Negative experience: Very Poor Service - The worst dentist I’ve been to, I have been them for about 1 year and a half they haven’t dealt with the problem as they said they would and couldn’t care to which is astonishing as their happy to take my money. I would never recommend them and advise no one to.

I was speaking on behalf of my partner had a stressful battle with this practice First, they got rid of her original dentist and said to pay a fee, she didn’t Then, they did the same with another dentist and kept saying to pay for a new assessment which is very unfair as she didn’t change the dentist Luckily, my treatment went well because I only needed one But if you need more than one I wouldn’t recommend at all as they basically scam you for money Seems weird that different dentists keep coming in and out as well

Negative experience: I went to this clinic with Dr. Zakaria for two teeth with composite bonding. The doctor did not respect the length and shape of the new teeth he made to match the length and shape of the others (the ones he made, were much more longer than the others, a crucial detail for facilitating their destruction), nor did he respect a reinforcing bond between the two teeth to provide resistance over time even though I requested this and there was sign of previous existence. My teeth with composite veneers fell out in less than 3 weeks, both teeth not just one and when I went for a follow up, with a total lack of empathy or responsibility, he told me it was because the original teeth were a crown and that I have to change all my crowns and he didn’t accepted his errors. I would like to add that I have Composite bonding on both natural teeth and crowns and including these two teeth re made by him, they lasted me for more than 5 years before and with Dc. Zakaria they fell out in less than 3 weeks. The doctor seems that instead of respecting the format and length of the others, at least for the sake of aesthetics rather than for, so important, their resistance over time, it seems that rather, he facilitated the detachment of the veneers because I think, in my opinion, to make me change all my crowns with him and for a lack of experience as well. Now I have to spend double the money and be left with the humiliation I felt I was treated with by his totally unempathetic and irresponsible reaction. Now I made a new appointment with a dentist specializing in Composite bonding, who knows all about this situation and who guaranteed me effective work that is shockingly confusing with the suggestions claimed by Dr. Zakaria from Smile Right. It is extremely disappointing to go with confidence to a doctor who does not even respect the length (Dc. Zakaria made them much more longer and plate than the ones already made I have), and shape of your other teeth for a minimum of resistance and does the complete opposite and then washes his hands without any trace of empathy or desire to find a solution. It would have been much more correct not to accept this work in the first place, and if he accepted it, to at least respect the wishes of the client and the format of the other teeth, especially since Composite bonding is part of aesthetics.

Positive experience: Great dentist would be 5 out of 5 but trying to get hold of them over the home is like trying to hammer in a nail with a balloon just impossible. The two times I have managed to schedule an appointment I had to call their number 20 odd times over and over before someone picked up as it rings for 2 seconds then tells you no one can pick up the phone. For this I can’t give 5 start as the costumer service is awful. Thanks.

The dentist I've seen for my last few appointments, Dr Arshed is a credit to his craft and to the clinic. I'm wowed and haven't felt so comfortable smiling after his work. 10/10 I can't recommend smileright enough and the prices are very affordable too

Booked another appointment and only the day before my appointment they told me that dentist isn’t happy with the price I will be paying so they wanted me to reschedule. They tried rebooking me with another dentist but if I’m not sure about pricing I’m not going to waste my time coming in for another chat when all of that could’ve been done already

He explained everything very thoroughly and answered my many questions. He advised me to wear earphones so I could listen to music to block out the sounds which no other dentist has ever suggested to me before and it worked really well at distracting me. Negative experience: It was so disappointing. Would not come back at all. Full check up lasted like 5 minutes and charged me so much! I also did a hygiene clean and that lasted less than 10 minutes. I was out the door in less than 20 minutes for the whole thing and I felt really rushed and out of place. There was no type of real customer service, truly not worth the price. I just felt really uncomfortable too and lost most of the time. I would say avoid.

