Fantastic experience: Was here today to fix the mistakes from my own so called dentist. Was meant to be 1 tooth but found a part of a tooth that some other dentist missed. But exceptional work and care from the dentist guy who seen me and the girl who looked after me. Thank you so very much for your help. And even the little things like cleaning the blood off my lips and cheek. Stuff my own dentist never does. That's me no teeth and no dentures (cos my own dentist doesn't care) but these guys n lassies A+++++ 5

Fantastic experience: I was sent to the Albion clinc and was very anxious as i was getting all my top teeth removed by local anisthetic but i have to say the staff were very helpful and the dentist was absolutely brilliant with me she had me at ease talked me through everything and before i knew it it was all done cant thank yous enough great practice well done

Fantastic experience: After a particularly difficult experience with my dentist, I was referred to the Albion clinic for wisdom tooth removal. Could not rate staff highly enough. Naomi and Lauren understood my apprehension, took the time to explain risks of procedure , post extraction care and what to do in event of any complications clearly to me. Extraction itself was painless and fast. Am very grateful for the patience and skill shown by staff! Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: First of all, I am terrified of dental procedures. Had to get a molar removed and knew I would require sedation so my local dentist suggested Albion Clinic. The best recommendation ever. Attended for my assessment, 1 day early BUT receptionist fited me in with Graham who went through procedures. Attended approx 3 weeks later and anxious but I cannot emphasise how professional all the staff were and wonderful esp the dentist, Graham and the dental nurse Kim (sorry if I've got names wrong. Anyway, Now 11 hrs post procedure and I seem to be fine! Sedation, procedure and care can't be praised highly enough. Review by Mary Tod.

Negative experience: Didn’t give me the right information or accommodate to my adhd made me believe I’d be fully knocked out when that wasn’t the case gave me just a leaflet expecting someone I With adhd to be able to sit down for a bit to read it unfair treatement and expected to pay 60 pound for an appointment they didn’t explain properly

Fantastic experience: Attended the clinic to have two teeth removed after waiting nearly 18 months for an NHS referral. The practice were excellent, staff are extremely friendly and the clinical care provided was top tier. Some of the best dental care I have received. I would like to highlight their particular attention to making sure you are sufficiently analgeised and putting your comfort first. Would highly recommend them..

Fantastic experience: As someone with severe dental anxiety, i cannot recommend this place enough, every single person in the building was super gentle and patient, the dentist himself is an actual hero as well! I'm used to a lecture followed by a bunch of confusing medical terms, this guy explained things to me in a way that I could not only understand better but he also put everything across in a way that put my mind at ease massively. I feel like if there was more dentists out there like that, there wouldn't be as many people like me with phobias about them

Fantastic experience: I had 2 wisdom teeth removed at the albion clinic and I have never been more at ease at a dentist in my life the surgeon and her assistant keep you at ease throughout the process and explain everything to you of what to expect i was in and out in under 30 minutes

Fantastic experience: I'm not writing reviews often, but this time, I have to. I had my wisdom tooth extraction yesterday at the Albion clinic, and I was stressing out a bit. There was no need for that!:) Everything went very smoothly, just half an hour. Everyone was very polite and most over professional! Fantastic experience: Yesterday i had 2 dent extraction i do with iv cause of my big anxiaty very nice doctor and nurse im not have any pain the iv is not really what i think i was calm and relax after they put iv but i remember everything normal from what i hear is not remember but in rest everything was good

Fantastic experience: Had my impacted wisdom tooth removed today everyone was lovely explained everything made me relaxed ,can't remember all the names, bleeding wouldn't stop after I got home phoned them and was asked to go back this was after 5pm they were amazing as because of traffic it was nearly 6pm took their time explained everything again sorted the gum and didn't rush me after they finished. Would definitely be happy to be referred here again.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous at the idea of getting my wisdom tooth extracted as I had never had any invasive dental treatment prior to my appointment with The Albion Clinic. There was a significant wait but this can be forgiven as Dr Mee was running between 2 surgeries, due to the practice being understaffed that particular day. Yet despite the rush and extra pressure on him, he put me at ease immediately and took the time to explain everything. Not to forget the fantastic nurse, who's name I forget (I'm so sorry). I dreaded the injections, but I barely felt a thing despite multiple doses of anaesthetic being required. Dr Mee then informed me he would remove the opposing wisdom tooth as it would prevent the need for me to return. I genuinely did not even realise he had removed it by the time my appointment was over. These people do this day in, day out and it absolutely shows! Thank you all so much

Fantastic experience: Had my wisdom tooth removed by Andrew and he was amazing! I have bad anxiety when it comes to jags and he kept me calm throughout. I didn’t even realise when my tooth was pulled!!

