Fantastic experience: I had gum pain for about 8 months and no dentist i went to could figure out what was wrong i was in constant discomfort even after spending large sums of money on private dentists until i saw Dr Sonia Joshi she found the issue straight away explained everything clearly and treated it with care and precision since then my gums have healed completely no pain no more recession and they feel healthy again Sonia is amazing at what she does i truly believe she is a rare pearl in her field aswell as being a sweet person i also would like to mention Melanie the receptionist always warm friendly and such a joy to talk to honestly couldn’t recommend them enough they’re both wonderful people and i’m very grateful for everything they’ve done i would give more than 5 stars if i could

Negative experience: I booked an appointment through your website for the following day at 5:00 PM at your Harley Street practice. Shortly after, I received an email stating that the 5:00 PM slot was no longer available and that there was availability between 2:30 and 4:00 PM instead. I responded to explain that I was unable to attend any appointment before 4:45 PM and asked if it would be possible to reschedule for another day. A few minutes later, I was informed that the 5:00 PM slot had become available again. I confirmed and appreciated the update. However, when I arrived at the practice for my appointment, I was shown to the waiting area by the receptionist, after which I was left waiting for nearly an hour without any communication or acknowledgment. My appointment was for a general cleaning, with a listed cost between £95 and £135. I couldn't help but feel that the lack of attention and delay may have been due to the nature or value of the appointment. There was no consideration shown for my time, and no explanation or apology was offered for the extended wait. As a result, I chose to leave without being seen and will be booking future appointments with a different dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr George Tsolakides was very professional at his work and a very caring person. He hadn’t rushed the process and made sure my parents and I understood what he was going to do before he did it. It went overtime but he showed still no signs of rushing even then! A doctor who truly cares for his patients. I had a broken tooth and he made sure that the best treatment was used and had saved the exposed nerve from dying. His nurse Diane was also very helpful and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend him and this clinic to everyone I know!

Fantastic experience: I was hugely impressed with how friendly, professional, and efficient everyone, I had a chance to come across at the clinic, was; from the beginning to the end of my first visit there. Charlotte the hygienist went the extra mile to help me feel relaxed, comfortable and welcomed as usually having my teeth cleaned is not something that I particularly look forward to. Fantastic experience: The 90 Harley Street Practice is simply wonderful. The care I have received from Dr Invest and Dr Joshi, and from Nora the hygienist, is extraordinary in that not only do they work professionally to the highest standards but they really care to be kind, supportive and on-goingly attentive to you once home again. No problem seems too complex for them to solve. Yesterday Dr Joshi came in on her day off to perform surgery and was life-affirming, joyful in her multiplicity of roles and persuasively calm and reassuring. Dr Invest saw me on Monday at the end of a long day when I needed his help prior to this, calmly and brilliantly. The culture of the practice feeds through the work and attitude of the dental nurses, reception staff and out to the sedationists they use. It is comprehensively a very fine and safe place in which to rest any of the fears we most of us have about dentistry. They are a fantastic team.

Fantastic experience: The care I received from Dr George Tsolakides was exceptional . I had a failed treatment with another dentist and arrived nervous and in pain. Dr Tsolakides kindly put me at ease immediately. The treatment he put in place was both expedient and excellent. I had totally pain free back molar extraction due to infection. He explained what would happen and was throughout was mindful of my level of comfort. It was an extremely positive experience and I shall be recommending him to everyone. I remain very grateful for the outstanding service I received and the treatment has given me great relief . His dental nurse was lovely and very attentive. Fantastic experience: A good checking and correcting of my teeth. Staff are always friendly. The lift is always a problem. I have to use a stroller, so the steps up to the front door is a problem.

Fantastic experience: I was an emergency appointment. I had not visited a dentist since before Covid. Hence, I was most anxious in the few days prior to my appointment. After the appointment, I enjoyed my first full nights sleep in weeks. Thank you for solving my problematic teeth (or lack thereof!) and for giving me back my smile.

Negative experience: A patient since 1989 - a recent visit reflected how much the practice has changed. Plastic flowers in Reception and Waiting Room!!!! Noise everywhere with other patients allowed to use their phones in the Waiting Room and in Reception - tired decoration - not a good experience particularly when paying Harley Street prices and waiting for surgery.........

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Parvizi since he joined this clinic in 1999 and have always been extremely happy with him. In so many ways, Dr. Parvizi is the perfect dentist -- outstanding skills and first rate understanding of his field and his patients. He communicates very well with his patients and has empathy. Also, I am 100% confident in his work, knowing at the start of even a major treatment, such as my recent implant, that I will feel at the end that it was money well spent. Finally, the patient also benefits from Dr. Parvizi's choice of very good nurses and PA's, such as Maxine and Agne at present.

Fantastic experience: This is my first time to visit 90 Harley Street Dental & Surgery Clinic. It was a referral from my local dentist to visit Dr. R. Horwitz. As first time visit, I had difficulty with opening the door and that began with looking at the various door bells which I needed to ring to have access to the building. Once in I found the reception team professional and respectful. It was good to see that the clinic had covid measures in place to protect themselves and the patients. Windows were open and the air purifers in the doctor's room is important. Overall it was a really good experience. I would consider switching my current dentist to a dentist at this practice based on the level of care that I received my Dr. Horwitz.

The dentist was very charming and really helped me to understand the procedure I needed for an implant. The hygienist was also brilliant.