I came here for an emergency appointment after cracking a tooth and years of neglect and I've never felt better looked after by a dentist. Dr. Al-Khdairy takes the time to explain everything to me and helps me feel at ease which I am always so grateful for. Positive experience: I’ve been going to Smileright for around 6 years. I was initially introduced through a teeth whitening offer and, when my regular dentist then went on maternity leave, decided to transfer. At the time I found that the private costs were not a great deal more than NHS costs. I think the branch struggle with a high turnover of practitioners and support staff and, at present, they are quite obviously short staffed on the front desk. However, the dentists have always been very thorough, professional and fair. I had an old filling replaced yesterday and the dentist did a scale and polish at the same time which I appreciated. Overall would recommend.

Fantastic experience: My partner underwent Invisalign treatment and whitening with Dr. Thomas and the results are incredible. However, some my own teeth had marks on and they had made me very self-conscious over the years and lack confidence. Made worse by that we are getting married and I was worried I couldn’t smile on the day. My partner happened to mention this during her appointment just out of conversation and Dr. Thomas arranged an appointment for the following week for me to go in. In an hour appointment, she completely changed my life and gave me my confidence back! I’m over the moon with what she did for me and I am so, SO grateful. I’ll never forget her kindness and I will go back for any other/routine dental work. The quality of the work is great, but the kindness really left its mark also. Thank you, Dr. Thomas. I can get married now and smile for the photos and for my guests.

Fantastic experience: I cannot rate Dr Jeni Thomas highly enough. Having paid nearly £50 for a rushed bridge repair by a very negative NHS dentist. (The repair lasted less than 2 hours so was a waste of time & money). Jeni explained my options comprehensively, & i did not feel rushed or pressurised. She spent much longer perfecting the repair, which was aesthetically 100% better than the previous effort. Jeni was positive, & inspired confidence throughout. A skillful , kind & engaging dentist. The repair is still intact which I believe is testament to her extremely advanced ability as a dentist. Would highly recommend & glad i chose to go privately with Jeni to achieve the desired, sucessful & proper result.

Was delighted to get all that done on first visit as I was having a job interview that week. Negative experience: If I could give 1 star to half the staff there and 5 to the other half I would. It's hit and miss with this place. Sadly this time was a miss starting with the reception calling me and not saying anything until I started speaking, when I get a phone call from an unknown number I assume it's a spam call / robo-call so I wait 1-2 seconds before I say anything. So they call me and I say hi, and they say "do you have an appointment tomorrow", and I'm thinking, this must be the dentist, but still, they surely would say "Hi, my name is Whatever, I'm calling from SmileRight regarding your appointment tomorrow, is this Mr ..." but no. After they changed my appointment to another time I get there and I wait for 30 minutes as I was a few minutes late due to traffic, totally understandable, the receptionist was very nice and professional. I booked with Dr Toma who treated me last time and did a fantastic job and the price was very fair. Unforutantely this time I got another doctor and because of the similar build and mask on I didn't notice that until I was already in the room and sat down for the treatment. i just went with the other doctor who did a fairly good job but rushed everything and missed a few things that I only noticed after I got home. The nurse forgot to offer me any PPE for my eyes until we have already started so now my shirt has some blood spots. Totally disatisfied with the treatment and I'm not going to return to this clinic. Also, the price was a higher than advertisied on the website when I've booked my treatment. TL/DR: I would recommend you Dr Toma if you do decide to book anything here.

Negative experience: I will not be returning to this dentist. Firstly they charge a £20 deposit for just a check up. Plus if, like me, you missed this on the website when you book the appointment it doesn't charge you the deposit then through the online system which would make more sense. I imagine that they don't do this to encourage people to book possibly. In my case a receptionist called me two days before the appointment and demanded money for a deposit. I asked her to verify the her identity for security reasons and she gave me someone else's patient information. I obviously refused to make the payment and she explained that she just got me confused with another patient. Still a breach of patient confidentiality. After I stood my ground she stated that I could still have the appointment without a deposit. How kind. When I actually attended the appointment I made my way through boots and most of the staff was not wearing their masks or they had them under their chins. This is after the announcement about how we should wear masks. I imagine smile right would say this is not there fault, but boots fault, and I agree but no one is forcing smileright to be in a non-covid safe environment. I was early for my appointment, and there was no receptionist but there was a sign saying that smile right was short staffed and that I should wait to be called. The time of my appointment passed and still not a soul to be seen. I poked my head round and still no one. I waited another 8 minutes and no one came or called for me. So I left, luckily I paid no deposit so I lost no money as I didn't want to waste any more of my Saturday. I suggest for everyone else not to pay a deposit either or not to waste your time in smileright. Plus the toilets were broken. In conclusion I think its fair to say to my experience was not great and I will be going to another dentist.