Fantastic experience: Just had my first adult tooth extracted (at age 67), a tricky split rear molar. I had heard great things about the Albion Clinic from a friend who also had a split tooth so I asked my dentist for a referral. I was given the option of sedation but decided it wasn't neccessary given what I had heard. Alyson and her staff could not have been more reassuring and made me feel instantly at ease. I was even able to listen to my music on my headphones to help me relax, not that it was really neccessary. After initial numbing which was as near painless as you could expect, the tooth was out in a few minutes with no need for stitches. Alyson's nurse thoroughly explained the follow up care required. I cannot emphasise enough just how good this practice is, you could not be in safer or more caring hands.

Fantastic experience: The whole experience was quick and easy. Matthew was the dentist I saw and I can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you for making my visit to the clinic so smooth and painless.

Fantastic experience: A great clinic to attend when needing dental treatment. The staff here are excellent they do their best to make you comfortable and calm. The treatment is straight forward with no worries or pain I can't recommend enough if your in need of treatment.

Fantastic experience: Was here recently for a wisdom tooth removal. Because I opted for sedation, they brought me in for a health check before the actual extraction. This first appointment was great; on top of the health check, they talk you through the procedure, let you ask any questions and give you an idea of how much you can expect your extraction to cost. They give you very clear instructions on how to prepare for the appointment and what you can do afterwards to help recovery. I was so nervous, which is why I opted for sedation, and I would highly recommend this for anyone else who is anxious about dental work. I barely remember anything of the extraction, and was certainly not in any discomfort or pain! From what my husband has told me, he didn't even have time to finish his coffee before they were done, so it was a very quick and smooth process. The staff are great and really kind; they clearly get a lot of nervous patients and know how to help them feel more comfortable. Two days later and so far recovery has actually been a breeze - paracetamol and ibuprofen have kept any pain at bay. I also felt the cost was reasonable. I will absolutely be back here if I need another wisdom tooth out in the future. Thanks to everyone at the clinic for making this such an easy experience!

Fantastic experience: Attended the Albion on 19th June 2024, to have a wisdom tooth removed.Naomi(dentist) and Jade(dental nurse) were absolutely fantastic.Talked ne thro' full procedure(injections plus stitches) which was painless. No need for painkillers after surgery whatsoever which was over a week ago.Brilliant dentist and nurse, ladies on reception were stars as well. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I had been previously for a consultation to have retained roots removed my initial app was July 3rd 24 on way out that day I ask ladies at desk if there’s any cancellations sooner may I be considered got a text last weekend offering me yesterday 17th June 24. Went at 11am for procedure was a little scared as for medical reasons I wasn’t able to be sedated, the dentist Allison and her dental assistant Lauren were both lovely made me feel at ease was very gentle got me perfectly numb and started procedure I was astonished at how quick it was done and stitched etc 3 roots no pain now 24hr hours on and feel brilliant great dental clinic highly advise using them 10/10 x

Fantastic experience: 24 hrs later and still NO PAIN after having my gum sliced open to snip the root of 2 teeth and remove an infection within the jaw bone. Special praise to the male dental surgeon for the surgery. Wonderful and cheery staff throughout. Many thanks for making me feel so alive.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous to have my two impacted wisdom teeth removed but honestly the whole process was brilliant. There was no need to be so nervous. The nursing staff were wounderful. My dental surgeon, Singithi, was amazing and took such good care of me. I told her how nervous I was and she was very reassuring and understanding. She was honestly wonderful and it was clear how highly skilled she was. I had sedation and local anesthetic. I was worried about the sedation but it was absolutely fine. I still felt like myself, just relaxed. Thank you so much to everyone at the clinic, especially Singithi, for their amazing care.

