Negative experience: Had my hygiene appointment cancelled thrice. Extremely poor communication. Wasnt even informed about the last appointment being cancelled. Took a 30 pounds deposit which hadn't been refunded yet.

Thank you for your review. Regarding the £30 deposit, you requested a refund on 12 December. As per our policy, refunds can take up to 28 days to process and will be completed within this timeframe.
Occasionally, due to clinician sickness or other unforeseen circumstances, appointments do need to be cancelled. If you’d like us to review what happened and confirm the refund status, please contact the practice directly with your details.
Negative experience: ☆☆☆☆☆ 0 Stars I am still awaiting a full refund from Waldron Dental / Topaz Jackson who works across all Waldron Dental franchises despite written confirmation that it would be issued. Upon receipt of proof of purchase. I’ve contacted them on multiple occasions and had to chase profusely. The reason for the refund is below: This experience raised serious concerns: • Treatment was advertised as 8–10 months, then changed to 18–24 months • Independent orthodontists confirmed my case should take 3–4 months • Their own policy states minor cases can be completed in as little as 3 months • I was incorrectly told £100/month finance was compulsory, this is not legal and is misleading • I was charged for a scale & polish that was advertised as included • I was quoted £2,400 for treatment independently assessed at around £600 • The practice failed to follow its formal complaints process I also note that the practice offers discounts or incentives in connection with positive reviews, which raises concerns about the reliability of some online ratings. Please click view all one star ratings for an accurate depiction. For this reason, I have attached clear written evidence to support this review. After reviewing other low-rated reviews across all locations, I am concerned this is not an isolated experience. Based on my experience, I do not recommend the Waldron Dental company and would strongly advise avoiding this brand and all existing location. Waldron Dental state that they dismissed the staff member who tried to fraudulently sell me finance though I’m not sure if this is true. As they have given me conflicting information I’ve attached supporting evidence. I would strongly advise avoiding this brand and any other services run by Sundeep Patel the CEO of Waldron Dental. Aura Dental are absolutely brilliant, I advise them instead.

In addition, our records do not show that you attended a clinical assessment with one of our clinicians. As explained previously, an assessment is required before any clinical plan or treatment can be confirmed and you declined to proceed with an assessment when this was offered.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend highly enough stock hill dental care Biggin hill. I have had to have numerous visits there in last couple of months due to abscess and chipped /worn away teeth. When in pain from abscess was seen quickly as emergency and treated with antibiotics, root canal and finally a crown. I also had 7 chipped worn away teeth which I had composite fillings for. I suffer from vertigo and tinnitus and both these conditions were managed by the dentist and his nurses throughout the treatment with kindness and consideration at all times. I couldn’t be happier with my treatment and now can smile with confidence with my repaired teeth .So thank you to all staff from Megan the kind/reassuring receptionist, the dental nurses and the wonderful dentist Dr. Nikhil Patel who has made my teeth like new

Fantastic experience: This was my first time writing a dental review, but after 1.5 years of treatment at Waldron Dental Biggin Hill, I felt it was worth sharing. My orthodontist has been excellent throughout, always professional, attentive, and focused on making sure I was comfortable and at ease during every visit. His work has been consistently high quality, and I always felt I was in good hands. Megan on reception has been outstanding, friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. She’s been a constant positive presence at the practice. All of the hygienists I’ve seen have been great as well. In the entire 1.5 years, I’ve only had one less-than-ideal interaction, and that was when Megan was off. Although my orthodontist is now leaving, I’d still recommend the practice without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Visited for an initial Invisalign consultation. Staff were very friendly and professional. Talked through each stage of the process. Produced great visuals with their technology which was then able to project how the Invisalign outcome would look. Undertook an X-ray to identify if there were any underlying issues which may need rectifying prior to commencing. Fantastic experience: I have been under the care of Dr Chang for around 4 months now, I have a treatment plan with the expectation it will take around 15 months. From my very first contact with the practice, speaking with the lovely Megan on the telephone to book my consultation, to my brace fitting and subsequent treatments I have had an excellent experience. Dr Chang explained my options clearly and then Ethan sent the follow up email breaking it down clearly and concisely and answered my additional questions. I had purchased the Groupon deal and. although my lower jaw was suitable for the social 6, my upper jaw was more complex. I was able to pay an additional fee to get the full upper jaw fixed brace and I have been so happy with the results I am seeing and the care I have been receiving from Dr Chang. I have recommended the practice to a friend for their son and they are undergoing treatment too. I have no hesitation in recommending the practice to anyone considering treatment.

Negative experience: I went for an emergency. I felt shamed and embarrassed. I left being told that a eprescription will be send to me . After paying £90 no prescription. I am going to be in pain all night long. I felt like I was begging for them to add my children to the system.

Negative experience: If I could share 0 stars or minus for this dentistry I would, to provide the lowest rating possible after my awful experience. If you are looking to have composite bonding carried out, please do not spend a penny at Waldron Dental in Biggin Hill. A couple of factors to share, on my first visit, people were entering and exiting the room while my teeth were being worked on, engaging in conversations, which I found highly unprofessional. My lip was cut, my gums bled profusely, and overall, the standard of care did not meet my expectations. Despite multiple polishing attempts, my teeth remain scratched, uneven, and chipped. This all took place several weeks ago, my bottom teeth have not had any works carried out and yet I am still awaiting a refund. My concerns in which have been escalated have truly not been taken seriously. Additionally, comments made by the dentist about feeling stressed during the procedure were greatly unacceptable. The dentist asked a young dental nurse to inform him on went to stop filing down as he couldn’t see and additional to that explained that he needed a fresh pair of eyes because he had been looking at resin for too long, he should not even be onboarding this procedure when he is not experienced to do so at the price he is charging. Nothing but anxiety all throughout. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: I first came just for a check up here almost a year ago and had been thinking of having my teeth straightened. We had a discussion about cost and process which was easy to understand. The whole process has been so organised, straightforward and professional from all the staff involved at the dentist surgery. Negative experience: I am someone's who visited the clinic regularly for the last 4-5years. Untill they changed management. On my last visit I was booked for 2pm. I arrived at 13.55 the door was locked and after few minutes a member of staff comes and tells me they are in a meeting but won't let me in yet. I was supposed to see the hygienist but she wasn't there so the main doctor I guess started the work. He saw clearly that the procedure was painful as he used the machine instead of manual instruments first as it was done in all these years. No numbing creme was suggested. During the procedure it's normal to have some bleeding gums but the assistant was using the suction in the wrong place amd they suggested me to swallow. including the residues from around the teeth. Not very sure if it's the right way to do it. Bottom line is that I changed the clinic. The basic care for patients was an appalling experience for me.

The lady at the reception always greets me with a smile and finds an appointment that suits my work schedule, Dr. Yu-Chen and his team are always helpful and have never let me doubt my smile.
