Negative experience: Booked for a Sunday 10:00am hygienist, have confirmation email, arrived and being told the appointment has been canceled?! By who?! No explanation what happened because I didn’t cancel it, and not being informed about it either. Had to book for another one, and I ask if this one for some mysterious reason going to canceled itself will I at least get notified, the receptionist says no, but it won’t. It’s just a crazy level of service have been going here for a while but this is 100% not acceptable.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for the practitioner I saw today, Safina. Highly professional, very polite, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely caring. Safina was thorough in her investigation and explanation of my issues and how best to resolve them. She made sure she understood the context of my experience, commended me on my oral regimen and made recommendations on next steps. Genuinely the best dental visit I’ve had in years.

Fantastic experience: Came in for a sedation with my girlfriend who was absolutely terrified and everyone was lovely manager think her name is Marie was so kind enough to sit through the recovery time and reassured. Definitely recommend them

Fantastic experience: Now my new dentist since moving from London, a great dental practice! Forgot the dentists name but she was great, very professional and reassuring. Also saw the dental hygienist Mohammed and he did a great job with my teeth too very pleased. Receptionist was also very friendly on both occasions :)

Negative experience: My dentist suggested this dentist for a referral to have her tooth removed under sedation. Twice we made an appointment, twice it has been cancelled, same excuse, the dentist is going on Holiday. First appointment was July 11th then the following 1st August. Phone was off the hook when I tried to phone them up yesterday, today the receptionist was rude and heavy sighing, wouldn’t give me her name!!! Firstly surely they would know when the dentist was going on holiday, secondly I got promised that the 2nd one would not be cancelled and it was. No trust with this company.

Negative experience: I am at my wits’ end with this surgery. I paid for treatment in November that has still not been completed. I have made two written complaints that have not been replied to. I have called them countless times with promises of call backs and my issue being resolved and it never happens. Completely incompetent. Here I am hoping a bad review might prompt some action, I won’t be holding my breath

Fantastic experience: Really would advise this dentist surgery Lydia the receptionists was really helpful and fitted me in for a consolation appointment same day I arrived to book my first appointment. Got to see the hygienist the very next day and I’m so happy with my smile now my teeth have never been whiter being a smoker they was really bad but the surgery done a really good job and couldn’t be happier with my results and the speed and care they put in is a amazing good job guys

Negative experience: Awful awful awful dentist! The hygienist burnt my teeth, cut my lip, had me waiting 2.5 hours and took 6 minutes for a private hygienist appt, didn't do the job she was meant to. I was given very false information from the dentist too. Raised a complaint and they will not answer me. AVOID!

Negative experience: I needed 3 extractions but instead I got 1 tooth removed and the other two filled it's been so painful that it's taken so long to leave a review and now I'm getting boils where the teeth got filled I don't think I was taken seriously and was ignored I'm in so much pain I wish I never went there I will not be coming back .

Fantastic experience: I am impressed with the meticulous care taken to restore a tooth that had needed reconstruction after a failed inlay from a previous dentist. Markus worked hard and diligently to make good the tooth. So thank you, team, for caring for me. I had a very positive experience as Markus also mended a cracked tooth. I feel so pleased. Negative experience: I had a very negative experience at this practise. Since my previous dentist (who was great) left I have only experienced lack of care and professionalism. Two of the dentists there did not spot a decay despite me complaining about pain. Totally useless. I had to go privately where the issue was addressed straight away and the tooth was treated accordingly. The group has a flashy website but it is impossible to contact anyone from the head office directly.

Negative experience: Came for a hygiene appointment that was delayed. Asked receptionist for an update as I had another appointment that day. She was snarky saying that dentist has no nurse and it is my choice to leave and come back other time. I had made my way there and waited for over 30 minutes, but had to leave as I couldn’t reschedule my next appointment. Complete waste of my time. The attitude I’ve received proves that it is a norm in this clinic. Avoid if your time is valuable to you.