Fantastic experience: Had a really bad wisdom tooth that caused me so many infections and pain for over a year. Went to Albion clinic, dental nurse and dental surgeon were absolutely amazing. Explained everything and reassured me so much. Tooth was out in about 5 minutes. 2nd day and still no bleeding!! Pain managable with Paracetamol. 100% recommend. Arrive 15 min early to fill out your questionnaire :)

Fantastic experience: Went yesterday and was terrified about getting my wisdom teeth removed, the doctor and assistant that spoke to me on my consultation were the same yesterday, absolute stars, as soon as I was sedated It felt like I was in and out in minutes but I'd been there about an hour, the fear of it has totally gone and if I ever had to go back I would feel comfortable, thank you again

Fantastic experience: A few days after having a tricky wisdom tooth extracted I developed a bit of an infection. Called the clinic back and they arranged for me to come in the same day (at no additional cost) and got me sorted with antibiotics which dealt with it. Can't fault the extraction or aftercare and would happily go there again (though hopefully won't have to!).

Fantastic experience: I attended the Albion Clinic yesterday to remove a wisdom tooth under local anaesthetic. The staff who did my surgery were lovely and very reassuring. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort throughout the procedure, which is a bonus! My tooth was out and gum stitched up very well in less than 15 minutes, despite the tooth itself being curved and a bit stubborn to remove. I can't recommend this place enough. You are given an aftercare leaflet as well as some gauzes in the case that the site starts to bleed again, I have not had to use these as my stitches are still in-tact and I am only experiencing the usual post-wisdom tooth extraction symptoms. Great dental clinic.

Negative experience: The worst clinic in the world. He went to extract a wisdom tooth, and after two days it caused inflammation in my face and neck. I underwent an operation on my neck to remove all the inflammation present. Even my face swelled for a whole week. I could not eat or drink. A whole month. I could not open my mouth because of the pain. The worst dental clinic. I have never seen anything like this before. The doctor even injected me with an anesthetic more than three times a day, and I feel dizzy every time I go out. I do not recommend it at all. Be careful.

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff. Receptionist Lauren was friendly. Dental nurse Jade, kind, and the dentist Dr G Shaw, took his time to explain everything in detail and make me feel comfortable. Fresh look and clean practice. I would highly recommend this clinic. Thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: I had an impacted wisdom tooth as well as two other surgeries carried out here on Monday, I can’t recommend these ladies enough (I can’t remember their names due to the anaesthetic) I can’t remember most of the procedures , none of the bits I’d want to anyway! I did end up with an infection in the wisdom tooth area with really bad swelling but a trip to my dentist and some antibiotics sorted that out and I had an alarm set every 4:5 hours to keep topped up with pain medication and was fine. I was put to ease from the get go here and they were really brilliant after suffering with really bad anxiety over the dentist my local dentist and this clinic have totally cured my fears and I am so relieved after 10 years I finally got round to having this removed ! Thanks again

Fantastic experience: Excellent treatment from very reassuring and capable dentist - wisdom tooth extraction, referred by v good NHS dentist who doesn't do wisdom teeth. Remarkably fast (but not rushed), easy and almost painless. In fact, there's slight discomfort rather than real pain. One bit of advice, something I got right but only by chance because of train times - if it's your first visit to this clinic, arrive a good 10-15 minutes early so you have time to fill in all your details (inc re medication you're on) on their IPads. Reception staff and dental nurse also very helpful indeed.

Fantastic experience: Attended there today as I got a cancellation and the experience was excellent from start to finish . I’m sorry I can’t remember the young lady dentist who removed my root but she was lovely, took her time to explain what she was doing and I didn’t feel any pain. Her assistant was also great as she gave me sound after care advice, my whole experience there this morning was 100% . So glad I went and would highly recommend

Negative experience: If you have been referred to this place don’t hold your breath, been waiting since feb for my appointment called a couple of months ago and told that I would have to wait for 2 months before getting seen. My mouth is agony and need 2 teeth pulled under sedation called today hoping it wouldn’t be too far for my appointment only to be told to expect an appointment in a months time. When you phone there’s a recording saying about covid and that’s why the waiting time is so long

Fantastic experience: I was sent to the Albion Clinic after my own dentist couldn't remove a root after my tooth broke. I saw a dentist called Andrew. He was fantastic. Made sure my gum was completely numb. Couldn't believe how quick the root was removed and stitches put in. Highly recommend this dentist and his nurse was lovely . Thank you again Lynn MacLeod

