Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with teeth whitening with Dr Imran at Bay House Dental. I was eager to whiten my teeth ahead of my graduation, but was a bit nervous about teeth sensitivity. Dr Imran was able to advise me on the best time line and pace of whitening for my teeth and my deadline. I really appreciate how Dr Imran advocates for a natural look, even advising me to hold off on using the remaining whitening syringe and instead keep it for a top up in the future. I’m so pleased with the results, I get so many complements on how nice my teeth are (everyone thinks they’re just naturally this white!).

Fantastic experience: Andrew Webber is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He works around my long term gagging problem and finds a solution that keeps my teeth as healthy as they can be. The Bay Tree Practice always manage to fit me in quickly whenever I have problem. First class all round.

Fantastic experience: City centre location. Parking available in the yard. ℹ pathologically disliked going to the dentist for a lifetime until I came here. I’m now filled with confidence *update* I just had a root filling and a crown fitted over recent, very carefully planned visits. The whole procedure was explained to me prior to, and during every step of the way. The boys and girls working there are gorgeous… so kind and reassuring. I am not sure that I look forward to “treatment’ but I always look forward to seeing familiar and friendly staff, both at the front of house and providing hands on care. Staff never fail to show interest in regards to their patients well-being, they are consistent in their approach and always go the extra mile in caring for my family and myself. More recently my experience of ortho care has been outstanding and has been based on honest expectations and understanding.

The service has always been exceptional, and with Dr Imran Nathoo now taking over the practice, it has gone from strength to strength. From the amazing hygenist services to the professional yet warm and friendly Dr Nathoo, it is a pleasure to visit the dentist! Having a car park is also a huge relief being so close to the city centre. Thank you team for all you do and for looking after my pearly whites!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience at Bay House today. They took me on as an emergency NHS patient as I currently have no dentist and nothing was too much trouble. The staff working on reception were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away. I’m a very nervous patient but Andrew was very good and not making me feel too overwhelmed about the treatment plan I needed. I’m now actually looking forward to going and sorting things out privately with them.

She’s so warm and friendly and super knowledgeable and thorough! Michelle always gives great advice about your gums and always notices what needs improving. (Of course, she’s a pro!) Fantastic experience: Having developed a painful tooth, I rang Bay House Dental Practice to ask if they could fit me in as an emergency appointment. I have quite a lot of problems with my teeth and I've had a poor experience recently with an allocated NHS dentist so decided it was time to start going privately. Bay House did their level best to fit me in for an appointment the next morning. I was very pleased with the level of interaction I had with the dentist and they have come up with a plan for me. They were very good at explaining what was needed to sort out my painful tooth and to move forward with my treatment plan. Also appreciate them explaining the costs up front. Thanks to Sian (Admin Lead) for ensuring I was able to see a dentist, and also to dentist, Dr Andrew Webber, for taking on the challenge of my dentistry and providing some great information and advice.

I am a very nervous patient when it comes to the dentist and at 55 years old had previously had really bad experiences with a number of other dental practices , but all that stopped when Bay House dental practise excepted me as a patient . I have only had two dentists at Bay House since joining them and both have been wonderful , my current dentist , Andrew Webber , makes me feel completely at ease and explains everything in terms I understand and puts me at ease when he sees i am nervous . The front of house staff are fantastic in every way , I have had multiple problems over the last few years and quite a few urgent issues which they have beavered away to help and find a way for me to get treatment ASAP and I can’t say thankyou enough for this .

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this dental.practice for over 40 years. The technical dental service provided is of a very high standard and quality, always keeping up to date with the latest technologies and procedures. The hygienists provide an excellent service and the most amazing advice for dental maintenance. And the receptionists are always friendly and go out of their way to arrange suitable appointments. 10 out of 10 for me.

Negative experience: The cost of a 5minute check of a cracked tooth seemed very high at £90. I appreciate that a longer slot was booked for me by the practice as it was an “emergency” appointment but the cost of my treatment seemed excessive. No issue with the treatment etc.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff that put the kids (and me!) immediately at ease. I left feeling that I knew exactly where my dental health is at with all my questions answered.
