Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Parita Jaitu for about 2 years, on the NHS and as a Private Patient. I hate Going to the dentist ! But having been a NHS patient with Dr Jaitu, my whole perception changed. She is such a gentle and warm person, she not only explains what she will be performing, but also make sure you do not feel any pain and are comfortable. Following here advice, with no preasure, I have had some private treatment, that i never thought was possible. I am so very happy with the level of service, I am receiving, that I am continuing to have cosmetic private treatment. Not to mention her lovely assistant Sophie Privett on hand, providing that vital speedy support, with a lovely smile. THANKS AGAIN!

Fantastic experience: I have been with this dentist for over 20 years now and it's always been decent and got me in whenever I needed assistance. I have regular check up's on the NHS. My Dentist is Sascha, she is really great and very gentle, I cant recommend her enough and always looks after me when I need her skills, also her dental nurse Laura is very efficient and friendly which makes the difference in my opinion, both great people to deal with.

Fantastic experience: I have been an SDC patient for many years. Dr Salim and Aadam are fantastic practitioners in advanced dentistry such as dental reconstruction, crowns that never come off and complex dental implants. They both have great interpersonal skills so you know exactly what is to happen and how long things will take. When procedures are completed, they provide detailed after care instructions and nothing is too much trouble. They are helped by a lovely. warm reception team and terrific dental nurses hygienists and technicians who complete the perfect set up for modern dental care. In a word-superb.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Saleem's for many years now. He is unfailingly professional and friendly, giving very clear advice and treatment and being very understanding regarding broader health issues. The reception staff are very approachable and helpful and do their utmost to facilitate appointments, especially at short notice, listening carefully to concerns. Highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: Poor service! You're better to turn up a good half an hour after your appointment as they're always running behind! I'm a paying private patient and the very last time I'm waiting for over an hour past my appointment time, the girl on reception was no help at all and didn't seem to have a clue what was going on. I had to leave in the end, Won't be going back. Don't keep taking on new patients as you clearly can't handle the work load you have! I arrived 5 minutes late and the hygienist seemed irritated, I apologised and said I'm sorry, I did try to call I got stuck at the train crossing. All I got was a very blunt "we have the phones off on weekends". Maybe consider turning them on then, Ridiculous! Normally she chews my ear off! They're never on time for appointments and would always without fail phone me the day before my appointment asking if I could go earlier because either the dentist or hygienist wanted to leave early.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been an anxious patient but recently I’ve been seeing Sascha and she’s one of the loveliest dentists I’ve ever seen. Super friendly and knowledgable, would recommend her to anyone who’s nervous of the dentist

Fantastic experience: Tracy is amazing, I have always been a little nervous and would avoid going to the dentist. Tracy immediately put me at ease and now I attend regularly. Negative experience: They were great to start with, but the past year, their customer service has become atrocious, I book appointments and then spend over an hour waiting to be seen for less than 5 minutes. It's not acceptable, and I will be taking my custom elsewhere. I have tried to contact them for days now to cancel an appointment and to tell them, but they won't pick up, hence another reason for leaving. I recommend avoiding it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just joined the practice and had a great first visit. The dentist and hygienist were both very professional and it was very quick and easy to arrange future appointments. So far, so good. The reception team is also very friendly and accommodating.

Negative experience: Have been trying to cancel my appointment for tomorrow 11/2/25, great to know they have 11 dentists but no one to answer the phone,been on there two times this morning for 30 minutes each time and nothing I've gave up now, absolutely disgrace.

Negative experience: I claim Esa so when I signed to say that I am eligible for free treatment I wasn’t informed that I was only covered for income based Esa and not contribution based Esa thus getting me a £100 fine from the NHS So angry with the useless receptionist !!!

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Mr Saleem at Stamford Dental Care for many years. I'm always very impressed with the care and attention I receive as an NHS patient, and he has treated some complex issues for me, with excellent results. Emergency appointments are usually readily available: today I had a problem sorted out within a couple of hours of ringing in, not bad for what is clearly a very busy practice. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Stamford Dental Care enough. After a nasty scootering accident my son needed some work to repair his broken front teeth. Dr Saleem has done an amazing job and you would never know he had 3 broken teeth. The advice and care over the past few weeks has been amazing. Thank you again, I have one very happy little boy.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient ever since we moved to stamford many moons ago. And now my children come too. We see Mr. Saleem, who is so friendly, professional and welcoming. Although we do have to wait an awful long time most visits (with children that isn't so easy.) Once we're in there, the care you recieve is second to none and the children and I really are put at ease. We feel we get great treatment, advice and care at this practice. The practice itself is modern, clean and professional. The staff are all well presented, pleasant and helpful. The only niggle would be some sort of air conditioning would make it so much more comfortable whilst waiting. Its really quite stifling in summer months. We would absolutely recommend this dentist to anyone and feel very lucky to be patients here.

Fantastic experience: Looked after me so well today for tooth extraction. Great aftercare advice. I never feel rushed at my appointments so I don’t get too grumpy if I sometimes have to wait a little longer for my regular appointments if others overrun. During this time as well as routine check ups and treatment and the occasional emergency, I have had 2 implants fitted which have been amazing. Fantastic experience: Review based on 19 years as a Stamford Dental Care (SDC) patient under Dr Saleem. Specifically they offer a professional and caring service from the moment you enter the clinic - from the receptionists to the dental treatment per se. Dr Saleem recently, over several months, completed treatment for a dental implant - an extremely skillful and sensitive dentist - 100% happy with the final outcome. This was my fourth dental implant over the last ten years or so undertaken by Dr Saleem. I can highly recommend the professional and caring dental services they offer in a pleasant and modern environment. A satisfied patient.

I should also mention his colleague Dr Eva Montavilla, who over the last few years has in the context of my complex oral difficulties similarly provided a highly caring and professional service culminating in amazing dental implants. He will always try to accommodate emergency treatment, which sometimes means he runs slightly late with his appointments but that is understandable. I would recommend his dental practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had pain in my root canal tooth and my original dentist told me there is nothing to save that tooth however i was recommened this place so I got it checked by them and they redone that root canal and saved that tooth from an extraction. I 100% recommened this dentist they are very good in what they do, all staff are amazing and make sure you are comfortable and happy! :)
