Negative experience: Really frustrated with the service and wait times. My son was referred through his dentist in December 2024, we were told it was a 9-12 month wait to be seen. Next week it will be 12 months and now we are being told it is 12-18 month wait. There was no email sent to share this information. Really poor customer service.

Please note that NHS orthodontic clinics, including ours, operate under NHS contracts which set limits on the number of patients we can see within a given time frame. but we still aim to manage waiting times as best as possible. The lovely Louisa & Carina on reception / phones are so professional and eased my every worry/concern. Chandi and her assistant plus the maternity cover were just out of this world. Negative experience: A few years back, I was trying to get braces and was recommended to this dental practice. I’m just now making a review since a friend I was talking to shared his own bad experience and it reminded me of my own. First off, they claimed that I was not eligible for braces, when a few months later I got braces at a different dental practice in Edgware (I’ve already had them removed now and had them for about 2 years). This dental practice recommended me Invisalign, and on the day I was due for a fitting for my new Invisalign they claimed that it still hasn’t arrived. Two weeks passed, with no sign of my Invisalign arriving, so my mother suggested for me to search for a different dental practice. (And they still tried to take another payment of £450 from my mother’s bank card even though we cancelled my Invisalign.) Also, I would like to mention that Chandni Patel is one of the rudest practitioners I’ve ever came across. I was a young child back then, but I distinctively remember her dismissing any questions I had and would speak over me and louder. I remember feeling really uncomfortable and bad about myself back then by the way I was treated by her.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had the best experience In this practice. I have putting off having braces for about 8-10 years but the staff in this practice really made me feel at ease and comfortable with the entire process. They all have a brilliant and kind manner. Louiza was fantastic and informative in my initial consultation. She gave the right amount of information. Raluca and Melissa Padashi-Fard were also extremely caring and informative and my braces were fitted effortlessly with no initial pain. Corina was also lovely and very caring. Welldone ladies! Negative experience: Dr C Patel saw my son today for an NHS orthodontic assessment. She insisted that due to my son's severe overjet, he required treatment urgently and that if this treatment was not done urgently/privately, the NHS waiting time of 18 months would lead him to require orthognathic surgery. In summary, I was told his interceptive orthodontic treatment could only be done privately. Despite him needing this treatment "urgently", she declined the need for "urgent" NHS orthodontic treatment and has put my son on the NHS waiting list on a routine basis. This really has me questioning the so called urgency of the treatment. I cannot help but think such scaremongering has been used all too many times successfully to rope in lesser informed people into forking out thousands of pounds unnecessarily on private treatment. At the reception, I asked to see Dr Patel to go over both the options. Yes, if it's a busy day, I expected not to be seen again on the same day but booked another appointment. Instead however, whether I was seen again or not was based on whether I wanted to go ahead with the private treatment which was repeated asked by the receptionist. Highly unprofessional. I advise approaching with caution and doing your own research.
