Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Anna Roman yesterday. I had to have a very tricky root removed after a failed root canal filling (from a different dentist) I was quite not looking forward to the procedure. Dr Roman did an amazing job, I never felt any pain and it was out very quickly. Great service!

Fantastic experience: I visited Monks Brook dental in August to have X-rays, in October I saw the dental hygienist and yesterday I had a dental procedure with the dentist. Everyone at Monks Brook dental are professional and helpful. The practice is very clean and well organised. Also there is always a pleasant atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed. Car parking outside is useful especially if the weather is bad. I am very pleased that this practice was recommended to me.

Positive experience: 1st visit to Monks Brook Dental for a check up. Reception was efficient, my new dentist was on time, she gave me clear explanations of my need for a filling, which will be quite pricey. The hygienist I saw next in a separate room was gentle and also explained well what I needed to do. I was surprised there was no facility to rinse my mouth after the cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Jola saw me today urgently after l had a new tooth fitted to my existing denture and it was far too tight. I struggled to get it in, then l couldn't get it out. Jola spent a lot if time filing bits off it and now its perfect. I would like to thank her; she's brilliant!

Negative experience: I was disappointed with yesterday's treatment. I always look forward to the polish up but was left with an unpleasant taste in my mouth. Previously, in Bembridge, your authodontist metriculously went through each gum to assess the improvement or otherwise in my gum disease. Yesterday, the cleaning process was all that happened. In Bembridge there was a course of treatment recommended and as described above monitored. I just felt like a number yesterday.

Fantastic experience: Away from home, for an Island Holiday, I lost a filling and not wanting 'problems' needed help. Managed to arrange an appointment within a couple of days. On arrival found the reception welcoming and informative. Found the Dentist very professional and was grateful for her clear recommendation(s). Had photos and x-rays taken which were carefully explained and it was agreed a little 'cleanout' of the cavity was needed prior to sealing and filling again. The procedure went well and I am Very Happy with the outcome. I have no hesitation in recommending this Dental Practice to anyone in need.

Fantastic experience: I had a large tooth extracted by Ana-Maria. She and her assistant were very caring and did their very best to make the extraction as painless as possible and explained the aftercare which is available should I need it . The advice to help clotting works well. I had to swallow hard when paying the fee for the work.

Positive experience: I am a very nervous patient and this visit was particularly difficult as I had changed dentist. However, I was treated with understanding, patience and kindness and will be far more relaxed for my next visit. My only concern is that the move to Newport from Bembridge is inconvenient and would be impossible to reach when I can no longer drive.

Fantastic experience: I cannot emphasise enough how excellent the treatment has been whenever I have attended Monks Brook. Today Alison the hygenist and Ana-Maria both guided me through my treatment with humour and concern. I am a total coward but I felt confident and re-assured as they explained the treatment I was receiving. Positive experience: As a retired clinical legal member, i was asked to sign digitally a form which gave the right to give injections. However the digital signature was meaningless because it wasnt made in the box for my signature which is shown on the email form, but not on the digitally signed version which i was asked to complete at your reception. My signature was meaningless and would not stand up to legal scrutiny in the event of litigation

Fantastic experience: Totally different experience to all previous dentists, mainly due to having the practice located in modern premises. Hygienist and assistant were very friendly, interested and engaged and had taken time to read my notes. They're clearly up to date with modern techniques. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Positive experience: Nobody like's the Dentist, I don't think. But I had to go, and was quite worried about it at first, but saw two lovely ladies, and felt a bit happier. Although I have to have treatment, and spend a lot of money!!! I was glad that I had a fairly good experience.
