Fantastic experience: Unbelievable service and care from Dr Bamrah and Nurse Karolina during my recent visit. I completely lost a tooth just a few days before attending a wedding. Having recently moved to London I was not registered with a dentist. I called Sheen Dental, was booked in on an emergency appointment without delay, and by some miracle left with a full, intact smile! I'm now a fully registered patient. Dr Bamrah, you are a magician. Thank you so much for everything!

Negative experience: Not a reflection of the dentists now at this practice but I still have the molar that I was told by the head of this practice in 2006 needed crowning because it was so heavily filled that it would break within 6 months. I couldn't afford the treatment at the time (£600) so got a second opinion from another dentist who said he would leave well alone as it might last many more years but if it did break it could be crowned then. The tooth is still fine, not even a crack, almost 20 years on! My brother was also charged a huge sum, in the thousands, by Sabi for unnecessary 'onlays' which all came off soon after. It may not just have been about extra money for them; possibly a striving for cosmetic perfection. However, many patients aren't seeking "perfect" looking teeth; just a dentist who looks after what they have. On the plus side, the hygienist and the female authodentist I saw at this practice (a French authodentist) were outstanding.

Fantastic experience: Had a dental appointment with Dr. Kaezar Bamrah. I wanted to get my teeth whitened for my upcoming wedding. He understood the entire context of the situation and sped up the cycle to get it done. And he put in an initial cleaning and hygiene checkup even though it wasn’t included in the package. He wasn’t pushy at all with product selling like other doctors sometimes are, had great listening skills and was gentle and nice all along. My new favorite dentist - I just changed my regular check ups to him.

Negative experience: Disappointed by the lack of customer care at Sheen Dental. Despite being a long-standing patient and having spent thousands over the years, they still tried to charge me a cancellation fee for rescheduling an appointment with advanced notice. It’s clear they’re more interested in money than loyalty. I won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: When I started going to Sheen Dental my mouth was a bit of a mess. Teeth overlapping, wisdom teeth moving the wrong way, one tooth missing and barely any teeth fit together when I closed them. Now my wisdom teeth have gone, the missing tooth has been replaced with an implant and my teeth have been straightened with invisalign. Dr Kalsi explained everything clearly and his work was excellent and I experienced very little discomfort throughout the treatment. Lisa and Carolina are friendly and caring and also helped explain the procedures when necessary. Everyone, including the reception staff and Annie the hygienist, have been great and have helped turn me into someone no longer scared to go to the dentist. I am delighted with the results of my treatment and can smile properly again.

Negative experience: I live very close to this place, I tried to register my child on the NHS in this facility. However, it was not easy. So by phone with this clinic I agreed that my wife would take private treatment with them and they would do my son's first year's dental check-up on the NHS. Of course, I had to pay a deposit of £75 in advance. After arriving at the place, I immediately accepted my wife for the treatment. However, when I asked about this dental check-up for the child on the NHS, they said that they did not have places and I had to pay. So something completely different that was agreed over the phone. This clinic does not arouse any honest opinion, I do not recommend or watch out for verbal agreements with them, which they do not fulfill.

Fantastic experience: Went to Sheen Dental for an infected wisdom tooth that needed surgical removal and was not disappointed. In the span of a month I’ve had a surgical consultation, an emergency procedure, a wisdom teeth surgery and a follow up appointment. Dr Kalsi’s initial surgical consultation was very thorough and he calmly walked me through my options and what treatment I’d need. Unfortunately I had to have an emergency procedure done 1 week before my scheduled surgery but this too was dealt with calmly by Dr Kalsi who sorted the issue swiftly. Lisa was also very patient answering all my questions about the removal. A week later my surgery came up and it was honestly way better than I’d have thought and I was quite anxious before. Dr Kalsi, Lisa and Karolina took great care of me on the day. Before and during the surgery Dr Kalsi explained everything he was doing and what he needed me to do which made the procedure feel less scary. The team also made sure I was okay to go home before letting me pop out. I have both cried and nearly fainted throughout this process and the entire time the Sheen Dental team have remained calm and professional. Highly recommend! The only downside is that it’s quite pricy but at least you know you’re in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Posting on behalf of my mother. I had the most excellent dental work from Dr Bamrah. I had root canal treatment where I did not feel any pain or discomfort. I then had a new bridge fitted again with no discomfort. I would highly recommend this kind and professional dentist. His dental nurse, Bhawana is excellent too. Fantastic experience: My son recently got braces at Sheen Dental, and he says he really liked it, as they were always very kind. They saw that he struggled to keep his mouth open for the 2 hour appointment and gave him a mouth opener so he could relax, as well as offering frequent breaks. This and other courtesies show how kind the dentists are here. The teeth also look amazing, having seen the before and after pictures I can definitely say that they did a great job!

