Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today with the dental hygienist, Gosia, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly friendly and polite from the moment I arrived, which instantly put me at ease. Despite needing a deep clean, after not visiting for a few years, Gosia was gentle and careful throughout the whole procedure. I was genuinely surprised that I left with no pain at all. What stood out most was her professional, non-judgmental approach. There was no harsh tone or criticism, just reassurance and clear explanations. It made the whole visit so much more comfortable. I actually chose this dental practice because several of my family members recommended it to me. They’ve all had very good experiences with different members of staff over the years and have consistently received excellent care. After today, I can absolutely see why. I highly recommend Gosia and the whole team for anyone looking for kind, skilled, and patient-focused dental care. I’ll definitely be returning!

Fantastic experience: I attended this clinic for the first time this afternoon and saw dentist Dr Kieron Craine. He was so kind and understanding. He performed a thorough examination, informed me of his diagnosis and explained the options open to me by way of treatment, and their respective advantages and disadvantages. Upon leaving I received a helpful written summary of these options together with a costs' estimate (and the costs were reasonable). All very clear; a patient could not ask for more. The 5 stars I award Dr Craine are very well deserved.

The reception staff are always friendly and efficient, and Gezim’s service, both on the phone and in person, is outstanding. Fantastic experience: I strongly recommend this practice to everyone! I am myself a person terrorised of even just the thought of going to the dentist, but this place, which I ve been visiting from a few months, is by far the best practice I’ve been to for my teeth’s needs as I felt highly comforted by the dentist Anahita Zeinali and her expertise at making you feel at ease is exceptional. Every single thing is explained to you in a very patient manner, which, if you are anxious and not very knowledgeable helps a great deal. The hygienist, Erika, is fantastic here also, giving you all the information needed on how to keep your teeth/ gums healthy and being very careful and delicate in all the procedures, this is the first time I did not feel any discomfort after a long session of deep cleaning, I had ibuprofen in my pockets just in case, but never needed it. I have been in a lot of clinics before and I also did notice that this practice is very well equipped and the equipment seems very modern using the latest technology. Thank you to Anahita, Erika and all the friendly staff here at the Cannon hill Clinic.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time using Cannon Hill Clinic and I saw Dr Anahita for hygiene and airflow. She was very welcoming and made me feel so comfortable bearing in mind I hadn’t been to the hygienist for many years. Anahita gave me some great advice on what I can be doing at home to improve teeth and gum hygiene. The reception was also very lovely and welcoming on arrival. Negative experience: Avoid this Dental Practice Due to Overpriced Services While the receptionist is amazing and does a great job, I was shocked by the prices at this practice. After having a dental implant, I was quoted £75 for a simple consultation and an outrageous £125 for the removal of just five stitches! These prices are unreasonably high compared to other practices, and I find it completely unjustifiable. If you're considering this place, I would highly recommend avoiding them unless you're ready to pay exorbitant prices for basic procedures.

Fantastic experience: I've been to the Cannon Hill Clinic in Southgate to see Mr. Carlos Galvis Ocampo. All I can say is that he is a brilliant podiatrist, and a wonderful person. My son accompanied me as I was on a different underlying health condition at the time of my appointment. But, Carlos made me feel at ease and explained to me what the situation is, and what is to be done. He simply sorted out my issuel within one session, with a highly skilled technique. One can tell he has plenty of expertise in Podiatry. Carlos did not cause any pain throughout the procedure. To cut the story short, I am saying "Thank you" and I highly recommend Carlos as a top Podiatrist.