Negative experience: Disgraceful, today I was booked for 4:15pm I waited on bus a lot earlier to ensure I’d be in Glasgow for that time , woman on phone who so cheeky and condescending I explained two buses didn’t arrive and even if they did I’d end up being late I’d need to cancel , been told I can’t have another appointment until I’ve paid £30, very upset as this was out of my control . I had waited since December the 15th. I called my own dentist up and he said it’s out of his control sadly, that Albion clinic are the only dental hospital that caters for everyone all over the west of Scotland, this woman needs training on how to deal with the public who are at their wits end with pain , I know £30 isn’t much but it’s the fact she wasn’t being reasonable , it’s not like I got up late or anything , it was all relating to first buses, I’m not psychic how would I know this was going to happen.

Fantastic experience: Was in yesterday to have a wisdom tooth and roots removed Micheal was my dentist and hecwas great explained procedure and within 30 mins roots out felt nothing sad wisdom tooth extracted a little bit of pulling but was told it was out and I said I never felt a thing was very professional and well done I did have a little laugh with the dental assistant think her name was Ashley

Fantastic experience: Had to have a tooth extracted and was extremely nervous. Rachel and her colleagues were so kind and pleasant, obviously trying to ensure I was calm. I was given a small amount of sedation and before I knew it the procedure was over and done in around 10 minutes. I had been needlessly worrying about this for months and would say to anyone who feels the same you are in very good hands. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: Hi*I had today extraction my teeth...Patience, Fantastic Positive, Human and Kind Communicating Professionals. I would like not just Thank You Very Much to You Doctor and Sister but from bottom of my heart 100%!!! Recommend. Fantastic experience: I was referred to the Albion Client for 2 wisdom teeth to be extracted. My surgeon was Rachel and my Nurse was Lauren. They were so lovely! They talked me through everything and made me feel so relaxed! At no point was I rushed and everything was done at my pace. I decided to go with just 1 tooth first to see how I felt and it was honestly so fast, no pain what so ever, so I got the second one done too! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Had five teeth removed here in the course of two visits over the last month. Needless to say I was slightly anxious about the whole palaver, Dental Surgeon Becky and Nurse Lauren put my mind at ease with their professional and caring touch. Becky expertly explained what was involved and carried out the extractions without the pain and discomfort I'd expected.....best I've ever had at a dentists for extractions ! Fantastic experience: I had an early appointment to get a recurring painful wisdom teeth removed and I was very anxious. I don't remember the dentist name but she was very informative and explained my x-ray clear and well and I needed another widom teeth removed and she did two at the same time. All the staff I met were really nice. I was very anxious so I went for sedation treatment and it went really well and also explained the aftercare throughly with my partner too. I would defo recommend them for anything dental wise as I'm very anxious person and felt at ease. I felt the treatment went well and recovery will go very well also. Thanks to all the team at the Albion clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today at half 11 today to have a badly damaged tooth removed i had previously tried to have it removed normally but with no luck but today was the easiest most pleseant experience the staff were incredibly friendly and made the whole thing very pleasant and the tooth that caused me so bother for so long was gone before i could even realise it absolutely amazing

Was referred for a difficult tooth extraction,had sudden toothache was given an appointment next day where i had to have 2 teeth removed. Fantastic experience: I was sent here by my dentist who didn't want to risk extracting a wisdom tooth, when I first arrived I was slightly concerned at first as everyone who worked here looked so young, just me getting old I think. I was then examined by a young lady much younger than myself but she gained my confidence very quickly by talking me through the process. To be honest it was removed before I even noticed, all I felt was a tug after the extraction tool was put in place which I imagined was the tools getting into the tooth. The tooth was in terrible condition when I arrived and she did remove the whole thing and cleaned it up within 15 minutes. I was very surprised and realised why my dentist had sent me there and didn't have a go himself. He wasn't confident that he would get all the little bits and pieces out that would break off and may have left me in some discomfort. These people know what they're doing and they do it well. I wasn't in the building long, I didn't wait very long at all and I was back out pain free within 30 minutes in total with no repercussions. All I can say is thank you very much and I would highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Another great experience . Difficult tooth removed quickly and without any pain . Recovery a few days and down to little pain zero bleeding . Stitches holding well and no infection . These folks are the phd’s of dental surgeons .Thanks Singithi good luck in December !