Fantastic experience: I hope and pray that this feedback and review help as many people as possible and as near and far as possible. Now bear with me as I am a storyteller. Ever since my childhood my gums have not favoured me. Good lord! they have their way to tell me how much they resent me. Well I am also persistent and resilient and never gave up on them. A bit of a love and hate situation between us as I grew into adulthood I became more kinder to them but as stubborn as they are they were a rebel. So I did all I could, following every cleaning process, every home remedy, expensive electric toothbrushes, mouthwashes, toothpastes…. You name it and I have done it. Then popped my 2 babies and as blessed motherhood is my gums don’t like them…. So in summary I am now 45 years old and I was told by my NHS dentist that only a periodontist can save my teeth falling off. Mind you for the past 3 years ever since, NHS started to suffer, I have been hunting for a private dentist. I am sure you will all agree with me that they are not easy to find. Most of them want to find a million things wrong with your teeth and then you are stuck with list of treatmentsand before you know you are taking another mortgage so you can afford your dental treatment plan. (This is all a light hearted humour) so all my stars got aligned. My very close friend in America, called me to say his sister is moving to Uk, who is now pretty much like my sister and guess what, she is a dentist! She assessed my dental records and suggested me the AMAZING and MAGICAL Dr. M S Kalsi. The first thing I did was read ALL the reviews. No matter how amazing the reviews were, my heart was still skeptical. However with a leap of faith I booked an appointment and oh my word! May I say I was beyond impressed. The detail, the time the doctor and his nurse spent inside my mouth as though they wanted to make a blockbuster release hahaha. They were immaculate. I had a personal photo shoot of my teeth and gums (they felt pretty special, I must say). Then came the education, Dr. Kalsi walked me, talked me and visualized me through every detail. For the first time beyond my google research, I understood the what, why and how of my teeth and gums. I then started my treatment. We had 2 sittings one for upper jaw and second for my lower. First time in my life as I remember, after the treatment, my gums STOPPED bleeding. Literally when I say stopped, they just stopped. It was like magic. It’s been nearly 6 months now and my gums are pretty happy. I have followed every instruction Dr. Kalsi asked me to. It takes more time to clean my teeth and gums than to apply my make up. I have a whole rainbow set of Tee Pee brushes hahaha. That’s how immaculate I need to be to ensure I maintain the health and wellness of my current healthy dental state. All this because I was fortunate to be referred to Dr. Kalsi. I am so grateful to him, his nurse Carol and to the practice and of course to Dr. Anne Cherian without whom I wouldn’t have found this treasure of a dentist. I will be eternally grateful for your help and treatment. I painfully suffered a lot and now it’s about regular dental checkups and following the home dental hygiene as instructed by Dr. Kalsi. Fantastic experience: Had first class dental treatment from Dr Mitha and his assistant Chanda, involving building up the lower six teeth (as the tops had worn down over the years). The bite was absolutely perfect, and the change of feeling in my mouth was minimal and got used to it after a day. I give five stars for this quality of treatment, and hope to remain with the Sheen Dental Practice even if I do move to different part of London (because of work). *** very happy indeed *** Update Apr 2024:- Had a ‘first molar’ tooth extracted late January 2024 absolutely painlessly, and Dr Mithra ensured that there were no bits left in the root tunnel. The dental ridge has now healed over completely without any complications, and there is no residual pus leaking out of the extraction site this. *** again very happy indeed ***