Fantastic experience: Really great experience when I visited with my poor grandma who was in a lot of pain. The dentist dr Anahita was so lovely and explained everything so clearly so I could translate for my grandma. Reception staff and dental assistant were also so kind and lovely. The place is so clean and has a serene feel to it.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs and check for all the negative feedback as it reflects the reality of a poor customer service and rude hygienist we ever encountered. First off, payment in advanced without providing the service it says all. Then appointment was booked to suit our busy schedule and they delayed it making us to wait for 40 minutes after our booking and inside the room where the treatment was done was smelling really bad. No apologies given for the delay, rude behaviour from Mrs Anahita Zeinali (the hygienist) by asking simple question about the treatment trying to push a new price to the customer and being hostile in her answer. Poor incomplete treatment but was happy to charge overpriced £80 in advanced to basically do nothing but to put a polishing toxic fluoride cream at my kid’s mouth that made him sick with vomiting several times that day, also having terrible headaches and diarrhoea after we got home from this treatment, the table where the tools was placed was dirty and it could also be another reason why my son got an infecting there, we didn’t see any sterilised brand new tools so I doubt it was even cleaned after the last patient left, not mentioning the Irresponsibility for not advising her assistant to put the suction tool to remove the excess polishing fluoride cream from my kid’s mouth during the treatment allowing him without the option to spit out but to swallow it, also I could see my kid was having pain the way she was using the electric tart removal tool, she didn’t even bothered to first clean properly with the manual tools like all decent hygienist around London do, she never used the flossing like our 10 years hygienist usually do and she doesn’t clean the teeth prior swamping fluoride inside patient’s mouth, she was applying it and hurting his gum but still continued to use it instead of cleaning manually first and then using the other tools, it was disgraceful and painful for my kid, this place is not kids friendly or adult friendly at all. Lesson learned to never go for a new dentist or hygienist without recommendations from other experts. We only booked at this place because it’s was the only clinic with an available last minute appointment with this only available hygienist (within a day), big red flag, she was the only hygienist with availability with too many spaces available for the upcoming day and it says all. I knew that great professionals are always fully booked for weeks in advance so do the maths before running to the first corner to have yours or your families teeth done, my advice, and make sure it’s kids friendly because some people are not meant to work with kids at all. My six sense was skeptical to book it without knowing this place well but we decided to take the decision to give it a try and obviously with regrets, don’t do it do not worth it. Our 10 years hygienist uses 5 different cleaning process and she removes dirty manually prior using any electrical tools, and she is so caring and educated also highly professional and only charges £60 including a check up prior the treatment and she is amazing patience and polite with kids. I can guarantee that private treatment do not mean you will get high standard treatments, perhaps people working for the NHS dental care system are much better, more caring and gentle than those called private doctors and dentists. When you pay for a service you expect it to be pleasant, correct and professional not miserable and traumatising especially when there is kids as a patient. Lesson learnt to never use an unknown hygienist or clinic for last minute appointments and we should get a refund for not having had what we paid for. Be others person’s lesson when they read misleading feedback online because it can hook you to the wrong hands and potentially harm you more than help you with the problem you had or the treatment you wanted done to start with. First and last time to have that unpleasant poor customer service experience.

Fantastic experience: I am new to the area and signed up for a checkup at Cannon Hill Dental Clinic. The registration came through on a text message, and the process was very straightforward to complete. On the day I was taken in at the time of my appointment, which was good not to be waiting around. I met the hygienist (Erika) who was very friendly and gave me some good oral hygiene advice. She carried out a very thorough scale and polish, which I was very pleased with. I will definitely be booking my next visit here!

She created a safe, professional, and supportive environment in a non-condescending way. I know it’s just teeth, but I really appreciate how I was made to feel like a regular person. Fantastic experience: This clinic has friendly staff and provides a high quality professional service. In particular, I unreservedly recommend Carlos Ocampo, who is a Podiatrist at this clinic. I was suffering from debilitating foot pain. He diagnosed plantar fasciitis and prescribed custom made orthotics which have been an absolute game changer in terms of combatting pain and enabling me to walk properly again.

Fantastic experience: Dr Zeinali is a very competent, caring and fair dentist. I have been to the clinic a 3-4 times now and always had a very good experience. She fixed my tooth pain by getting me a mouthguard to help with my teeth grinding and I've also had a few fillings done.

He and his assistant did a fantastic job filling my broken teeth; they explained all the steps and prices and did all exams to guarantee I would not have any problems. She is very afraid of dentists, but the doctor Anahita Zeinali has an excellent approach to patients and does everything very gently and accurately. Negative experience: Really pure service, extreamly bad peoples, initial dental check is called rutine cheek up- dental plan - do not have any purpose. All payments are asked in advance, no warning on aditional costs before she do aditional cost. In my case she was even cheeking on my eye problem with her equipmat- so I asume she is ophtamologist too- Nice painting on wall in waiting room. 3D Matise blue made by friend of this extreamly rugh lady that is all in that clinic . She is Receptionist, she is Owner, she is Manager, and Manager of complaint department, she cheek on my eyes, Im not sure is she a plummber too? Except good xray equipment - and dental cameras -I did not had hounor to have a treatmant in her practica. She colect all my financial data, take money and then refounds it - she missinterprates me on way familiar way. have that on your mind. Anahita Zeinali is not a good person, I did not had chance to pick up on her dentist skills. I will avoid. I don't know what this goverment is doing...if behaving ot this woman would not face consaances. Dentist- Complaint manager- ophtamologist- receptionist- and really probably plumber...