Negative experience: The dentist was not wearing the proper PPE. I had to ask him to put his mask over his nose and to wear a shield. Like come on, your two inches from my face. Then at the end of the appointment he took off all his PPE before I was at least 6 feet from him. I’m not impressed and I would like to report them if that is possible. This dentistry is not covid safe and is expensive for the service I received.

Negative experience: Price increase by around 250% I had booked for a treatment in March 2020, the price was £80. The treatment was postponed for obvious reasons. Smileright contacted me to arrange my treatment again in August. I spoke to them twice on the phone, at reception and to the dentist on the day. Not once was a change in price of treatment mentioned. After the treatment the receptionist said there has been a change in the pricelist. The same treatment was now £205. The price was then reduced to £140 as the minimum they could charge. This had also happened to my partner two weeks earlier, with a check-up costing more than 100% of the original cost. Mention of charge increase was only discussed after the appointment. There is clearly no process in place to inform customers of price increase until after treatment has taken place, I can only assume this is deliberate.....an A4 sign at reception would have done just fine.

Fantastic experience: After a recommendation from a friend, I have been a patient of Dr Jeni Thomas for several years and I couldn't wish for a better dentist. I have always received an outstanding service - friendly, efficient, caring and professional. I'm writing this review after my smile has been transformed. Dr Thomas has done exceptional work over the last few months and made going to the dentist a pleasure. I have a new confidence and find myself smiling all the time! Negative experience: I had a temporary treatment of a chipped tooth, which was supposed to work for 2-3 years until I fix it properly, yet it only lasted for 1 month!!! not recommended.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars all the way, I cannot put in words as to how thankful I am to this team, I went in due to having broken a tooth and was in extreme pain, the reception team had me booked in fast, Dr Stamatelatos and his team were fantastic, got me Xrayed and then gave me all the options available to me, treated me the same day (life saver was in a lot of pain) and the after care has been excellent with followup calls and after care checkup. fantastic team really grateful. Negative experience: Appalled at the way the management speak to their staff everytime I walk by and my friends have their appointments. They never seem to have the same staff everytime I go for a check up. Simply put underpaid and overworked even though the dental nurses and dentists are the most polite and helpful I have ever met. It's a shame about the corrupt management.

Fantastic experience: I just don't know we're to start, I made my first appointment here today as I fell and cracked my tooth. My husband is allready a patient of there's so he highly recommends anyway. I had not been to the dentist for 3years due to my severe anxiety and panic disorder. Dr Stoyan Slavov what an amazing person from start to finish he made me feel as comfortable as possible, kept me calm and reassured me everything was fine even when I did start to cry when my anxiety got the better of me. I've even booked in to see if there is anything else I need doing. I'm over the moon I have found a practice that take there time and put your needs first. the rest of the staff that I met along the way we're lovely friendly and attentive. Negative experience: I rang and had an appt as I chipped my tooth!!! No bedside manner just hard selling!!! I was told as soon as he looked at my tooth you need a root canal before I even had an xray and that was painfull!! I would rather have false teeth than step into Smileright again!!! Not a pleasant experience and very pushy! What happended to the consulation I was offered on the phone??? I must say it was one of the worst experiences on my life ... I hot footed out of the door with no filling and will source another dentist who is more tactful and caring!!!!!

Negative experience: Needed to cancel an appointment for a monday due to my father being taken unwell. Rang sunday (more than 24 hours notice) but as their reception was closed, so I rang first thing Monday. This meant I breached their policy and was charged. Lack of empathy I felt.
