Negative experience: Even they don't worth a 1 star. Awful place, Zero respect for patients time. they made me wait 15 days for just an answer from dentist that they could have done in a min. No way can get hold of receptionist. they never answer the phone. All dentist are junior.I believe for owner of that place money its way more important than service and customer satisfaction. I asked them to delete all my data and I did register myself in another dental practice no mater its one hour drive. highly recommend not to waist your time and money in Tidworth Denta Clinic.

Negative experience: After years of having anxiety about going to the dentist, my visit to Dr Masud in Tidworth dental clinic made it a whole lot worse. Dr Masud was not welcoming at all, made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and uptight due to the abrupt tone in her voice, and I feel I was rushed into making decisions in regards to treatment, in which I just said yes to so I could leave as quickly as possible. I was quite shocked at my experience and I’m already dreading going back. Wouldn’t recommend at all, unless you have a different member of staff.

Fantastic experience: So far so good. Had an awful experience at another dentist and I've now been added to an NHS patient waitlist for the Tidworth dentist. The receptionist was extremely understanding and friendly. Desperately looking forward to seeing a dentist there.

Negative experience: I’ve had great care when I’ve managed to get an appointment, but am currently waiting for my call to get through again; I’ve been on hold for over an hour. I’ve been in position one for a very long time.

Negative experience: trying to call to make an appointment as i type this... been trying for days... although the opening times appear to be 8am the phones dont open until at least 8:45 and then when you call you get stuck in a queue of 2 that loops when you get to the point when someone should pick up. ive also left a voicemail that has been ignored.

Negative experience: Been trying to get through for over an hour now to cancel my appointment as I can’t make it due to illness and I am just going round in an endless loop position 1 down to 3 up to 2 then 1 then back to 3 ….. sort you phone line out!

Fantastic experience: The clinic is under new ownership and the new team are fantastic, very accommodating, friendly and brilliant with kids. My 3 year old was extremely chuffed with his marvel stickers. Dr Masud and Aysha were extremely professional and prompt with timings. The Bryan Adams songs also helped as no one wants to listen to heavy metal when your having your teeth done.

Negative experience: This has been my dentist for a number of years and they have always been brilliant, but over the last year it has been almost impossible to get hold of them. I have tried phoning, only to be on hold for over an hour on multiple occasions and giving up (no longer an option to leave a voicemail), and I have emailed reception 3 times an not had a response. I am just trying to book a checkup for me and my daughter. What is going on??

Fantastic experience: Went in for emergency toothache, Dentist was amazing and calm, helped with pain, ended up taking out root canal, then found crack in tooth, then extraction, whole time looked and cared for me, dentists have improved over the years and Tidworth practice was amazing, friendly staff at Reception too.

Fantastic experience: My own personal experience has been fantastic. I have been a patient for many years. The Ladies on the Reception have always been brilliant, many occasions I have had a problem outside routine treatment and they have always tried to fit me in as quickly as possible. My Dentist Mateaus is so skilled in his work having just completed my treatment. You know what, who relishes going to the Dentist when you have a problem? Not many I guess but I can honestly say my treatment was not to be feared. Thanks to him, his nurse and the Reception Girls I can once again smile with confidence.

Fantastic experience: The best dental centre i have been to from the booking through to treatment. Helpful and friendly receptionists and great text message service. Mateusz is a great dentist with a wonderful patient manner.

Fantastic experience: I dont normally do reviews but i wanna say a big thank you to Mateusz Bisikiewicz, he did an amazing job taking two of my teeth out! I'm normally very nervous and avoid going to the dentist but hands down can't thank him enough an he definitely deserves recognition.

Negative experience: My appointment was for tuesday at 2:45, had to cancel as I had work. The receptionist offered to reschedule, which I did for the next day at 9 Am. I phone them at 9:00 a.m. to say I'm outside the surgery in the car ( literally, just waiting to turn into the car park) just stuck in traffic I will be 1 minute. The receptionist phones me back within 5 seconds to say we have to cancel as we don't have time to fit you in now as you only had a short appointment. I booked in becaude i have cracked my tooth, why book me in a small slot if its something that will take more than 10 minutes to do? .... the fact id of waited anyway to be seen is a joke. Not even 2 minutes past my appoitnment and they suddenly cannot fit me in. So unprofessional and inappropriate to not book me for the right time slot in the first place to then Cancel while I'm literally outside the building!! Granted I should have arrived early, The dentist is 5 minutes from my house, however the added road works made this 10-15. I'll spend my money on someone who has time for their patients next time.

Fantastic experience: Needed to find a new dentist after appalling treatment at old one. I was very pleased with Alina, the dentist I saw. She explained everything to me and made suggestions for possible future work. The ladies on reception were very friendly and helpful. Happy I've changed.

Fantastic experience: 1st time being back to NHS from private in another area. Really patient dentist, he talked through my children's teeth and problems to me and my children Individually. We weren't rushed in and out previous dentist all 4 of us were in and out within 5 minutes for double the price. Definately recommend for all ages.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice is absolutely amazing. I have been registered since 2009. Always friendly receptionists, and always excellent care with the dentists. My son broke his tooth and was seen and booked in to be sorted the morning I called up. The care he was given was exceptional. I would highly recommend this dental surgery and I can not thank the dentist enough for fixing my sons tooth, it looks good as new, you can’t tell that it has had to be fixed. Absolutely amazing. Fantastic experience: My self and partner have both had treatment here as our regular dentist. The staff are always friendly and I have found the standard of dental care to be excellent without exception. Procedures and treatment options are well explained. Something I haven't come across before is the use of numbing gel prior to anesthetic injections. I'm not a nervous patient but think this would be helpful for anyone concerned about anesthetic injections.

Fantastic experience: Bought my daughter this morning for first ever dental visit, I think the dentist said his name was Andrew.. he was brilliant let her play with his equipment and even let her join in to look at my teeth, very enjoyable visit highly recommend especially for children

Fantastic experience: We brought our 20 month old busy boy to go and see the dentist and it was a very smooth visit. The staff were very understanding and knew how to treat a toddler. The waiting room was fully equipped with books and toys for little ones and the dentist himself was a lovely down to earth bloke. He made my wife and I feel at ease with the dentist. Top notch can't fault them. Looking g forward to our next visit is a phrase I thought I'd never say relating to the dentist

Fantastic experience: My children and I have been with Tidworth Dental centre for years and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how they operate. They always make time for us and most recently my little boy had to have some work done and everyone was fantastic. Highly recommend for both adults and children.
