Fantastic experience: The team at Southfields Dental Centre is amazing! My family and I have been patients for a few years and we’ve always received the best dental treatment. The dentists, the hygienists, and all the staff are very professional and deliver excellent service. Wonderful!

Fantastic experience: Dr Niharika Gulati was amazing today. I had composite bonding removed and replaced, which she did patiently with attention to detail whilst always checking on me to make sure I was feeling good during the process. I would definitely recommend her for being professional and a sweet human being. Shoutout to the lovely reception team and to Nada, Dr Gulati’s assistant today.

Negative experience: I've put off writing a bad review for a few years as I loved my Orthodontist whilst I was a patient at Southfields Dental Centre, she was a lovely woman. However, the dentists decision has made me self conscious of my teeth (the opposite of what she was supposed to do) as well as cost me a lot more money on top of what I already paid here. I got Invisalign at Southfields and the Orthodontist shaved in between my middle teeth to i guess help them move. However, to make this decision and not inform me that I am going to have a huge gap / CHIP in my middle teeth after my Invisalign was naughty in itself. This obviously pushed me to get composite bonding on top of my Invisalign cost. I also paid for a few more teeth where she made gaps by shaving as well. Id say after the composite bonding was done, I had to go back about 10 times for her to fill in the tooth as the bonding would fall out - this was 'obviously my fault' - even though i was eating like a toddler with soft food to ensure it didn't fall out even though hard food shouldn't - because if you did a good job you should be able to eat normally. Anyway, I moved out of Southfields and couldnt do this anymore. My tooth chipped obviously. I have been filling it in myself since with denture stuff (embarrassing in itself) and when it falls out my teeth just look awful. Im in constant fear of when it will fall out. Oh and the other bits she did all chipped and fell out also. Im now having to pay for a new proper composite bonding, so I may as well have thrown the money I paid Southfields down the drain. The job was horrific and I just cant let anyone else think they will get a lovely job done by this practice when in reality all it will cause you is stress and make you feel worse about your teeth. Stay away

Negative experience: I’ve been coming to this clinic for routine dental hygiene for the past few years and was generally satisfied with the service. However, a few months ago, during a regular appointment, I was told that my teeth were showing pressure marks—allegedly caused by my electric toothbrush. I was then advised to switch to a different electric toothbrush with a pressure sensor. This surprised me, as I’ve used the same brushing technique and toothbrush for years and had never received such feedback from my regular dentist abroad. The hygienist handed me a card with a QR code linking to a purchase page with three pricing options—the most expensive being over £200. I declined to buy it. However, just a few days later, my husband had the exact same experience at the same clinic and ended up purchasing the recommended toothbrush. At the time, I found the situation a bit odd, but didn’t think much of it. Recently, I visited my usual dentist abroad, who confirmed that there are no pressure marks on my teeth. Ironically, my husband—who switched from a manual to the recommended electric brush—now shows signs of damage from pressing too hard due to the brush's rotating head. I’m very disappointed by what appears to be a questionable marketing tactic disguised as medical advice. This experience feels misleading and unprofessional.

Negative experience: Choose another clinic, don’t waste you time and money. They are Careless about clients on both price and treatment communication:( 1. Just to manage your expectations instead of them: the actual filling cost is £280, not £75 as they communicate on the phone. And no, they did not say “from”. So, they count filling, xray + check up lol without saying you :) 2. They would never warn you about the possible consequences and potential solutions. For example in my case: dentist did some work in a first visit, took money and goodbye. But she could have said: “you may feel some pain in the nearest days, as you may have some crack in your tooth, feel free to come back to us if pain occurs”. Careless and irresponsible:( 3. Thus, it’s pure moneymaking, not caring about health of clients in their future and not giving a damn about what clients need to do to fix the problem with their teeth. Very unpleasant experience. They are thinking way too highly about themselves as good money flow. Ps: I also reviews and noticed that positive ones can be corrupted as they don’t get likes from clients, but negative comments do receive support by clients. Be careful!