Negative experience: Worst practice ever, avoid at any cost! (I'm comparing to care to other, UK, European & developing countries I've been as a patient) I would have given MINUS 5 (-5) STARS if I could! I don't know what happened, but Station Plaza used to be a decent place and the facilities are good, even the fact that they cater for wheelchair users. I had an emergency appointment on Valentine's day, in pain and with swollen face. I have spent £198 on emergency appointments, one band 2 appointment they charged for but have not refund the money, and drugs so far for the same issue instead of charging the difference for one simple follow-up treatment. Never mind pain, the damage antibiotics do to guts, and not being able to eat normal food and the rest of the disruption to my life. I had asked to see the manager and got promised several times that she will contact me, but obviously she couldn't care less. The last time the receptionist refused me an emergency appointment and if it wasn't for Arthur Blackman clinic, I would have ended up in hospital emergency ward. I have totally lost my confidence in the practice - that is not to say anything about any individual dentist. (They also lost my son's X-ray he paid for which he needed for a surgery) This went on for 8 MONTHS, when I finally gave up. By this time I had been given so many antibiotics that they didn't work any more but we're causing severe side effects: My health was ruins and I couldn't lead a normal life. At that point I went to a different dentist, who said that had I been treated straight away, I would have only needed one appointment instead of 4 - but with the new dentist I didn't need antibiotics! I have complained about the practice to Dental Council but the practice is STILL refusing to co-operate after 9 months!! The practice manager has changed but the new one is just the same...

Negative experience: The most awful dentist I have ever visited. Told I needed to go private to have a tooth out because they couldn't do anything for it. Went private, and they said nothing wrong with it other than I needed root canal. My husband was then booked in for a root canal at this dentist and now months later has been told by our now private dentist that it was never done and his tooth is now infected and needs to be drained!!! How are they still getting away with butchering peoples mouths, costing them hundreds if not thousands of pounds to correct. DO NOT TOUCH THIS DENTIST WITH A BARGE POLE.

Negative experience: If I could give no stars, I would. This practice treats older people like they are inconveniences. My mother has a broken tooth that she’s been waiting 3 months for it to be fixed. Her appointment was today at 10am. The bus was delayed and she was 15 minutes late for a 45 minute consultation. The dentist outright refused to see her even though there was half an hour left of the appointment. The next time slot they could give her was October! I’m disgusted by their attitude, one that’s been shown to her whenever she’s contacted them for help and advice. Unprofessional and one to avoid.

Fantastic experience: What can I say... I honestly haven’t been to the dentist for years and years, I really don’t like them.. but unfortunately half my tooth crack off and I was in agony, I rang about 8 dentist and no one is taking new patients atm due to the current world we’re in at the moment!! Thankfully cassie who is an absolute life saver saved the day and sorted an appointment out an emergency appointment for me!! The dentist lady I saw was amazing really put me at ease and even tho It weren’t going to be good news as turns out I need to have my tooth out but she temporarily fixed me up, kept me up to date with everything she was doing!! I absolutely hate dentist but will definitely be going back!! ( and that’s not just because I need to have my tooth out HAHA!) Overall all the staff were lovely and chatting and I couldn’t recommend this place enough.. if I could put more than 5 stars I would!! Thankyou to you all especially with this crazy world right now!! ** Update ** I honestly don't know what all the hate is about right now but once again they've been amazing for me!! I was in agony with a bad wisdom tooth, I got seen quickly and tooth removal the next day (15/07/2022) Great service once again and honestly can't thank them enough!! It's literally been a few hours since my tooth got removed and it feels better already!! If you ask me.. don't listen or read the hate because they've honestly been great!! Thankyou everyone for the last few days!!!

Negative experience: This company are con merchants. They forced me to pay for the top rate nhs dental treatment and then decided not to do the work. 3 and a half months of constant emails and not being able to speak to anyone higher up, they still have my money. They don’t speak to anyone. Don’t provide any help. The little bit of work that was done was dreadful and needs redoing but they want me to pay again. Don’t go near this place!

