Fantastic experience: Phoned early morning with chronic tooth ache. Got an emergency appointment in just over an hour, small repair followed by 5 days antibiotics all's well now, no pain eating as normal, can't thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: This is a good practice, people are caring, especially Laura, the lovely dentist who works hard and tries to make you as comfortable as possible. They have problems in waiting times because they are unable to recruit more dentists, but they are doing all they can, so they deserve congratulations.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for a small flilling. I went in 10 minutes early and was taken almost immediately, and was out again 5 minutes after my official appointment time. Joseph kept me informed throughout the whole procedure. No problems, no fuss. Staff all very friendly.

Negative experience: Within the 7 (I believe) years that I have been with you there was always issues, I was back and forth constantly first with an abscess that you said you couldn’t treat (but after many e-mails and conversations you did), then with fillings and crowns that wouldn’t hold. After attending the practice 3 times in one week prior to Christmas due to a filling that kept chipping away, my dentist decided I needed a crown. My filling broke away on the 1st January and I requested for a different practice to have a look at my teeth and to quote for a crown, simply because I didn’t want to have to constantly come back to you with issues post crown. At the other practice I was diagnosed with a stage 3 of 4 gum disease, which -as you can imagine- came to as a shock; being seen 3 times in December this was never mentioned to me. Which brings me to last weeks visit at your practice. I informed my dentist that I did not wish to have a crown supplied by the practice as I didn’t want to face issues again and mentioned my gum disease diagnosis. Upon examination I was informed that I don’t have gum disease any worse than most patients. While fixing the broken filling my dentist said that my approach to dental treatment is not very British (I am not a British national), that no British person would be shopping around and treating dentistry like retail and that my behavior was bizarre and not what NHS was for. He was also blaming my “bite” for the chipping of the fillings. Needless to say, I couldn’t answer him as he was doing the work at the time. I have been extremely patient throughout the years with having to have come back all the time during my working hours. I don’t believe I got treated fairly and bringing my nationality into the mix was not professional. All my appointments got cancelled after my visit. I have followed up with an e-mail to the practice.

Negative experience: Different Dentist each visit. 2 fillings fell out withing 3 months, last visit was cancelled by them at 24hrs notice. Requested work was not done and now I have holes in my teeth but no trust in the practice.