Fantastic experience: I have had a lifelong fear of going to the dentist and needed to find somewhere that knew how to handle nervous patients. The reviews on here are well deserved as my dentist Dr Zeinali was amazing. She talked me through everything and reassured me like no other medical professional has before. I had to have a tooth extracted and didn't quite believe it would be painless as Dr Zeinali said it would. Much to my surprise, the worst part of the extraction was the injection itself. I am due to have a hygiene visit next week and will definitely be making this clinic my long term dentist.

Fantastic experience: We came as new patients - myself and my two children, for a check up after not having been to the dentist since Pre-COVID. We were all quite nervous, but we had the best experience you could imagine. The receptionists were lovely, and the waiting room very pleasant. Dr. Anahita Zeinali was very kind and patient with my children (and with me!), and made us feel really relaxed and comfortable. She explained everything really clearly, and I will no longer fear going to the dentist after such a positive experience.

Dr. Anahita Zeinali from the beginning till the end of the visit, kept me informed at everything she was doing and made me feel part of the process by showing to me my X-rays, pics and explaining what the issue is and how it can be fixed. She also showed great consideration and empathy when I mentioned that in the past I had a painful experience and she made sure that I experience no pain at all. My experience with the Cannon Hill Clinic has been nothing but fantastic. From the first step of speaking with the receptionist over the phone to make the appointment to the procedure itself was the best experience I’ve ever had at any dentist. The receptionist was kind and friendly. Taking the time to understand my situation and assisting me to her best ability I was able to get an appointment in short order. That is always the easy part for me. What truly terrifies me is going in on the day and sitting down in the dentist’s chair. For once, my fears were unfounded. Dr. Zeinali was an absolute star. From the minute I stepped foot into her office till the time I left I felt comforted and relaxed. Dr. Zeinali took the time to explain the entire procedure in advance taking extra care to understand my fears. Without judgement. She meticulously explained what I could expect and how she would be working. Giving me ample time to prepare myself for what was coming. Allowing me to ask as many questions as I dared and genuinely caring. She was gentle and professional. I left the Cannon Hill Clinic with a new respect and admiration for the dentist’s profession. Fantastic experience: I just wanted to write and express my thanks for the professionalism and expertise received, during my three treatments, at the Cannon Hill Clinic. I'm pleased with the way my teeth now look and feel, so much better than before. Also pleased the clinic was local to me, was wheelchair accessible and had a private car park. Fantastic experience: Dr Anahita Zeinali and her assistant have repaired one of my upper front broken tooth and replace an old fillings. Both jobs have been done in a very high standard and I am very happy with the outcome. I hope the fillings will remain strong for many years to come.

Fantastic experience: I had a normal dental checkup a month ago and I got a feedback said there’s acid erosion appeared on some of my tooth. I went to my gp to checkup with this symptom and got positive test result on stomach inflection(which lead acid reflux appeared on my tooth). I would like to say thank you for making me find the symptom in the early stage and getting treatment in time. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

I searched for a dentist for over two weeks as it can get very pricy a visit to the dentist, and I wanted to make sure I had a good treatment. And I was not wrong when I picked The Cannon Hill Clinic. I’m in London for tourism but if I’m back, I know I have a dentist! I have recommended the clinic to a few friends already and I am sure they will have the same experience that I had. Amazing team.

She is understanding and thorough with her explanations whilst making sure you are comfortable with the dental decisions. Also thank you to Adriana at the front reception desk who is always welcoming and friendly! A lovely team and I would highly recommend them.

