Fantastic experience: Very friendly all round from reception to the dentists, unfortunately I only got a temporary filling due to a real one not adhering to the back of my chipped tooth. I needed a crown which they don't do there so I'm back waiting for an nhs dentist. This was a one off appointment for people who havnt got a dentist, I would recommend as a dentist. Felt at ease as I don't like the dental treatment. Hopefully I find an nhs dentist soon.

Negative experience: Leave exsisting patients in pain when you have duty of care for them to be reffered to emergency dental hospital and we have been patients here for years. Not the way should be treating your paying patients. Very poor.also asked for a clean and polish and the female dentist was very rude didn’t want to know and rushed her patient's out said there was no oral hygienist at the dentist. Utter rubbish and i. Just felt like i was a number and they just wanted to get their NHS money for check up. Disgusting way to treat customers not polite at all.

The practice has an exceptional level of cleanliness. My dentist is amazing, I have had a lot of teeth removed recently and She has helped me overcome my fear of being without teeth & wearing a denture. I am very appreciative

Negative experience: Terrible experience, I had to replace tooth feeling 5times in my front tooth because every time it fell out after 2-5 days ( no warranty), I had to pay every single time Also they told me I had no more teeth for treatment. When I went to different clinic to make sure , I was informed I have 7 teeth to repair ( they were in really bad condition) I don’t recommend it

Negative experience: The receptionist are rude! Was late to an appointment due to an error on my own part, but I got there and the receptionist with long black hair proceeded to tell me I was late and would not be seen whilst smirking. This was extremely aggravating considering I was already quite distressed over a tooth that had fallen out. The blonde receptionist was not helpful either. These uneducated and untrained little girls should not be the first point of call for people who require help and empathy. Susan came to the rescue to diffuse the situation and I’ve not had a bad experience with the dentists here but will not be using this dentist again due to the receptionists poor customer service.

Negative experience: I am registered since 2012. It was amazing first years but now no. They cancelled the appointments 2 in a row, second one with 40 min before. The old staff was really nice now they changed the staff and the new dentist that we been allocated, would not name it, is not emphatic at all with children, is cold and is not explaining what will do to children treat them an adults.