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Sheen Dental for probably 5+ years now. Thankfully I've never needed any major dental work, but I see Kamilla the hygienist every 6 months and she's wonderful. I always leave feeling so much more confident than when I went in. I admit I'm not always the best at keeping rigorous about meticulously flossing and cleaning by the end of each 6 month stretch, but I always leave with a new lease of life and prep in my step after getting a hygiene reset in my mouth. So truly thank you, it really does make a huge difference and I greatly appreciate the care and attention you take.

Fantastic experience: I came to know Sheen dental back in 2019 when I was searching for a orthodontist to fix my wonky teeth, due to my nervous and anxious disposition towards dentists it had been a long wait to find a practice where I felt relaxed enough to go through with it. Four years on I am what's called a "happy costumer" I ended up having not only orthodontic work but also dentistry and I cannot praise them enough, from my first chat with orthodontic nurse Karolina which tried her best to put me at ease and explained the procedures and options, to Orthodontist Mr Photios Stavaras, Pavandeep Sohal and her team of dentistry nurses, fantastic group of people that gave me a perfect smile. 100% recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kaezar Bamrah carried out two dental implants very professionally. The procedure took longer than normal because initially I needed a bone graft on my upper and lower gums. He explained every part of the procedure that was required and put me at ease. The implants were completed about six weeks ago and I am very pleased with the outcome. Fantastic experience: Having not been to the dentist for a while, around five years, and being nervous about going to the dentist, I was much impressed by Sheen Dental - in particular Dr Mandeep Mitha, my dentist, and Anney, the hygienist. Dr Mitha made an excellent first assessment, calmed my nerves and systematically sorted out the few issues I had. Meanwhile, Anney cleaned my teeth well and provided good tips on brushing and so on. The receptionists are friendly and on the ball and the surgery itself is spotless and modern. I don’t often leave reviews, but thought I would in this instance in case anyone else in my position is trying to find a good dentistry. Tom

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Pav Sohal for a few years now for my facial Botox treatment. She is a very professional and skilled clinician with a delicate touch. The treatment is painless and I never had any bruising, just great results. I highly recommend her! She is very gentle and caring and has great eye for facial aesthetics.

But this was not a surprise. Camilla has been my dental hygienist for years. Sheen Dental have been my dentists for around 10 years . Dr Harmit Kalsi is a top notch implantologist, surgeon and all round excellent dentist. I saw Dr Kaezar about month ago for a check up and a more careful and pleasant person would be hard to find. Sheen Dental aim at 100% excellence and in my experience they achieve that goal every time.

Negative experience: As a new client wanting to enquire about the cost of a mouth guard, couldn’t tell and referred to website saying the prices are there which doesn’t have the prices of mouth guards, really not helpful and dismissive on phone to potential new client

