Fantastic experience: Having just completed a long and extensive course of treatment involving extractions, replacement of crowns and bridges and complete implants I cannot recommend Stephan, louis and all the team enough. Like many people I am not a lover of dental treatment however this experience has been brilliant and like no other I have ever received at a dentist, the end result is mind blowing superb, my teeth both look and feel so natural and I could never have believed this possible. From the first consultation I was advised on various options together with detailed costings and was totally at my liberty to decide, I selected the full treatment and have no regrets whatsoever and the cost seems insignificant now. I have only ever left one other review so dont do this lightly but this is a fantastic pratice with a fantastic team - you will not be disappointed!. KG

Fantastic experience: Since becoming a patient at the Brooklyn House practice I can honestly say the treatment and care and attention that I have received has been the very, very best. The best I have ever had in all the almost 60 years that I have been visiting dentist practices. At my previous practice they were very negative about the possible course of action with problems with 3 of my teeth, saying that they couldn't really help. At Brooklyn House they were able to take care of the 3 teeth that required work and have since provided excellent after care and advice.

Negative experience: I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST, THE STAFF ARE QUITE PATRONISING AFTER COMPLAINING ABOUT WHERE THE DENTIST STATED “OH YOUR TEETH ARE SO WONDERFUL” WHEN I HAD A LOAD OF PLAQUE WHICH WAS QUITE NOTICEABLE ON MY FRONT TEETH AND GOT RID OF MYSELF AFTER I NOTICED WHEN I GOT HOME. AND TO ADD THE DENTIST IN QUESTION RATED AND OVER SOLD SWEDISH TOOTH PICKS WHICH WHEN I GOT HOME WERE USELESS. RECEPTION STAFF WERE ABRUPT, THE DENTIST IN MY OPINION NOT WORTH THE SALT’ AND THE MANAGER WHO RANG ME BACK AFTER NEARLY 7 HOURS WAS DIFFICULT TO SPEAK TO AND JUST PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME!?!! I ALSO HAVE MY ELDERLY FATHER WHO USES THE SAME DENTIST ALSO HAD THE SAME PATRONISING SPIEL’ FROM THE DENTIST. Don’t use them.

Positive experience: If it was based on the ground staff alone it would definitely be 5 stars , but unfortunately once in the hands of Stephen, it left me traumatised . I made it clear from the start I had mental health issues of various kinds , and took everything in me to just start to try and get my teeth sorted after years of abuse, yet when I asked him about various treatments I was made to feel stupid and belittled by him. He's a nasty piece of work and a bully his own staff are scared of, he should be ashamed of himself , considering the trade he's in is to help people who pay for his lifestyle. And due to this I've never been able to go back or to any other dentist since.
