We are sorry to hear that you think that Hygienist was brutal .
This is the first time that we’ve had this experience . Sometimes when we try to do our best endeavours to maintain a good environment for your teeth and gums, we do need to be a little bit more thorough with our cleaning procedures.
However, usually, after the second third or fourth day, you should feel the benefits of having the hygienist treatment to remove tartar and address any gum issues that you may have.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Confident Dental Care for several years now and it is just the best. I had a bad experience with a previous hygienist at a different place and was recommended to come here by my cousin and have not looked back since. Love my hygiene cleans and the Six Month Smile braces gave me the confidence I needed, I still get compliments about my teeth till this very day. The staff are very friendly and Dr Gohil is the best! Negative experience: It’s Sundas again from another account as I was unable to leave another review as a doctor your lying ? Your practice told me if I was available to come in on a Saturday and now your telling it was me who asked to be seen on a Saturday we would have never had this issue if I was satisfied with the results of my teeth even atm I am shocked to even think I paid that amount when I see no difference you will do anything to make it look like you have a good image but really and truly absolutely not I’m baffled at the fact your lying as a professional and saying it was me who said I should be seen on a weekend when it was your receptionist absolutely ashamed by your so call professional work .

Negative experience: Absolutely unhappy with the staff especially the dentist I was unhappy with the service and practice after several times of me contacting them then managed to get me a appointment they did not contact me I had to reach out myself .I cancelled a appointment due to emergency and dentist passed message on I would have to pay to get checked even though the reason I was being seen a second time was because I was unhappy with the service I will not be going to this practice again and don’t recommend either . This is incorrect I was told by the practice I can possibly come in on a Saturday I’ve had a clean before from different places I’ve never had a issue I also came a year ago to a different hygienist and she did a amazing job I was impressed this time round I was not happy at all I’m usually never someone to complain .your saying I advised for a Saturday which is a lie your staff members asked and they did they would confirm this and never got back to me which is a fault on your end not mine every time I asked for a appointment your team would not give me a proper date due to emergency I had to reschedule if I was happy with my teeth none of this would have occurred to even begin with I’ve been to many cleans and this was by far the worst one yet I understand your saying your team does a great job however not in my eyes you as a company will try your best to make it look like there’s no fault on your end but however the way you have handled this isn’t professional at all.

You had made a complaint that the Hygienist has not cleaned your teeth properly, and you wanted to have some form of compensation . I invited you in at time that was suitable and you cancelled the appointment less than one hour before you were due to attend. On this occasion, I had advised you that this would be a free consultation.. even before this appointment you chopped and changed your appointment several times to suit you despite me calling you in for a free consultation to discuss your complaint. You even proposed I come in on a Saturday when I don’t even work . We have not had the opportunity to discuss your complaint and I think it is extremely unjust that you have put a one star review on our practice, especially since you have not seen the dentist for more than three years and your dental health is not in good condition. We wanted to invite you in so that we could have a civilised discussion about what your concerns were about the fact that you feel that your teeth were not cleaned properly. In fact, we have a waiting list of more than 50 patients that need urgent, dental care and we had prioritised your complaint over the patients that needed urgent care. Due to you cancelling at the last second, you have denied one of our patients access to emergency dental care. What you don’t seem to understand is that we run a very busy healthcare centre and we provide a lot of treatment to patients that require immediate help as well as long-term care. When you come into the Practice to discuss an issue, you are taking up valuable time for patients that could be seen. Our team are extremely experienced and extremely dedicated to providing the highest quality care, and I do honestly feel that what you have been trying to do is trying to get a discount on your hygiene treatment because you felt that you wanted that despite the best efforts from our very experienced Hygienist. She has never received a complaint, and I have inspected her work thoroughly and can vouch that she is extremely diligent with her provision of dental care.
I hope that you find a dentist and a suitable Hygienist to continue your provision of dental care for the future.

Fantastic experience: I have to say that my experience with confidental dental care has been a really good one. I needed new dentures and now I have them they are both comfortable and look just like my real teeth. Tge dentist went to a lot of trouble to get the bite correct. Fantastic experience: Having avoided going to the dentist for years, due to fears, and neglecting my teeth I finally took the plunge and went here. My experience has been absolutely amazing, all the staff are friendly and non judgmental. I can honestly say that I have found a dental surgery that I can confident in and actually enjoy attending my appointments, even though I’ve had to have some not so pleasant work done. They have really put at ease and come up with a fantastic treatment plan.

Fantastic experience: I am currently 31 weeks pregnant and unfortunately got really bad case of gum gingivitis to the point my gum were so swollen i couldn’t eat. I decided to go to this dentist as my brother recommended it and my previous dentist didn’t help at all. I was extremely uncomfortable due to my gums and was worried i would lose my tooth or get an infection and my gum had become extremely loose. I managed to book an appointment and they luckily had one available on the same day! I saw Dr Nisha Patel. And honestly she was so welcoming and reassuring and so kind hearted! She reassured me everything will be fine and actually snipped the loose piece of gum that was bothering me! I honestly feel so much more comfortable and very grateful for her help and her professionalism. I recommend this dentist practice to anyone! I’m glad i didn’t listen to my previous dentist and went in today and got it sorted! She recommended me a good mouth wash and gel and also gave me mini toothbrushes to clean in between my teeth and physically showed me how to do it! I’ve never left such a detailed review for anyone but Dr Nisha Patel is amazing honestly! The receptionist and all the other staff were really sweet and kind aswell and apologised for the wait! But the wait was worth it! They know how to look after people and be respectful.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental practice which I cannot recommend enough. There is no pushing for unnecessary treatments which I have experienced at many other practises before (and as a result I didn't visit a dentist in over 5 years), everything is explained to you clearly and you don't feel as though you're just another patient being squeezed into a tight schedule. Would never go anywhere else!