Going to the dentist can be quite a daunting experience for most people, but she has done a spectacular job at making me feel comfortable throughout my appointments. Kind, friendly, and professional with her work, I would recommend her to anyone scared to go to the dentist who hasn’t been in a while. You’re in safe hands and she will make it her duty that you leave every appointment feeling well informed about your oral health. Fantastic experience: These guys are amazing, so pleased with the service from start to finish!!! I have been using The Cannon Hill Clinic for a year and these guys have made a visit to the hygienist a surprisingly pleasant experience. The lady who runs the reception desk Adriana has always been warm, welcoming, accommodating and super efficient both over the phone and in person. The Hygienist Dr. Erika Endriukaityte has been incredible, she identified that I had gum disease pretty much from the moment I opened my mouth, something that a number of other Dentists and Hygienists had missed over the years. She then proceeded to take the time to explain what it meant and what course of action we needed to take in clear understandable language. One of her recommendations was that I see a Periodontist and when I visited the Periodontist, she exclaimed that: 'your Hygienist has done you a huge favour!' Pretty much saving my teeth. Because of the undiagnosed gum disease visits to the dentist/hygienist had always been incredibly uncomfortable experiences for me. With Dr. Endriukaityte I was surprised to find that it did not hurt yet she managed to remove all the plague, more than anyone had ever been able to. On my first visit to The Cannon Hill Clinic my teeth were badly stained and Dr. Endriukaityte was able to remove these stains within five minutes, restoring my teeth to the way they looked before the heavy staining. This was just part of the service! Another Clinic had tried to sell me teeth whitening as the only solution. I can't recommend these guys enough, I just wish I had found them sooner!

Fantastic experience: I came in for an emergency appointment at this clinic and there is not one bad thing to say about it. The emergency appointment was given to me the day after just like I requested, reception team was very welcoming and made the booking process so easy. The dentist, Dr Anahita Zeinali is extraordinary. She explained every single step so calmly and gave me time to ask any questions I had. She took me out of pain the same day and then I came back for root canal treatment which was provided to me very soon after. She was so delicate and made sure I was ok every step. I would recommend this clinic to everyone!!

Fantastic experience: Lovely Dr Anahita at the dental clinic. I called and was given appointment on the same day. The reviews helped me make the decision to call and I'm glad I did! My tooth was cleaned and filled on Tuesday. The Abscess on my gum is still there but has gone down, hopefully should clear completely, we'll see. It's ashame the next procedure cannot be carried out with extracting my tooth or a root canal by Dr Anahita as I felt she would do the best job! I understand it may be too complex for her as explained. Hopefully I find someone who can do the job. Thank you anyway :)

Fantastic experience: I just want to start by saying I never write online reviews but on this occasion I felt I really had to - 5 star PLUS. I needed an emergency appointment and despite being in agony I can honestly say this was a pleasurable experience. Dr Anahita Zeinali, was gentle but thorough and explained everything clearly, presenting all options without trying to push me one way or another. An exceptional dentist and a truly lovely person as were all of the staff; nothing was too much trouble and they followed up my emergency appointment as they said they would. I would highly recommend this dental practice and will not hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic experience: I began my Invisalign journey in October 2020 with Cannon Hill Clinic, I had no confidence with my teeth and always smiled with my mouth closed. Every step of the way I was supported by Ana and the team, and I saw results fast. I began documenting photos of my teeth and sending them to my friends every day, I could see each day the changes and I became more and more confident. Fast forward to February 2021 I have now completed my course and I couldn't be happier! The transformation is unbelievable and I would massively recommend not only Invisalign but Cannon Hill Clinic for their excellent work, their support and thorough explanations (I had 10000 questions). I've attached an incredible before and after photo which I'm so proud of. Thank you Ana and team for being incredible always! x

Fantastic experience: I was in a massive pain before ringing the clinic. Ana gave me an emergency appointment and took me out of pain same day. Very friendly and polite person. Highly recommend it. Will use it again.

Fantastic experience: This was my first occasion visting Cannon Hill Dental surgery. The service was excellent!! Staff were all very welcoming and put me at ease Straight away ! I have a very big fear of going to go the dentist, The dental treatment I had was very intense , I was so worried and stressed . My loverly Dentist Ana really put me at ease. She explained everything in detail step by step She was amazing I felt like I was receiving the very best care . I wish I had attended this surgery earlier in my life ! I am so impressed and happy with the care and treatment. I will be having follow up appointments. I will also be registering my two grandchildren at this practice. Fantastic experience: First time I visited the Canon Hill dental practice where I was seen too as an emergency appointment. My previous experience with dentists has always been rather disconcerting, however at Canon Hill dental practice it truly was a breath of fresh air. Hopefully I shan't need a visit any time soon however I have found my new dental practice.
