The problem with my tooth was worse than anticipated. I felt anxious to start with, but Vittorio was calm and professional and took the time to explain what was happening, reassuring me. The space is good too, the main room is very large and bright, it doesn't feel as intimidating as the typical dentist clinics. I had a great experience with the hygienist as well.

I called Vittorio’s practice and he saw me the following day. He was absolutely amazing and I left without any pain but with a through explanation of what had happened and the next steps to follow. It was a Friday and he was going abroad for a family celebration during the weekend. He gave me his mobile phone number in case something happened during the weekend! Vittorio is not only an extraordinary dentist but also lovely and honest. I needed further treatment (root canal) and I was lucky to be referred by him to another exceptional dentist. I suspect he has a fabulous network of great professionals as good as him. I have had 3 appointments with Vittorio and he makes sure everything runs smoothly, you know what he is doing and you leave happy. I must add that the team working with him at his practice is wonderful too. I cannot recommend Vittorio high enough. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: As someone who is usually afraid of dentists (for absolutely no reason), I was more than pleased to meet Dr. Gherardi and Tamara. Not only they made me feel like home, but they are absolute expert in their field. With them you are in safe hands. I already had many experiences with other specialist, and they all valued their own time more than the patient's health. Which is not necessarily a negative thing, but not the best either.. Dr. Gherardi, instead, despite being busy with the studio full of people, did not rush and took plenty of time to make sure he performed the right diagnosis and indicated a suggested course of action. Fantastic experience: I never thought a dentist session could be considered "relaxing", but Vittorio's top quality treatments, friendly atmosphere, delicate handling of your mouth and teeth, practical and caring explanations and overall positive attitude (his and his whole team's), make every visit at his practice unexpectedly pleasant - almost like having a treatment at the spa! Fantastic experience: I consulted with Vittorio because of a split tooth my NHS dentist had had to do compromised / temporary treatment on because it required specialist help for full extraction. I am deeply grateful to Vittorio and his team for their utmost professionalism and help through this difficult procedure. The extraction did turn out to take a long time. However unpleasant it felt for me because of that time, Vittorio's evident but quiet competence shone through absolutely every moment of the operation. I felt completely safe and secure that I was in the best hands possible for this difficult moment. Vittorio's knowledge of his trade allowed him to be informative at every relevant point, notably explaining that to preserve the bone in preparation to the implant the extraction had to be done with patience. Again, a well chosen word, which like everything else during this experience, worked to reinforce the competence and professionalism of Vittorio and his team.