Negative experience: I came to sheen dental for an invisalign treatment after reading the reviews. However, i was so wrong! I was referred to Dr.Stavaras and karolina. The process had been delayed by 3 months as i started in January hoping that it will atleast start by March. I told the orthodontist that I’m getting married in May and would like to start as soon as possible. They reassured me and said i do not have to worry about that. However, after my first mould (£300) was taken in January they took 3 weeks to consult the dentist and give me my next appointment which delayed the process. I had my appointment with the dentist Dr. Pavan Sohal at sheen dental on the 7/02/2022 and she told me that i needed 4 fillings however it was too expensive for me (around £1000).The dentist then suggested that i should go to my sister to get my fillings done as it will be much cheaper for me because shes a dentist too. I was then told that the process cannot go ahead until i get these 4 fillings done and i went and got those fillings done by my sister. My moulds were taken again after these fillings were completed, hoping that the process will start now. I received a call again on the 09/03/22, telling me that the fillings have not been completed (although my sister did all 4) and the invisalign cannot go ahead. They told me that i needed 5 fillings even though at the appointment Dr.Sohal only mentioned 4. They did not take any more x rays, they told me they are assuming this from the pictures they have taken which does not make sense. I was also told i will have to pay a little amount of fees for the moulds being taken again which also does not make sense to me as the orthodontist should not be taking moulds until the treatment has been completed. I am very disappointed by the lack of care and lack of organisation shown by this dental practice. They are very unprofessional and i was tolerating every delay with patience but then it became very annoying as it almost seemed as if they are only trying to make a profit off of me. They were assuming from photos that i have not had all the fillings done, which i find unprofessional. Do not go to this place based on these reviews. They keep saying theres something wrong with your teeth although there isn’t. I wrote to the manager and spoke to the manager in order to get a refund of my £300. They wasted my time and i wish went to a different place for my treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have always been apprehensive about dental appointments, but I have finally found a dentist that has the perfect blend of professionalism and relatability. Dr Sohal put me at ease from the very outset, meticulously explaining the treatment plan and reassuring me when I felt any sign of uneasiness. I've finally found a dentist for life!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Sheen Dental Practice for many, many, years and I have to say I've received the highest quality care and attention each and every time I have attended. Good dentistry is hard to find and the advice Dr. Harmit Kalsi gives comes from great experience and very well qualified learning. All the work which has been carried out on me has been actioned within the shortest possible time frame. Kamilla Slabon, Dental Therapist & Hygienist, has been looking after my teeth for all this time and she offers first class attention. Reception staff complete the team and are welcoming and helpful, especially in dealing with my dental insurance admin. Make no mistake this is a superbly run organisation.

Dr Tank is just a true Gem and she helped me so much in overcoming my fears at the beginning of my journey. Negative experience: They may be good dentists, that I will never know as I m not going back; I was completely put off by their sales focus. I came for a check up as I diligently do twice a year with my previous dentists and landed on a £1,000 quote at Sheen dental, which sounded far fetched, based on supposedly all my previous fillings needing to be changed! And a few additional 'problems' they came up with. Felt intimidated by their tone, and financial plan talk. I simply could not believe their diagnostic.

Fantastic experience: I had three teeth removed as part of a programme of work on my teeth and under Dr Kalsi's care it was relatively pain free. His skills and his manner are both professional and friendly. You're in safe hands with him and all the other dentists I've been in contact with have been extremely clear and proficient. The support team are polite and friendly. The best dentists I've ever had.

Negative experience: I give -10 for "help" in emergency on saturday morning in pandemic. Unseen and unbelievable service. Disgraseful!!! The helplessnes and stress was high. Very high... Im registered patient in this clinic. I was not able to eat due to issue with braces and was rejected. They had capability to help me. It's just the computer..... My case took literally 10minutes in other practice. Lucky me to get something at all! You wellbeing depends on people you meet. Unfortunately....

Fantastic experience: I have just finished a very lengthy period of treatment by Dr Kalsi including several implants, crowns and generally rebuilding my teeth after years of neglect. As well as being an outstanding dentist he has been very friendly, kind and empathetic throughout. He is particularly good with nervous patients. His support staff are unfailingly helpful and friendly. I now have a smile that I can be proud of after many years of embarrassment. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I recently joined the practice and saw the lovely Dr Sarju. Her examination was very thorough and she explained in detail what treatment was needed with pictures and X-rays. We both needed to return for fillings and Dr Sarju and her nurse Bhawana provided a seamless and comfortable experience at each appointment. They were welcoming, reassuring and we felt at ease throughout the process. We are delighted with our new dental practice and we have our six month check ups booked in already. Fantastic experience: I’ve had a new front crowns fitted recently by Dr Sarju Tank at Sheen Dental practice. I’m very happy with the welcoming and professional approach of everyone at the surgery. I’ve had the same front crowns done twice before at different surgeries without satisfactory results but this time I had an excellent result. Dr Tank was very gentle, thorough and didn’t rush my treatment when it mattered to take time to heal the root canal I had before having the crowns fitted. I will be pleased to recommend the Sheen surgery to family and friends.
