Positive experience: Appointment pretty much on time. Everything explained to me. Only thing I’m not keen on is sat downstairs waiting outside the room. It’s very claustrophobic. Much nicer sat up by reception.

Fantastic experience: The lady we had the appointment with on 8th September was lovely. She was from Meltham Surgery and was covering leave. It was my daughter’s appointment and she spoke to her clearly, gave advice and made her feel confident about her oral hygiene. My daughter left the appointment happy which isn’t usually the case when we attend appointments. Thank you so much, you were wonderful.

But more importantly for me Mr Shemirani has cured me of a lifelong phobic fear of the dentist! I am now a private patient, and an O.A.P. and I find it difficult affording the fees!

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for probably 10 years or so now and whilst some previous dentists have been good and some not so good, I now have the pleasure of seeing Tom and I can honestly say he is not just a really nice, caring and considerate person he is also the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. Bearing in mind I'm one of those people where going to the dentist used to fill me with dread but not anymore. I'd happily go every day now. Also the building is nice and clean and the receptionist's and the nurses are also wonderful.
