally handles and an agreed way forward including an extraction to be done and a root canal. So far, so good!

Negative experience: Not impressed with the £79 hygienist charge for a 8 year old child with additional and sensory needs. He was only able to manage his bottom teeth being partially cleaned. Posting here to raise awareness for all other parent/carers of children with needs. This needs to change.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this dental place since 2010 up till now when it was known as Care Dental, I have never had a problem with this place and I had a great relationship with the dentist. I saw somebody on Friday and the issue was resolved.