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to all of your team. Your support staff are always so friendly and professional, and Dr Berlinschi is amazing! Obviously you hope your dentist knows his way around a set of teeth and Dr Berlinschi clearly does! But the calm kindness you showed my 10 year old son while he struggled with nerves was outstanding. Positive experience: Love Emma and Laura they are the best. But was abit disappointed with the reception people, they don't listen and they changed my appointment twice for one reason and another for me to turn up and waste a morning to be told I'll have to come back the next day, which was cancelled the week before saying that day and time they couldn't do anymore. But now I'm having. I only get limited days to go and was pretty clear I needed a long appointment because I have a filling needing doing and I cannot come back. I was told yes I'll book a longer slot, then I get down there to be told its only a 10min slot and not long enough. Seriously I wasted an appointment for someone else and wasted my day for nothing, and now another day in pain and another day I've lost. No happy today guys

Fantastic experience: Station Plaza have been my dentists for 7 years now and I have always been impressed by the high level of servicethey provide. I had my latest appointment today and they have ensured that the practice has all the hygienic precautions required to combat the spread of Covid19. They provide an excellent dentistry and hygienist service and cover all of my dental needs. Appointments are kept to time. The Dentists and reception staff are always helpful and professional. It helps that the practice is close to public transport and car parks and a few minutes walk from the town centre. Entrance to the building is controlled to ensure those arriving are sufficiently spread to reduce the risk of infection and there are lifts available.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but praise for this dental practice. The receptionists are friendly and always helpful. Laura Hills, who is my dentist, is so lovely and has always made me feel at ease and helped me so much when I was worrying about the treatment. My teeth were in a really bad way, as I've had periods of my life where I've had mental health issues and not looked after myself as I should but Laura has performed an absolutely unbelievable job of making them unrecognisable. It's meant that I feel so much more confident and my self esteem has improved so much, because when I smiled before I felt really self conscious with my broken teeth but now Laura has fixed it, I can smile now and it makes such a difference. Laura has been amazing all the way through. So I would definitely recommend this dental practice and Laura Hills in particular Kevin Boon

I have suffered tremendous pain for some months now, antibiotics alleviated the problem for three to four weeks because which time the unfortunate lockdown imposed on us rendered any appointments. So, more antibiotics. I'm currently recovering a life changing RTA & the importance of this extraction could have been a life or death situation because of infection. I contacted the dentist I'd registered with and indeed attended many appointments there, however, in 2016 my grandmother passed away and I missed an appointment @ this practice ( I frequented) "I'm sorry, you've been removed from our books" the receptionist's delivery was a tadge judgemental I felt, like I deserved no help in my most painful toothache I've known hours of need! Still, no although claiming sympathy for me for the loss of my nan in 2016 & I missed an appointment without telling them, 2020..... I'm in trouble .... Sorry because of this we can't help !!! THANKYOU STATION PLAZA !!!!! You have changed me from miserable and in pain ........ Im elated . God bless you all x x Lucy Holder

Fantastic experience: I called yesterday with a very sore mouth, I spoke to reception and got an appointment for today. I was very pleasantly surprised, it was immaculate and the staff were very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: A friendly and very helpful team of people. My dentist was especially thoughtful and kind and put me at ease when I had to undergo a lengthy procedure. He even called later that day to see if I was okay.

Fantastic experience: I had a morning appointment with Laura a bridge and plate of 5 teeth had come adrift..A cancellation in the afternoon gave me another chance of treatment.If dental care was an Olympic event. Laura and Finn would get gold medals. Roger Parsons.

Fantastic experience: The Station Plaza Dental Practice is clean, spacious and efficiently run. The staff are polite and helpful. The dentist and the dental nurse were both friendly but professional. I particularly liked the way they talked to me prior to the dental examination - I felt they were looking at me and my health holistically - not just at my teeth. Ten out of ten.

Fantastic experience: I am new to this practice and I thought they were brilliant given the circumstances - CV19 - the dentist and dental nurse - Im sorry I cant remember their names - were very efficient and polite - explained in details what he had to do and why - including required extra safety adjustments - Thank you