Fantastic experience: Just had both my wisdom teeth removed here this evening, everything was explained so well and I was made to feel at ease by Catriona and Jade. Not really a nervous patient but with what I was getting done I was slightly anxious but there was no need I was put at ease from the moment I walked in the room. Everything explained very clearly throughout the surgery and good advice given regarding aftercare. I’m just so happy to have my wisdoms removed after recurring toothache these past couple of years.

Fantastic experience: Was in today at 9am to get wisdom tooth removed. I was absolutely terrified but as soon as I lay on the bed the dentist (can't remember her name) made me feel at ease. She explained everything from who was in the room to where she was going to inject me. She continually asked if I was ok when extracting the tooth. Dentistry is her job but she acted as though I was her daughter going through the procedure. Amazing amazing work. The dental nurse was lovely too although i didnt have much interaction with her. My fear of the dentist has reduced after visiting today. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise more highly the expertise and care I received from Veronica and Ewa. Before the procedure Veronica explained exactly what she would do - and then did it quickly and with minimal discomfort. [I was getting a molar out after all.]. The following day I can tell that my mouth will heal well and trust that I will be back to normal very quickly.

Negative experience: Absolute shambles of a place called up to ask about my appointment . Was told all was well to then arrive to be told appointment is cancelled … dentists still using covid as an excuse to cover there tracks . Would not recommend this clinic to anyone clearly very badly ran with zero organisational skills

Fantastic experience: Omg these guys are amazing....! Phoned and got tooth out 30 mins later (which was surgical) and in so much pain and swollen...brilliant service staff very friendly worth every penny defently go back no hesitation .... thank you to the albion team x

Positive experience: No issues with the staff or procedures I've had done but the timekeeping is terrible, I've never actually been seen by a dentist until at least 30 minutes after my appointment time. Probably spent close to 4 hours in total just sitting in the waiting room.

Fantastic experience: I had very bad experience on 1st of April in Plean Street dental clinic and was referred to Albion clinic today , I was so amazed with the service which I can't explain in words . My personal opinion and recommendation would be Albion clinic to everyone especially the team of Dr Julie with assistant jade they were amazinggggggggg.....

Fantastic experience: I got referred by my own dentist to surgical remove a broken molar & I’m a very nervous patient but the nurse and dentist was very understanding and kept me informed of what she was doing all the way through & has gave me some conference of the dentist again

Negative experience: In one line - an outbreak of infection and viruses waiting to happen. Can’t believe a clinic is so unclean or unprepared for dealing with this panademic that is gripping the world. I visited a few days ago but feel I must warn people to stay away. I first had to open the door to the waiting room which was covered in fingerprints- so god knows when last wiped or how many people before me had touched. Then went to the reception desk to be handed a pen and clip board by a receptionist,no facilities to wash or use alcohol gel on my hands. Again the pen and clipboard had been obviously touched by many people. I sat in a waiting room for over an hour but never saw any of the nurses cleaning or wiping anything around me. Was finally taken into the surgery but again asked if I could get some alcohol gel for my hands(something I thought would be standard) but was told I could wash them in the toilet. No gel is provided for the patients? On completion of my treatment I was handed a card machine to pay which had just been taken from the person in front of me and not even wiped. This place is an absolute disgrace and I fear will cause a lot of infections And virus spreading to its patients. They must live in some sort of dark age when it comes to infection and virus control. I will next will be informing the NHS helpline of my concerns. Treatment wise and staff wise I have no complaints.lets just hope I live to tell the tale.

Fantastic experience: Truly professional service throughout. I didn't have to wait, had a big molar taken out and was finished in less than twenty minutes. Very kind and supportive dentist and dental nurse, they explained everything, and made sure I was happy to go ahead. I was worried before, reassured during, and happy afterwards. Fantastic experience: Not really one for leaving reviews on anything, but this is such an excellent place. The dentist and the dental nurse were fab. Explaining everything along the way and they certainly put you at ease.

Negative experience: Got my wisdom tooth out but not even 1 day later I managed to get a infection to the point I couldn't swollow and I couldn't breath properly. Not happy at all.