Fantastic experience: I have been with Southfields Dental Centre for about 12 years. Check up is thorough and the Hygienist is always good to spot any issues. And of course the wonderful girls in the front desk, they are always helpful in finding you a time slot if there is a cancellation and with wonderful smile

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to the blue house dental practice since I was about nine years old, time has flown by and I have moved and moved again. There's not many things that ill stick with in my life but I am always willing to travel back to have check-ups and seeing the hygienist. I always feel safe in the hands of Dr Gulati and her cheerful assistant Clair and the girls on reception with their warm welcome . This practice is dear to my heart and the support I have had over the years with my dental needs has been absolutely fantastic. I don't think id know what to do if I had to move further away from the practice as I'm totally happy with their friendliness and care, I feel totally at ease every time I attend my appointments. i never understand why people are afraid to go to their dentist I love to sit back relax and make my smile better for all to see I still go by my words as I’ve said before I love these girls with all my heart without their help and support providing me with the perfect dental treatment how would I feel and where would I be now? Now have another best one michelle I loved my time

Really personal experience every time at this dentists, the receptionists always remember my name and there's never any judgement. Just encouraging support from all staff, dentists and hygienists. Have been coming here for years and I love the monthly plan they offer too to spread the cost of regular appointments.

Fantastic experience: Dr Anatoly saw me at short notice after I had broken 3 teeth on the pavement the night before. He reassured me and explained my options. He and his dental assistant spent two hours reconstructing my teeth, and they look better than they did before the accident. I can’t thank you them enough for their gentle manner and amazing work.

Fantastic experience: I’ve attended the Blue House dental practice for over 20 years and Niki, my lovely dentist, has always looked after me with care, knowledge, expertise and diplomacy Her team do likewise and the practice is always up to date with the latest technology but also at very reasonable costs The surgery is bright, modern and tranquil and despite needing regular dental treatments I could almost say that I look forward to visiting!

Fantastic experience: Southfields dental have amazing customer service and results. I had composite bonding with them about a year ago and was over the moon with the results - nothing is ever too much for the dentists there and they are always happy to help.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointing experience. Had a first time consultation for a check-up and was never advised nor consulted during the assessment about incurring greater costs. This should have been made clear and agreed by a customer. I have asked to be removed from the system as I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: Lovely private dental clinic at the Blue House. Have been a member for two or three years on plan (checkup + hygienist). I finally whiten my teeth after thinking about it for ten years, really happy with the results - was worried it would be American white! If anyone was wondering, it's the enlighten teeth whitening, I have couple of wonky tooths, but the mold made even covered those lil chompers perfectly.

Negative experience: Horrendous. I would give no stars if possible. Went there to improve my smile. Paid nearly £10.0000. Dr Gulati completely ruined my mouth with incredibly poor treatment and tried to correct some of her errors with treatment I didn’t give permission for. Broke my root, now have missing tooth and a bridge. Teeth that don’t fit my mouth and am in constant pain as well as teeth look awful. Months in and still waiting for my files which I requested and still waiting for the dentist insurance company to address the state of the treatment and my mouth. Avoid. Go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I joined this lovely dental practice 2 years ago and in that time have had a series of restorative work (fillings, crowns etc.) routine hygienist appointments, and am currently finishing a course of cosmetic work (straightening, whitening etc.) so I’ve really had an opportunity to meet most of the team. Every member of staff I’ve encountered is friendly, helpful, informative and a real pleasure to be around. They have been very clear about costs and offering me different options/explaining the pros and cons of each option. I’ve always found the practice itself to be spotlessly clean and I’ve been really impressed with their COVID measures. Top quality service. Would highly recommend.

I was in a huge amount of pain whilst out of the country recently, two dentists there couldn’t find the cause but the problem (a cracked tooth) was identified and sorted immediately.