Without my help, you would have lost a number of your teeth and would’ve had to resort to having dental implants as a result of your poor diet . I think I have saved you from a number of future dental problems with the expert care and attention that I have given you - Plus you claimed all your cost through your insurance.

Negative experience: I am really disappointed and disgusted with the service after being a long time customers with the dentist. The dentist is extremely rude and seems there is only rules to patients but no rules to dentist at all. I went for a regular check up and after that I want to buy teeth whitening product. The dentist said "I give this to you", so my understanding was for free(which been offered before), maybe I misunderstood at that point or he the way he said it was confusing. Anyway, when I checked the invoice later in the afternoon (I had hygiene appointment in the afternoon), I said to the receptionist "I thought he said he gave it to me" and the receptionist said she will double check with the dentist. Later on, in the midst of my hygiene treatment, the dentist pushed the door and walked in (no knocking, no waiting for permission from hygienist), he said to me " weiwei, it's not free, but nice try", and walked out. I felt so humiliated but I can't say anything as I'm in the middle of the hygiene treatment. When I finished, he was with a customer, so I left my message and complaint to the receptionist, request a phone call from him to understand why he is being so rude to me. Since then nothing heard from him. My points are: 1, if it's a charging product, should not say I give it to you to cause confusion 2, if customer misunderstood, you either can pass on the message to receptionist or wait for me to finish my treatment to explain to me 3, the way you said "nice try" is extremely insulting to customer, with my job position and income, I have no intention to try to get free 50 pounds also I have spent few thousand pounds in your clinic 4, No call to try to communicate even I requested for one 5, Never showed price list and never had VAT reciept, all I get is some print doc with price on after I paid, when I requested VAT receipt, the receptionist said this is only reciept the provide, and obviously it's not VAT reciept. Overall I think you should treat us as customer better, afterall everything you did we are paying for, the free NHS service is even better than you. This is not the first incident that I found you have been very rude, I think I had enough, so please send me all my documents and I will move to a better place.

However seeing as you have made a complaint on a Google review, I shall contact you directly to answer the points you have raised - as the topics that I need to discuss with you, have a personal nature and certainly not discussed on a forum or an open channel like this.
Some of the subject matter is not true and out of context. I think you know that you were trying to obtain a tube of whitening gel for free.

Fantastic experience: I had fixed braces, teeth whitening and composite bonding done with treatment lasting around a year and a half and I highly recommend this practice. Dr Gohil is a great dentist, he explained everything in great detail throughout my treatment and always went above and beyond to ensure my teeth looked amazing. All the staff are really friendly and helpful, and even though my treatment took place through the pandemic, I had minimal disruption. Thanks to all at Confident Dental!

Fantastic experience: My journey with Confident Dental started in February 2019, and I had a extensive consultation (which you have to pay for and book), and paid for my package. The great thing about Confident Dental was there are no hidden charges, once you have paid for your package, if you are going for a treatment like braces, then that pretty much includes everything. Shortly after my braces being fitted I became pregnant and my treatment continued but taking all my current circumstances into consideration. The patience that Dr Gohill demonstrated with me was really helpful and allowed me to continue with the treatment. Eventually my braces did come off in September 2020 and I was so pleased with the treatment I had received. I was then provided with a 6 month check up post treatment and have recently had my 12 month post treatment check up. I had been to many dentists prior to Confident dental and what I liked about them the most was the transparency and being upfront. So if you want a great professional service with a Dentist that is genuine and honest , then this place is highly recommended.!

Fantastic experience: Would definitely not go anywhere else. Dr Gohail straightened my teeth and did a superb job. We moved but still travel back and this year my daughter had a bike accident. She is 10 years old as an emergency we went to the village dentist who said they would take out her front 2 teeth. We were devasted as they were her second teeth and just come through. We said No thank you and thank goodness we did, as Dr Gohil has totally saved one tooth and repaired the other tooth yesterday. When you look at her now you would never know anything had happened to them. We cant thank Dr Gohail and his team enough!!!!! We have one little girl who is very pleased with her teeth and not afraid of the dentist because how Dr Gohail and his team engaged with Sophia, through this whole experience. Negative experience: Complete disappointment. My misses went for first appointment They did set up treatment plan and planned next appointments 2 months forward. Them dental practice is quite busy so next available appointment has been month and week later. After month time when we had planned everything with our schedule our appointment must be cancelled with some reason. That is a joke we won't wait another month to start treatment. We had change dental practice completely unprofessional buissnes. Also that somone tried to contact me for over the month is complete lie no one left me a voicmail no one send me a text message probably staff was to lazy to contact me or my fiancee so they had to cancel the appointment. 1000% not recommended that dental practice who ever work down there shoudl learn how to speak with customers. I have been rude and aggressive because We do wait for for month and somone trying to lie me when I know I do answer all my calls. Bunglers.

Negative experience: I've been meaning to write a review. I was randomly shouted at. I was made to pay as a student when I shouldn't have. He assumed he knew which side tooth to take out and took the wrong one out. I accidentally booked their dentist surgery and asked for help in reduction to straighten my teeth. He obnoxiously shouted at me saying I studied this field and have kids to feed. No change in attitude after 20 years.
